One employee, eight people in line, and the employee was working at their own casual-not-busy speed. Left before ordering, worst Starbucks experience Ive had in five years.

Ive been here twice and the same attendant was there and made a disgusted face when she realized we were approaching the counter. The second time she sarcastically pointed to the sign indicating tthe hours of operation when asked if she was about to close because she made the face. The coffee here is not up to the standards of Starbucks and I know this because Ive purchased in many a Starbucks locations or maybe its this attendant whos nametag reads Alex that does not use the recipe while making our coffees.

Love the baristas here. The last pumpkin spice cold brew of the season was the best

Ok please dont go to this Starbucks. Kristen was rude I was standing aside and she yelled at me that the line was on the other side I said Im not in line my husband was. Then she rolled her eyes at me. Then we got up to order and I asked for a coffee extra shot and a dragonflies lemonade no ice and she was rude and said they are not allowed to do that it has to have ice. I said thats funny cause I just ordered it yesterday like that she said there a Kroger and Kroger cant do that I said I ordered it from a Kroger yesterday she said well we dont. Then we got our drinks and the coffee taste burnt and the dragonflies taste bad. Kristen and Alyssa need to be retrained cause they were rude and I have never had a problem like this from Krogers.

Good service and quick! Also liked how we got our shopping done as well.

No indoor seating, Starbucks stinks as usual, but I was just here to meet someone.

At the time I went, I was the only customer. So, service was fast. It might be the best white chocolate mocha Ive ever had.

Only bad thing I can say is this, they wont tell you when happy hour is. Ive tested it several times so always ask

I LOVE THAT THIS STARBUCKS IS LOCATED INSIDE KROGERS. THE WORKERS ARE VERY NICE AND KNOW EVERY SINGLE DRINK. IVE ONCE SHOWED THEM A DRINK I WANTED BY SHOWING THEM A STARBUCKS PICTURE FROM MY PINTEREST AND BAM YOUNG LADY MADE MY DRINK. THEY DO YOUR DRINKS FAST AND YEP THE DRINKS ARE A BIT PRICEY BUT WELL WORTH IT. DONT FORGET TO LEAVE THEM A TIP. THE DRINK WAS DRAGON DRINK MADE WITH MILK. SND THIS IS THE PICTURE I SHOWED HER.

Too bad they dont offer Veranda in the afternoon, but you can always get Pike Place as alternate. 👍☕

One of the worst latte I drank at Starbucks.Avoid this one if you can.There was flies hovering over all the pastries.

The boys behind the counter where useless.I had to wait for my drink not because of a line no it took both boys to go together to get the ice ( I got a latte) not sure the urgent need for ice but I was in the store for 10 minutes waiting for a latte that tasted like junk😞 never before have I had a bad experience at a Starbucks cafe and I have been going to them for years

Better than a stand alone Starbucks

I just visited the Starbucks and I was told by the barista that stand alone stores only sold blonde lattes and that honey was no longer an option and apparently this has been for many years. The funny thing is that yesterday I actually got the drink that I needed because I’m lactose intolerant in a different Starbucks and I think this is just ridiculous that people are not trained correctly. Don’t waste your time or money at the Starbucks, it’s not worth it.

Most of the time they get our orders correct. I would watch them though there are times i have had to get are drinks remade because they werent correct

Cashiers and baggers are very friendly and polite. good selection of groceries. my wife feels uncomfortable there because management follows her like she is a shoplifter. so they profile and that is unfair and disappointing.

This Starbucks is not big but people there is very knowledgeable about their drinks and keep things rolling.

My favorite location, even if the menu is limited compared to stand alone stores. Kristi knows how I like my drinks, gives honest opinions about menu items, and will listen if your having a mental breakdown already while grabbing you morning coffee.

This Starbucks inside Krogers is a very clean and well staffed. Unlike most Ive visited. Had given up on Starbucks till I found this location

The location is good, the employees are excellent.

Staff is friendly, pastries appropriately warmed, cakes moist, lattes delicious and at specified temp. Ive never seen a line at this location and my service has been prompt.

The girl working the counter right now is doing great. She churned out 5 drinks ahead of me and had me out of there in no time.
