I placed an order for pickup on doordash. When I arrived and picked up my order it was made incorrectly. I was missing ice cream. When I told the young brunette with glasses, that my order was messed up she replied that it wasnt. I went to my car to get my phone to confirm that the order was indeed messed up. When I returned back into the restaurant she said oh you did order more. She had an attitude the whole time she was making the order. YET I still left a tip, she didnt say have a good day or thank you for the tip. Which I should have reached in that bucket and took it back because the customer service there is trash straight trash. They only get two stars because the praline n cream ice cream is so delicious! Work on the customer service because the great customer service is what keeps people returning.

Their ice cream is delicious, and their ice cream cakes are beautiful and very well made! The staff that helped us order our cake were very nice, and they even called a few days later to get more details on the decorations. Definitely recommend this place!

I casually went to the counter and asked the young man for a hot fudge shake he quickly blurted I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT IS. I said oh im sorry its hot fudge ice cream and milk I think and showed him a webpage showing what iy is he then repeated himself I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT IS, WE HAVE 41 DIFFERENT FLAVORS OF ICE CREAM, SO I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT IS. I ended it by saying just give me chocolate. At least this particular server could use a little more customer service training.

Horrible service. A short brunette young girl helped me and was very rude. It was near closing and they just mopped so I could tell that bothered her. Well I ordered ice cream and my scoops were very small. Literally half of a spoonfull for the second scoop. Was very upset but just walked away. I will never go there again after that. Very rude person

Horrible service. My boyfriend went with a list of what I wanted for my order. He never seen the ice cream I wanted but the lady gave him something else and said that was the “ice cream”.. they wouldn’t redo my whole order just 2 scoops and 1 topping the rest would be charged?!? if you don’t know or have the ice cream tell your customers instead of telling someone that the ice cream!! We won’t come here ever again! Wasted $10 for nothing!

Amazing!! I wish I took some photos. I had 3 scoops of pralines and cream (one of my favorites) and ordered a waffle cone to use as a spoon lol. If you havent tried using a cone as an edible spoon its a must try. Anyways, great selection, extremely clean atmosphere wasnt a line, but people left as I got there and people arrived as I left. Glad to see they are keeping busy. I stop by weekly usually and will continue to do so.

The ice cream is good but don’t go to this Baskin Robbins if you want to use a coupon on the app. I ordered a custom made Sunday and the $1.00 wouldn’t scan on the app. I asked the person helping me to take the dollar off but she said that it technically wasn’t a Sunday that I ordered. I asked her to call the owner and he said the same thing. If a two scoop Sunday with regular scoops isn’t a Sunday then what is it?

New owner is doing is really making a lot of improvements, even offering 4 non-dairy vegan options! I had the non-dairy cookie dough and it was awesome! I would recommend you give this location a try!

Its Baskin-Robbins, one of THE names in parlor ice creams. It was, as expected, cold, creamy, and absolutely delicious. I would say the service was a little slow, but he was scooping as fast as he could, I could see that. It just takes a little while to hand scoop everything. But thats part of what makes it so delicious, the fact that everything is done to order by hand. Got to love it!

My daughter stopped by at 911 and the door was locked the employee seen her trying to get in and they just watched her. I then called and was told they closed early and the employee didnt know why I asked who their manager was and the employee said his name was Chad...I am a repeat customer but will not be anymore.

The place to go when you want ice-cream but dont know what flavor. The options are a little overwhelming, but that is a good thing.

You cant really mess up ice cream, so it comes down to your customer service. I understand a franchise doing its own thing to an extent, but when you dont participate in basic franchise deals such as coupons and gift cards, you should just pack it up. This ad specific location took neither my coupon or my gift card. The location is outdated and is probably the reason they dont participate in a lot. Penny pinching. The employees are courteous. Probably about that time to update or close up if you cant keep up with business.

WE LOVE BASKIN-ROBINS!!!!We have been going to the place by tumwater falls and the old Olympia Brewery.The gentleman there is a joy any fun guy to talk to and he can THROW DOWN SOME MEAN FLAVOR MIXTURES. (meaning he can recommend and make all of the products taste the best, he is truly just a great dude.He is well versed and knows exactly what he is selling, and you can see that he throughly enjoys his AWESOME job.Thank you for making me fall in love with ice cream again....watermelon splash with a twist is the BOMB, IT IS GREAT.FRANK FLORES AND FAMILIA

Friendly fast service, honest workers, they close at 9 on weekdays FOR SURE, so if youre one of the people who like to come in late and sit down, DONT. They dont get paid to stay late and watch you eat. Just take it to go, so they can clean and get off on time thank you.that goes for most places really dont be an ignorant arrogant customer.

Good ice cream but be cautious here. They refuse their paper and plastic goods, put ice cream that has fallen back into the container, and use child employees as interns so they dont have to pay them.

I typically love Baskin Robbins. Their ice cream is great pretty affordable as a once-in-a-while type of treat. I went with family to this location a couple of times, and by myself once. Every single time, there was only one person working there. The second time I went with family, we were given four samples, but then told that we could only receive four samples each after the fact. My sister and boyfriend were very upset, one of them complaining about how they didnt like any of the flavors they chose. It seems a little off to me that a place that boasts about having 31 flavors limits the amount of flavors you can try. We get our ice cream, and each bowl has a sorry excuse for a scoop. Its two-thirds a normal size scoop at best. We all wrote it off as one bad experience and didnt hold it against them too much.Then, we went again. My sister and I went inside the store, ready to buy ourselves each an ice cream and our mom a surprise milkshake, who was waiting in the car. The cashier gave us judgemental looks the entire time, crossed their arms, and was very impatient with us. We were the only customers at the time in the store. I was given a normal sized scoop of ice cream this time, but my sister was given a noticeably smaller amount. The milkshake was also good this time, although my mom says there was a little too much milk.I go in a final time by myself. I had just had a hard day at work and was excited because I had a free scoop of ice cream for downloading the Baskin Robbins app. I was planning on getting the free scoop for myself and then buying my sister an ice cream with the money Id received in tips that day. I walk inside, and am greeted by the same man from the only-four-samples day. He stands there with a big grin, helping the people in front of me in line. I walk up and happily start to show him the coupon from the app, but before I can even do so, he tells me that they only take online coupons if they are printed out. I ask how Im supposed to print out a coupon from their app, and he tells me that they dont honor the app there, at all. There were no indications of this anywhere. I smiled and slowly walked out, thinking about what to do. I ended up going to the Dairy Queen down the way. Found out that they also have an app, and a deal with it. A free blizzard upon sign up, and they actually honor it.If you want Baskin Robbins, find a different location. This one is not the best by a long shot.

I was so excited to find that Lacey had a Baskin Robins because I love their ice cream sodas. I Went in only to find that this location doesnt have them. The fellow was kind but he didnt know what one is. I think he would have made me one but they didnt have cream or soda water. I was disheartened. Its sad to see a generation that doesnt even know what one is and a Baskin Robins that doesnt serve them. If you love them ike I do, the Olympia store on Harrison serves them.
