This store has changed so much! They remodeled and cleaned and organized it very well! Customer service has improved as well!

Its a good place to get fast things sometimes the items are not in stock or short

If I could give a -10 I would. Christina is rude and very unprofessional. Cokes were 3 for $3. I accidentally grabbed one that was not on sale. Went to front to check out she rang rwm up and I noticed it was wrong. She refused to let me walk 10 feet to get the right one and replace the wrong one. Said they cant correct recipts. I was still in the store I was not bringing anything back. This is not the first time things like this have happened at this store . I will never come here again and I am telling anyone who will listen about this place. Manager barley speaks English so there is no talking to her either.

Rude cashier & the other cashier was just sitting on the floor behind the register messing with her phone SMH.

You know, its sad to say thus about myself but Im a very impatient person. People think have the patience of Jesus but they dont want to see my true thoughts. Waiting in long lines are like .......Have you ever seen yhe movie Anger Management ? Then you get it. Thankfully, I have never experienced standing in long lines here at the Family Dollar. They will move the line quickly. No attitudes here, the entire staff are very kind. Occasionally, the potheads from the surrounding area will throw trash on ground outside of the store. This store keeps up with their stock too another plus! Ive been coming to this store for a year. Im moving out the area. Ill still visit this store because I like the staff. Very professional and polite.

Its was easy to get in & out of there. Easy to find things that I need to get. Easy to find things. Friendly staff and I go there often.

So i call to let them know that the coffee i bought from them had a broken seal and was drunken already . Im not trying to get any exchange or nothing i was just letting them know to check the other drinks incase they have broken seals. She doesnt say nothing she didnt even say her name when she answered the phone and i hear the backround so i know she didnt hang up. And then 2 seconds later she hung up on me . I go there almost everyday and they are just rude by this point im not taking this review down no matter what they do now

I was looking for sport bottles. I could found them in several shelves. I prefered to find things only on one shelf so i know i have seen all if them before buying!

Staff was polite and friendly. Store well stocked. No waiting for checkout.

A year ago i gave a great review. But it has gone straight down hill since then the employees mainly the older white women maybe manager, is rude and cold. The place is cluttered and unorganized. Been shopping there for 12 years. Will be going elsewhere now.

I like their prices for family stuff and they come in handy for food and drinks
