Everytime I come into the office Im always greeted with a warm welcoming. Amelia gives excellent customer service and answers all of my questions.

Customer service is great here but it will be the last time I use this company due to not getting pro rated. So keep in mind if you leave 2 days after the 1st you will NOT get pro rated! A lesson learned! Always ask questions b4 making a decision to give your money away to any company.

I would like to start by saying that the manager of this facility is awesome! I was looking for a storage unit that would be big enough for my things and not extremely expensive; as soon as I read all the reviews about the facility and about the manager I was interested. I am glad that I went to this location b/c the reviews were so true. Tabitha was very knowledgeable, very personable and has a very caring attitude towards her clients, she makes sure that they are satisfied with the unit you are renting for her location. I was helped by Tabitha who is organized, energetic, very informative and seems to know her job very well. Although the initial process of acquiring the storage place took a bit longer than I anticipated, the experience was a pleasant one with the help of employee Tabitha. I would recommend this place to store your items, if for no other reason, for the courteous and helpfulness of the staff. I also had the opportunity to speak to Laura over the telephone and my communication with her was similarly pleasant and productive. I would not hesitate to recommend this Public Storage location to friends and family.

Beatriz made the whole process from start to finish super easy. Shes professional and personal, hard to come by these days. Dont hesitate to rent a unit from this location, my experience with them was seamless. The unit was clean, affordable, and was a breeze to access the unit.

We were in between escrows and needed a space to store our furniture until we were able to move into our new house. Due to the sellers bickering with each other we got delayed with the closing. We sold our house and had no where to go. We packed stuff in a truck and just started driving. We were fortunate to find Public Storage on Valley Blvd. We were greeted by Beatriz who was a total sweet heart and really helped us make a very stressful situation much more tolerable. We were able to safely storage our items in a nice large clean storage space. We had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this location. We also want to commend Beatriz. She is the best! :)

I would like to commend the manager of this facility. Tabitha was extremely helpful. We were looking for a space to park an RV trailer (15 footer). It was going to be several days before we took delivery. Tabitha showed us the space and was so welcoming that we were immediately sold on this as being the perfect place to store our new toy. We were able to open an account with one of our vehicles to assure that we got the parking spot. Tabitha is an A+++ manager. Highly recommended. If all of Public Storage managers are like Tabitha, then this is a well run company.

First storage we decided to visit to check their prices and not only did it meet our needs, Brenda gave us excellent customer service. She was very welcoming, polite and also very cheerful. Its not everyday you come across people like that. Greatly appreciate Brenda. Totally willing to recommend this Storage place to others!!!

Last week I was with my mom and she needed a space I was surprised on all the knowledge that Carlos had about storage and all of the merchandise that he had in the office. I was just as impressed as my mom. He was so friendly to her and myself made us feel welcome and when the slogan is we will treat your stuff like its our stuff Carlos take it to a whole different level. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my moms things highly recommended! Go see Carlos!!
