I went in for an exam and some new frames making an appointment couldnt have been easier and being a full time worker i found no issue with scheduling. The frame selection was great and i plan on goin back at the new year for a second pair!!

I have been coming here for years. The staff is friendly and efficient. Sometimes it is crowded, but always make you feel welcome. My daughter goes here too.

The optometrist was very nice but my time was wasted by the office staff. I called ahead to confirm they took my insurance only to find out after my exam that they did not. Luckily they were able to use my medical insurance since Im diabetic, otherwise I would have had to pay out of pocket. Needless to say I wont be coming back here.

Worst experience I have ever had at a optical place and I have been wearing contacts for over 45 years! I went in October for new contact lenses and they could not get the prescription right even after 2 tries. It takes WEEKS to get the lenses and on the 3rd attempt over a month ago, was told 2 weeks ago that the order had been lost & would have wait even longer! I went in today & asked for a refund. Horrible experience.
