Very bad experience!!! First of all the doctor had me return for 3 additional visits each over 30 min long for contact trial pairs... A little overboard but OK he wants my vision to be perfect.... Then i got sick with covid really sick missing almost 4 months of work. So now im feeling better i want to finish getting my contacts.... NOPE!!! Its been to long... but not long enough for my insurance to reset so i have to pay again out of my pocket for the same prescription that the doctor never finalized even though they have the same sample pair (ordered for me) sitting at there office. Wont lete have them wont let me order contacts. Unless i PAY AGAIN... so im paying twice for 1 prescription. NO THAT DOESNT WORK FOR ME. I would rather pay someone else then give them any more of my money. Then theres the overpriced glasses i received from them 6 months ago that still wont sit on my face right. Completely warped from the moment i got them even after they adjusted them. I would stay away.

Refused to see my daughter when we arrived For our appointment because we were 8 mins late and their cut off is 10 mins. It was storming outside so our drive time was slower.They in no way made us feel welcome they were Rude and I will not be recommending them to anyone

This place has great selection on glasses and friendly customer service. They are very personable people, even remembering my name when I stopped by without an appointment. I have recently moved but still go to this one even though there’s a closer Pearle Vision to me now!

I would not recommend if you need glasses quickly. When I lost my glasses and needed a new pair quickly, I waited over two and half weeks when I was told they would take about a week. When my daughter broke her frame we were told the identical frame was in stock and the glasses could be fixed in less than a week. Three weeks later we were still waiting and were told that Pearle had to wait for the frames to come in from overseas. After the frames finally came in, we had to wait another week to put the lenses in. Will never go back.

Was told my sons glasses were in went the next day to pick them up, however was never told hey we are closed from Saturday till Tuesday because of labor day. so made the 25 min. drive for nothing

We love going to this Pearle location. Stacey is always welcoming and knows how to interact with our kids. The DRs are fantastic too. Location and hours are perfect for us!

Don’t go to this place! I came to the clinic for contacts and glasses. The contacts prescription was wrong, so I had to have new contacts ordered. The new contacts were cheaper. However, when I asked for the difference of the money back, I was told it would be a credit to my next purchase at the office. I asked if the refund could be applied to my glasses purchase, and the office manager was quite rude and repeated “the next purchase” to me. So basically, they can screw up your prescription, but you have to pay for it! Bad bad business. I usually don’t write bad reviews, but want to protect other customers because, basically, you have to pay for their mistakes.

Couldnt determine whether they could cover my exam until I was already half way through my paperwork. Wasted a lot of time considering I thought that when I provided my info beforehand that theyd actually look into it.
