After having my mother in tears I decided to take my devices over to the Lacey store in Hawks Prairie. I was the only one that went in with my sister expecting the worst of course. As we were just discriminated against in the other store, we were hoping to find some much better help. We found a Hispanic gentlemen, he was helpful but he did take action and set up our phones for us and answer the questions that we had. He was very nice he was just quiet and maybe a little unsure.

I went in there with a problem with my phone, the staff was very nice and immediately started to trouble shoot the phone. Apparently sim cards go bad. He fixed it quickly and for free! Thanks again!

My wife needed to switch from her old Verizon plan onto my existing Cricket plan. We had the good fortune to be helped by Zach Moreno. Zach was patient as he explained how Apple was ending support for some of its older phones and which phones, not necessarily the most expensive ones, would suit both my wife and her grandsons needs. Zach patiently took all the time necessary to set up both phones and to make sure they worked as they are supposed to work. People like Zach are why I am a long time Cricket customer

I’d recommend this place to anyone all three cricket stores in my area are amazing! They are the go to team, trouble shoot central, if one store can figure it out they call another and get your problem solved! This store Centralia and the West Side locations are by far the best and most helpful stores I’ve ever visited! It’s a 10/10 for me

I had an account issue due to the deletion of my account primary phone number that prevented me from ordering an upgrade phone online. After 3 hours of frustration trying to resolve this with Crickets automated phone tree and online chat, I called the Lacey store when they opened. Eddie listened to my issue and immediately ordered the phone I wanted, which was in short supply. The phone came in a few days later (due to the holiday weekend) and I visited the store to get things switched over. With thier help, the account was fixed and the transition from my 5 year old phone went smoothly. I was seriously considering leaving Cricket over the account issue and to get the phone I wanted. The automated processes are fine until there is an unusual problem. The in person customer service was what I needed and they delivered. The new phone works great!

Anything manager at cricket is the most another lady there with them too I dont know her name but they are the most respectful people and they take their time and he has helped me so tremendously and I was going to cut my credit off and Im not because he has helped me so much and hes taught me a lot about the furniture Im old school and I just need a phone my husband had a stroke and its hard and I just want to say thanks and you guys should keep these cute people around and get more and more like him cuz thats what we need is a lot more patient people thank you and God bless 🙏

Quick an easy service, a great way for me save money on my bill compared to Verizon paying $240 for 4 lines, we got 4 free phones and pay $100 a month for all 4 lines. The staff was very friendly and professional. Wish I knew about this place sooner!

Great new management, absolutely worth stopping in for the best deals and wonderful customer service. Also got to witness what would be a hard fix for most people taken care of in less than a minute. Very satisfied.

The people that work here are knowledgeable and very kind. Ive never been inside when it was too busy, so they are attentive.The only thing i can say that could be improved is that they should carry more middle of the road phones. Its either the high end iphone or the low end stuff. If you want inbetween you will most likely need to buy it online.

Great service. Great rate plans. They have low cost or free phones available with pre paid month to month service plans. They use the AT&T service network, so service is pretty consistent Welton most metropolitan areas. I had no difficulty getting them to unlock my purchased phone to use internationally.

I have bought a phone from Cricket Samsung Galaxy Discover. It is defective. Im waiting on a paper to send my phone back. Im in roaming and I didnt put it on there. It was like that when I bought the phone. Every day they cancel my service and I have to call and complain. Every day. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. CRICKET SUCKS> CONSUMER BEWARE> KILL THAT CRICKET. I will never use them or refer anyone to them.This is not my review....but it is good to know ...there are a lot of unhappy customers...

All I have to say to people giving a cell phone company bad reviews is that you get what you pay for. If you want to be cheap and buy a cheap phone you will get just that, a cheap phone. A phone that is not built to last. I used to work in the cell phone industry and time and time again I would let my customers know to spend the money on a good phone. Especially if you are getting a smartphone. Do your research. If you have problems with your phone and you come off like a hot head, do you think anyone would want to help you? Some phones are DOA, some phones just come from the factory dead. It is not the employees fault. As for activation fees, every single carrier is doing that now. They lowered the cost of plans, and phones so they have to compensate somewhere. And all carriers will charge you for a SIM card unless yours is defective or you call customer service directly. Another reminder is that not all stores are corporate stores. Customer service hotline and stores have different rules and guidelines to follow, so dont group them all the same.

They advertise one thing you get there to the store it a whole different thing. Received an text that their Moto G7 was on sale 60.00 off get there to buy it and. Theirs now discount at all.

I love cricket wireless. Am a cricket costumer for a while now. The have decent smartphones besides iphone and Samsung galaxies. I love the plan with unlimited data no restrictions, is awesome I dont have to worry about data.
