I took my Covid test here and you’re required to go to the drive-through to do so. I was scheduled at 3:15 and there were five cars in front of me it took me about 40 minutes before it was my turn. I’m just saying this to get an idea of how long drive-through will take now that Covid tests are available. All in all I’ve been to this pharmacy about 6 or seven times. The people here at the pharmacy Are nice and considerate and I have no problem coming back again. The rest of the staff typically keep to themselves and hospitality is not their strong suit which is why I’m getting a four-star instead of the five including the long wait time but there are pockets in the day where there is nobody in drive-through.
I am changing pharmacies. Three times now I have had my prescriptions go unfilled even though my doctor sent them through several days earlier. I am diabetic and cant afford to run out of medicine just because they havent gotten around to filling it yet.
Arrived at this Lacey location on 8/17 for 2 Flu shot appointments. They say come 15min early for paperwork, which we did. No other customers in line. Takes 20min to even be handed paperwork. Female pharmacist, rude from the start. Finally, after we have been waiting 30min, we ask when they will be ready and the again rude pharmacist tells us to wait longer. When I tell her we have an appointment, her response is do we want to reschedule??? WE ALREADY SCHEDULED FOR A REASON. Left and went across the road to Riteaid, had paperwork and shot done in about 15min total, with 4 people ahead of us. Save yourself the rudeness and waste of time and skip this location. Pharmacy staff is obviously NOT happy with their jobs. Every staff member was rude even to other customers that arrived after us.
Pharmacy staff was amazing and they actually had the product I needed when no where else did. I belive the pharmacy tech was Ellie. Then when I checked out up front for a few things the checker was very nice, but I forgot to get her name. Was very pleased with my experience today and will definitely be coming in more frequently.
Staff are friendly and pharmacy is awesome. Only trouble I have is one cashier who always tries to ID both myself (no problem) and my CHILD, whenever we go together. No problem when they want ID from both my bf and I, but if its your child...just makes no sense to me. Other than that I have come to love this branch, they have some great permanent staff now (at first I think it was just staff rotated in while that were hiring). Now its good.
Very rude woman in pharmacy, wont ever go there again.
Dont come here to drop off your perscription, deliberately let you wait the longest time.they never tell people they have lunch break, it takes 1 minute for me to pay and leave, and they would rather let you wait for another half an hour and on the top of having waited for 1 hour and a half. and there are 6 of them inside that pharmacy having lunch break togetherhorrible customer service, i hope their job is automated soon
Not the first time, but will be the last. This store has customers wrapped around the corner every time I go in. There’s rarely carts, no hand carts and one checker that’s always the most unmotivated person I’ve ever seen. Your CEO took a 25 million dollar signing bonus and makes 1.5 million a year and you can’t even provide bags 90% of the time for the purchase made. This is the worst Walgreens on the planet snd should just be shut down.Never again.
The technicians, assistants and pharmacists hereare the most effecient pharmacy staff our family has had. They are always on top if it, making our experiences effortless. They thoroughly answer questions regarding insurance or prescriptions. Thank you and keep up the excellent work!
Worst pharmacy. They’re incompetent and always understaffed. Go somewhere else.
Awful experience. Will not be going back to this location again. I dropped off a package for Fed Ex to pick up. The employee was clueless as to what she was doing. Come to find out my package was never picked up the next business day like I paid for it to be because the employee put it in their “Hold for Customer Pickup” area instead of “Ready for Fed Ex Pickup” area. I only found out because I happened to call to see why the tracking hadn’t updated otherwise my package would still be sitting there. I was furious. Now my package will not be delivered on time. Thanks a lot Walgreens. Please train your employees accordingly.
This review is for the pharmacy. robin and karen are a dream team!! we came in looking for a specific brand of a medication. while it wasn’t available, both karen and robin went above and beyond to check multiple pharmacies in the local area. super impressed with the level of customer service we were shown, not to mention we witnessed several patients being greeted by name while we were having waiting. these two deserve a raise, seriously, and they just earned this location regular pharmacy customers!
I have had a problem with them every single time I have had to use them for the pharmacy and it it the worst experience getting prescriptions I have ever had even my insurance told me not to use them anymore because they have never had so many problems with a pharmacy before. If I could give zero stars I would.
I like Walgreens. I enjoy browsing the seasonal isle throughout the year. Aways feels clean and orderly.
I have never had any problems with Walgreens in Tacoma on 56th (it has long been one of my preferred stores), however the staff at this store is much less friendly and if they need a managers approval to sell something do not tell you that. Its much easier to stop by the Rite Aid, which is just across the street, and much more helpful and personable. Wasnt even questioned there regarding the same issue. When I called in to let the manager know I was told that I should have just asked for a manager at the store so I didnt have to leave and come back. Dont worry, I wont be coming back.
The pharmacy workers are so nice and friendly. Some pharmacist have this attitude about things when you dont know something but not here. I never feel uncomfortable about coming to this one because they dont talk down to you and seem like people that can get along with anyone. Thank you guys. The cashiers are also friendly but I dont come here much except for the pharmacy so no bad experience yet.
Friendly and convenient drive through. Closed daily for lunch from 1:00pm to 2:00pm
Of the 3 times Ive gone in, theyre yet to fill my prescriptions correctly and have caused me to have to make a second trip, and once a 3rd trip. Im about to just go somewhere else that can get it right. The fat girl is especially dumb. Try hiring competent people. Its obvious everyone is a min wage worker minus the pharmacist. It doesnt matter how good of a job the pharmacist does if the idiot they pass the medications off to cant keep them together. 3 times, out of the 3 times Ive gone, youve never once gotten my 3 simple prescriptions right. In fact, each time, your staff fills it, they forget to give me one. Its getting really, really old, and Im tired of having to double check every step of the process at this location. If it happens one more time, Ill just drive further to someone who can put a damn box, in a bag. Really, its not hard. You take the stuff the pharmacist gives you, and you put it in a plastic bag.
With the exception of this store location ~ Every Walgreens store I have been to between Oregon and Washington, the customer service has always been first rate from the pharmacy staff, store managers and customer service staff. The staff at this store were rude to the customers. The common attitude was that the customers were infringing on their personal chat time, as well as completely lacking in knowledge about the store products, special ad prices and rewards incentives. In comparison, this store was poorly stocked and was lacking in products and merchandise that other Walgreens carry.Looks like RitAid across the road is the new Walgreens for this location.
Helpful and friendly staff, even in the pharmacy. I called CVS (inside Target store) and pharmacy tech was not helpful or friendly. I immediately called this Walgreens and the person answered all of my questions with a nice attitude! Employees working the front registers greet you and are nice even if you run in 10 minutes before they close.
This place is great! Im always ending up here when I need medical supplies from sport injuries. They always have what I need when other stores do not (target/Safeway) they even have a great selection of fun gifts and seasonal items. Plus the staff have always been so willing to assist me with a positive attitude.I waited too long to submit this review.Thank you for your kindness.
Not everyone will have a good day at work or anywhere. Even if the staffs could be nice or rude. I still give them a smile. You never know you can brighten someones day.
Amazing Walgreens ! Above and beyond helpful pharmacy, comparing prices on over the counter meds versus my pharmacy medication so I did not have to go back inside with my 3 young toddlers . Also customer service in the store ( I had to come in and use the restroom with all three children )was patient and so helpful assisting me, so I did not have to leave the store without purchasing the products I was trying to purchase . 8/30/18
Horrible experience with pharmacy. Refused to even help with a prescription. Claimed my birthday didnt match, I called in to insurance, and they confirmed it was correct no typos. Tech told me to go to Rite Aid, and that if I wanted help he had more important things to do so hed do them first. Dont remember guys name, but an older pharmacy tech. Just awful. I went to CVS in Target 0 issues and was faster.
Horrible customer service! I had an associate named Rosa? follow me and my family around the store and then approach me and told me to watch my child. I was holding my small child by the hand so not sure how much watching I was supposed to be doing. Expressed my displeasure to the manager Andrew who seemed to not care about my concerns. In todays climate I would hate to think that I was being racially profiled.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also there is a Level 2 J-1772 EV charging station in the parking lot that has been available every time I needed it.
My favorite place if I need to pick something up quickly. Great servicer and prices!
Love them. Robin and Jennifer are great.
Outstanding customer service 100% of the time. Down side is you still pay more for most everything other than prescriptions.
The pharmacy staff at this location is so friendly and helpful! Not always something you get at a drugstore!
Great customer service in the photo lab!!! Ask for Tammy
Good finds, sweet deals, employees were helpful and prompt.
Easy in, easy out. Some cashiers have bad attitudes.
Awesome place to go and also get what you need
Its convenient, easy in and out, it has Redbox.
Website shows this location closes at 10:00 PM. Got to this location at 5:55 only to be told they close at6:00PM on weekends.
Super pissed off by their passport photo service. Super expensive, cost $30 for 4 low quality photos, Costco only charge $4.99 !!
Easily accessible
Very slow not friendly customer service
I like Walgreens for their Heath selections
Friendly staff 😊
