Ive visited this store 3 times already. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The prices are great on the vinyl and they have a some clothing items for that quick idea or last minute gift. They also have a punch card for rewards.I revisited the store today and things werent so 5 star. Again, they were out of a vinyl I needed. Ok. And then I used my punch card. I received my $10 credit. WARNING! Dont use your credit on a big $90 purchase because you will not get punches for the $80 you just dropped.

Highly recommendedFor the crafty type who like to make their own designs on shirts or making stickers this is a one stop ship type...The sales are amongst the best, you can and wont find some of these prices online....A must see

TL;DR: This place is absolutely amazing and the atmosphere is so welcoming and warming, and the owners are so sweet and caring. Communication is on point, effort 100%, customer service phenomenal.I had a project that another place was unable to accomplish, and I came to T&C for last minute help and they delivered! They went above and beyond to help me out, and worked so hard to help me out. I hung out there for a few hours while waiting and everyone who walked in was greeted and the atmosphere is so friendly.Despite living in League City, I will happily drive to La Porte to visit and get all of my projects done with them.To everyone at T&C: Thank you guys SO much for everything, and Christina, you are a lifesaver and I cannot thank you enough for how much time and effort you put into my project. In addition to that, you gave me options and helped me when things didnt quite pan out from my design to printer. And Im so grateful for everything you did.

I placed an order on a Thursday, called to check on it Monday and was told it was ordered Friday and it should be in by Tuesday or Wednesday. I never received a call it was in on Wednesday so I decide to go check and I get told there was a miscommunication and it should be here by Thursday or Friday.I am local and would have been purchasing lots more, but I left everything I planned purchasing today at the desk, canceled the order, and Ill go get my shirt and other vinyl needs elsewhere. This is THE WORST customer service.
