At the beginning we was told, that rent was gonna be 112 at month and the second month free ok cool well second month come and the lie they charge me ok let it pass now we on the fourth month, rent was supposed to go up on the 6 month well guess what rent went up, spoke to nick and he answer was well they can increase you rent anytime they want, it’s don’t matter with no communication at all they just gonna increased and that it’s, so be aware of this place, and he still laughing over the phone when we was saying that if I could give zero start I will do it right away

I just got back from renting a storage unit @ the Valley Blvd location and I got a fantastic online deal. I was in a hurry and Nick was awesome and quick! He was very nice and made sure everything worked before I left. It is a clean facility and the prices at this local is much lower then others and I checked all over the area. I am so happy to have his done and feel my things are secure. I do think the 24$ admin fee should not be there for the beginning of the rental but I am noticing that everywhere nowadays.

My experience with Nick was awesome. Renting a unit was super easy and I was presented with 2 different rates based on the length of time I’d be renting for. In my case the internet rate was the best. The day I moved into my unit the hole for my lock was too small. Instead of trying to talk me into buying a new lock from him, Nick got his drill and drilled out the hole so I could use the lock I brought. Nick is the embodiment of customer service and made my experience a pleasant one.
