Being 3000 miles from home and not knowing the area. Went to lunch and came out to a dead battery. Autozone happen to be down the street. Looking for a jump Antonio wasted no time with assisting us. Drove us down the street jumped the car and off he went. Battery happen to be under warranty with another company but would have purchased from them no doubt. Friendly and willing to help. Great customer service!

Called Autozone when I was stranded on the road for a new belt so I could fix my vehicle, was on the phone with Antonio and told us we dont usually deliver for customers but we can make an exception since its a holiday, very thankful for the wonderful staff at this store. Chase delivered the part for me on the side of the road within 15 minutes of me calling. Great customer service, wonderful attitudes and great timing. Thankful for kind people in this day and age :)

My husband is overseas right now, he’s in the Army. I could not figure out how to do the diagnostic code on my daughters car because there is a check engine light on. I don’t know anything about cars at all. I called this Autozone and a woman answered the phone I explained that I couldn’t get diagnostic to work then she asks me if I turned car on or if I was doing it right. I did do it right. I couldn’t get the app to connect with ours but my whole entire point of calling was to ask if your store did diagnostic testing. Finally she says they do. I drive up there with two kids in tow, I see the girl and she was very slowly cleaning off oil cans, she didn’t acknowledge me but I was honestly glad she didn’t she didn’t seem friendly at all. The woman she was helping she gave her two oil cans and they still had oil on them because I saw the customer cleaning it off and there was a lot.I am so thankful that Lionel helped me because he went above and beyond, he took his time to explain everything to me which remember I don’t know anything about cars!, he checked the battery and did the diagnostic testing, then he suggested getting a new gasoline cover which I did gladly. He told me what was wrong with my daughters car and how much the part would be, I plan on buying it before my husband gets back and having him put it on. Lionel even went outside and showed us how to do the gasoline cover. He was so nice, personable, professional and friendly I am so glad that he helped us instead of the lady who seemed put out and irritated by me. I’m going to call the store tomorrow and tell them how wonderful Lionel was. He was so helpful the girl seemed like she was trying to look busy and she just had such an attitude. I have been searching for the correct spark plug wires for over 2 weeks. I’ve made numerous phone calls and even bought 2 sets that “the other guys” assured would fit. I went to Autozone on Pacific and they spent the time to research my truck and found the ones I needed plus the price was better than the other others I was quoted. MADE MY DAY!

I went to buy windshield wipers for my VWJetta.The staff member were very helpful in finding the right kind. Then he also went to my car to put it on for me. I am grateful for that. I would call this great customer setvice.

Did me a real solid! Was 35 up in my man lift (bucket truck), and I blew a fuse! At a customers house. No way to retract the boom without the control fuse. No way to drive. They normally didnt go out as far a I was, but they wouldnt leave me stranded. Thank you so much! Great guys!

They were GREAT, let us borrow a car computer reader device idk, but we did what they said and came back and then told us how screwed the car was who would tow it home and ordered the parts for us.

If you own your average types of cars youll find most anything you need. If you own anything like bmw, Mercedes, etc youll have a harder time finding what you need as they dont exactly carry much for these cars. Other than that depending on the store location will depend on their customer service. Usually pretty good but it can be a hit or miss.

One side of my windshield wipers stopped working and I called to ask what I could do, I gave them my make, model and yr and they told me it was my wiper transmission. Wipers have transmissions? After talking to them they explained what tools youll need and how to install it. ♥️

Employee by the name ROBERT treated my husband (customer) with a very rude customer service! Customers present waiting was seeing all this fall in place at this location. We are residents of this county Olympia/Lacey Stores and we have not encountered such mannerisms! We are all facing this pandemic crisis and automotive is essential but not when you have employees like Robert servicing or Representing your store! In the end while leaving, he continued to harrassed my husband! I was like it was pretty serious. Please look into this matter!

Store was clean, well organized and staff was friendly. Ive always liked AutoZone over other parts warehouses and this store is one of the reasons I stick with them. This time it was just for a steering wheel cover for the wife but other times its been oil and filter for the bike or a starter for the Honda. They always have what Im looking for.

This is the second time I visited the Lacey, WA location. Both time the gentlemen working the counter were very helpful. They are always ready to assist and with the added task of installing the tail lights for my jeep made sure everything was in working order before I left.Great job and thank you!

Sometimes they are nice other times not, sometimes you get help immediately other times I have waited a long time. They usually have stuff I cannot find other places, but their prices seem to be a bit higher.

Asked for a cabin air filter for my truck. Counter guy rushes through and grabs the filter based off make and model. Get home to change it out. He had given me the wrong filter. Drive all the way back down. Told him it was the wrong filter. The same counter guy says here we will just switch it out. I asked if there was a price difference and he said yes. The cabin air filter you need is cheaper. I told him Id like the difference back. After ten minutes of messing around wasting more of my time he told me they were the same price..... This guy at the front with red hair is a clown and should not be working at Wal-Mart. Please AutoZone hire managers with some sort of knowledge.

Met the manager as well today too, and no surprise also was very quick to help and happy to answer my questions and educate me in a way that I felt comfortable. Thanks, guys! The guy attempting to look helpfull today couldnt find anything in the store without a make n model of my project.. how hard is it to let me look at a couple power steering lines to see if they had anything close to 32 inches with 3/8 male on one side5/8 on the other? He couldnt find one. Looked baffled as he wonders around

I walked in at 1040 in the morning with 1 other customer in the store and three people working. I stood there for almost 10 mins with no interaction from any of the working people. No one said greeted me. No one said they would be with me in a min. Not even an acknowledgement. The lady counting her till was rude to the gentleman in front of me. The store was cluttered and messy. Boxes of old parts and old displays sitting on and around the front counter. And when I walked out of the store no one had even acknowledged me the entire time I was there. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

Quick simple in and out.

Bought some wipers there the other day and noticed that they were streaking. I stopped back by and without even blinking an eye, they switched them out, and made sure that I was happy with the new pair and that they were working properly. Kyle the manager, Cheyenne, and Jenelle are super friendly and knowledgeable. Very customer first in their attitude. Go to these people!!

I took my battery in to have it tested, and they are charging it for free and they were all so nice.My husband is not around due to his job. They were so helpful

One, the staff is great. If they dont know the answer, they know where to find it.Two, checking against EBay, AutoZone is not anymore expensive on most items. And I get it right away.

Was not terribly thrilled with the lack of knowledge of the employees. I had an order to pick up in store and needed a few accessories to complete my task. I actually had to show them pictures of the items I needed even though I told them exactly what it was. I do not think I should have to Google a part so that they can pull the correct item. Three people working and none of them could pull it up on the computer until I showed it to them.

Nately was amazingly helpful! She made sure that everything was correct before I left the store. I really appreciated it because so many times Ive worked with one of the guys and the part or something else was wrong. She took the extra time to make sure I wouldnt have to do a return. And for once that is exactly what didnt happen! I got the correct part and was able to get my car fixed without any hick ups ;) thank you so much!

Auto Zone was very helpful. Went to OREILLYS first. They didnt have the staff to come out to the car, so I left. I have always had good luck with Auto Zone!

Recently moved to the area and needed to find an auto parts store I could call my own. Spot on service and found I didnt need the rotors. Returned them with no questions asked. I know Ill be back

The employees here were super helpful, they went above and beyond with their customer service when I needed help. They also helped my dad do a phone order for the parts for my car since he lives in Richland. Overall I loved this store!

I came in with a super easy fix...(burnt out license plate bulb) it was dark and the store was ready to close, but the girl that helped me went the extra mile, she found the bulb I needed, asked if I needed help, made sure I was all taken care of and had a great smile the entire time in spite of her having a cold and it being closing time!

Trying to get an oil change for my truck. Told the sales person I wanted the cheapest oil deal they had which was the 26 dollar stp special. After 10 min trying to figure out which one was the cheapest she rang me up around 36 bucks. Then was hassled by 3 people about 5w30 vs. 10w30 because the manufacturer says so. Another sales person came over to ring me up because the 1st one couldnt understand what I was asking for. They rang me up at 28 bucks out the door (the deal I was asking for in the first place.) Next time Ill look in the book and grab my own stuff before accepting help from the sales team. Spent way to much time in this store than I should have.

I have only had 1 experience here and it was over the phone.I needed to price an engine and some parts to restore an older vehicle. When the guy realized it wasnt going to be an easy find. He took my number and explained it will be awhile. He called me back by the end of the day with my list intact. I really felt like he put my list of items to the top of his list. It was a refreshing display of dedication.

Nearly every time I walk in the door if they arent all helping other customers, there is somebody that will help me find exactly what I need. I dont have to read through the confusing manuals, they just look it up for me.

I took a battery to this store to be charged and checked for a disabled widow. The clerk said I could come back in an hour. I came back 3 hours later and was told the battery was bad. I charged the battery at home and took it to another parts store and was told it was good. That other store now has my business.
