Good size store. Trying to find help is a chore. Dont expect to find a fast check out line. Great variety. I buy most of my house paint here. Colors are consistent.

Walmart is always a great place to find bargains. I just bought a TV 32in for $159, while at Best Buy same TV $199. Where would you go?

The store on Spencer do believe its in Laporte was great found most of the items needed the cashiers to floor personal were very professional like the store a lot

I live close to the Walmart on Fairmont Parkway in Pasadena however I like to come to this Walmart instead. This particular Walmart is easier to navigate and seems to be less crowded anytime of the day. They also do not have products locked up where you have to find an employee with keys to help you get a product. I also love the fact that HEB is directly across the street since that is the other store I frequent when shopping for similar items.

Husband and I enjoyed our shopping at this Laporte Walmart. All staff that we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Excellent grocery and non-grocery items for reasonable prices. Stocked shelves and pretty clean store and clean wide aisles to shop at. Saw lots of items that we plan to return and purchase.

When this location opened it was the best in the area by far. Unfortunately it has been a downward slide since. The restrooms are frequently filthy and the state of the store itself leaves much to be desired. Its a get in get out at a reasonable price place at this point, nothing more.

On the busiest days they never have checkers and they lose all the self checkouts too. Love standing in long lines constantly...just another reason heb is better

It would be nice if they would open a few more checkout lines. This way more customers can get through paying for their items than having to stand in long lines. 🙄😪

For the most part great place till u check out. We got hunted down on our way down by the self check out cashier because she checked the register we was on didnt show we paid for our fishing reel combo. But we did it rang up as combo for 34.99 not fishing reel. So other than that little embarrassing moment we liked this Walmart

It is like the typical walmart you find in most cities. Isles were fairly clean and we found everything we were looking for including fishing licenses.

Always hot and can never find help but improving. Wondering how they treat there employees.

Love this store well stock,clean and staff around when you need helping. Plus you dont have to go around staff who are stocking.

The grocery delivery service is great. I have always had a great experience. Orders arrive on time, and bagged very well. No squished bread or bruised fruit.

I went into the eye center and asked 2 employees questions about my eyewear and getting a new prescription. One of the employees referred me back to my previous Dr. and the other employee asked me for a receipt on my glasses I was asking to replace the lenses. These employees made me feel like they didnt want to help me at all and basically insinuated I had stolen my glasses by asking for my receipt! I will never return to this store

Doesnt even deserve one star. Could someone please tell me how a store this big can have only two cashiers working on a Sunday morning and no manager in site. When a manager finally showed up and was asked why only two cashiers I was given ithe famous.Walmart reply we had several call in sick. Of course she didnt offer to help. They seem more interested in helping the online orders than the customers who come in to the store. Maybe the management should walk across the street to HEB and take note on how to run a store the correct way. I know some will say use the self check out well when Walmart starts giving me a check or a discount for doing their work so they can save money by not having to have as many people working I might think about it. So I will be going to HEB from now on.

The eyebrow threading technology inside the nail salon in Walmart, is the best Ive ever seen. I was even recommended to an isle I needed to go to to maintain my beautiful brow look. Hey girlfriend I gots it going on.

The Good: I would like to thank Candace and Martina in the Technology department for helping me resolve my recent issue. They were very helpful and cared about my time as a customer.The Bad: Walmart needs to address the issue of price matching what is online and what is in-store. The same item was listed online as roughly $10 cheaper to order for pickup than it was for me to purchase it in-store. In fact, I had the item in my hand with the Walmart App pulled up, and the Walmart employee denied my request to adjust the price due to their policy. They then placed the product back on the shelf and told me to order it for pickup instead. That is unacceptable! Fortunately, Candace helped me resolve this issue (see above). Walmart, please address this. It was a waste of my time as a customer. Speaking of wasting the time of customers...The Worst: This Walmart has over a dozen checkout registers, but management refuses to staff them. On average, there are 2 registers staffed, and they each have a line waiting with 4 or 5 customers. Instead of quickly and easily being checked out (where I already have to unload my own cart), I must also scan each of my items individually and bag them on my own -- while 2 or 3 employees stare at the ceiling doing very little. Come on, Walmart. This is the most frustrating part of my experience and, quite frankly, is what keeps me from coming to Walmart more regularly. Please staff your registers, as it wastes your customers time when they have to wait in lines. Self-checkout is great for a handful of items, but its burdensome on your customers when they must scan an entire cart of groceries on their own.

Need to carry better variety of raincoat and dont forget to carry Mens Big & Tall sizes, when they do.

Its Walmart. But not a bad one.They have lots of self check lines.Relatively clean. There werent many check out attendants, but not too few. My wait in line wasnt long.The two times Ive been there, there werent many shopping carts spread around the lot, which is often an indicator of the management and store quality.They have a giant pick-up tube inside the entrance so if you order site-to-store you dont have to deal with waiting in a customer service line. I havent got to use this, but its cool. It opens up and a computer monitor slides out when you walk by, which is pretty cool. It makes me want to use it, just to use it.Edit: After a couple trips here, I had to knock off one star. The lady in electronics wasnt trained very well. A couple came in trying to get some pictures printed and she couldnt figure out how to help them. She was asking the couple if she knew how it worked and ultimately told them to come back tomorrow. She also had a REALLY annoying and loud Wreck It Ralph Blu Ray top menu looping over and over for the 30 minutes I was around.They also had 0 check out clerks late at night and the only option was to self check yourself out.The bathrooms were very clean though, and they had a fake plant in the entrance to it, which was a nice touch Ive not seen at items Walmarts.

Oh, man, the lines! Its like they refuse to hire enough employees to cover the stores needs. Ive been to this and many Walmart stores and it seems to be a company-wide issue. I guess they only hire the bare minimum to accommodate the stores minimal needs, refusing to hire enough people in order to save money, but I would pay a little more to not have to wait so long to check my own groceries! Perfect example of a corporation cutting corners to cut costs, while inconveniencing their shoppers simultaneously by not using the savings to hire enough people 🙄

This place is terrible. The register babysitters are rude management stinks the store looks like a war zone...

Staff was not helpful. Had to wait for help even though there was four employees behind the counter and only two customers. Two employees standing behind the counter having a personal conversation while I waited.

There is really no reason to need to stand in line 45 minutes. I guess you know that before you go.. I wouldnt go...i go for my sister😊

Walmart has basically everything you need and the staff there are always willing to help you. I love Walmart everything is awesome. but I just would like for them to give out a membership card so you can get coupons or points because we shop there so much and it’s like they never do anything for their customers.

Worst customer service! I tried calling, after I realized Id been over charged and the phone rang 4 minutes and 8 seconds and when they did pick up all they did was hang up. This happened repeatedly. This starts with management. Theres only one possible reason that manager keeps its job. Id rather pay more at Target!!

I WENT TO WAL-MART ABOUT 3 DAYS LATER TO BUY A FEW ITEMS BUT WHEN I SWIPED THE CARD IT REVEALED A $0 BALANCE... KEEP IN MIND I DID NOT SCRATCH OFF THE BAR CODE LOCATED ON THE BACK OF THE CARD THAT REVIELS THE CARD AND PIN# UNTIL THE CASHIER INSTRUCTED ME TO DO SO... I TRIED IT AGAIN AND STILL A $0 BALANCE... I WENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE FRONT OF THE STORE AND EXPLAINED WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT... AFTER ASKING THE EMPLOYEE 3 TIMES TO PLEASE HELP ME SHE THEN PRINTED OUT A RECEIPT AND SHOWED ME THAT SOMEHOW MY GIFT CARD WAS USED INSIDE OF A WAL-MART LOCATED IN SAN ANTONIO... Wally would is just what you expect. This Deer Park location is one of the nicer ones. Average stuff at a average price. I have noticed prices in general going up everywhere. Wal-Mart seems like one of those giants that we all have to use. Other similar stores are more pricey but quality and uniqueness sometime make up that. Im ready for these giant corporations to make a difference in the world.Ps. Please have more human checkers open. I use cash alot and they sure dont cater to it! Put signs before the lines stating this. More than once I unload all my stuff to have to put it back and go somewhere else that takes cash.

My experience at Walmart is always awesome. Walmart is one of my favorite places And not only mines Im sure Theres Millions of of people that like to go to Walmart and other places especially when you can to buy something.

Usually theyre kind of rude at some of these Walmarts but these people are really nice here

I have a broken leg so I have to use an electric scooter in order to shop here. They only have 2 it seems and it usually takes me an hour to find one every time I come to this Walmart. Its a hassle you would think they would have more than that for such a big store. Kroger has like 12 of them all lined up ready to use and they are half the size of this store !!!!!!

All my needs were met in one location. Very clean and organized, courteous and friendly staff.

Electronics section looks fully stocked but if youre looking for groceries you can tell they dont stock their shelves very well the past few months.

Went there just to get white and black bras in a 34b. But of course nothing. Then tried on a smaller size because I needed them. Dressing rooms closed with caution tape on all doors. They need to fix the dressing rooms. Surely you make enough to fix them. I stood in the bra area and tried on the bras under my shirt and I dont care. I needed bras. So no bras for me. Thanks Walmart not. Walmart could make more money on their clothes if they fix the dressing rooms.

It’s becoming a disappointing experience with each visit. As always the poor customer service and now a lack of products being restocked.It has been 2 months since I’ve seen any Citrus Listerine but Walmart isn’t the only store that is missing this item.Also, I noticed Peroxide is gone too.

Well, I had stopped at the Walmart on Fairmont to get the tires checked and there was no staff in sight an hour and a half after they were supposed to open, which lead me here- kind of far from home. It was so worth the trip!! Such friendly and helpful staff. Anyway, this locations so well-organized and clean. Quick pickup and in and out. I did the app order and I picked the time and I was in and out. If you have a substitution they send you an email that way you are and if you dont want it just let them know and they will remove it before putting in the car. Awesome service and I have always had a great experience with the pick up. 😃
