Amazing bubble tea! I have been to several places in the area, and they dont compare to the taste and customer service. The mango tea with tapioca is my favorite, and I recommend it!

We drove to the mall because my daughter wanted a drink from here but they were closed. I had her google to see if there was one close to our house and surprisingly there was. The store was decorated very nice and the woman who worked there was so friendly and fast with my daughters order. The store had a very calm and welcoming vibe to it which I really wasn’t expecting from the outside of the plain building. I’m so happy we found this place now we don’t have to drive 30 minutes to the mall for this delicious drink . My daughter was very happy.

I got the Pineapple Coconut Combo with Lychee instead of boba and it never fails! I was worried about dairy so I called ahead to see if they had dairy free options and YES they do! Very much appreciated 🙏

I prefer the coffee flavors at most places. Tried the Thai Coffee flavor, and it wasn’t sickly sweet, which is awesome. I got the milk tea version with non-dairy milk🧋.

I love this place. Im not the biggest fan of bubble tea, but my teenager is. Its right next to the PacknShip so I go in occasionally if my teenager is with me. The owner lady who has probably told me her name several times now, but my memory fails me terribly, is the kindest and sweetest. Her and her husband, both. Love going in there.

My kids had a great time and the service was fast, friendly, and safe.

Bubble island is the place for Boba! It’s so good!! They are so friendly!! We arrived at closing and had a huge order and they had no issues staying and making our order. They have great flavors like horchata, cotton candy, and then taro, matcha! Amazing stuff and you can mix and match, they use real fruit for the boba smoothies! So great!!!

Really good. Really fast. Loads of shake and tea flavors to choose but not a lot of bubble flavors. Only strawberry.Really good prices and they have a really big large for just about $6

Look the bubble tea is very very good but the inside is a mess, theres no mask policy for customers, and their service is sub par. But there arent alot of bubble tea options in that area. Like said before the product that they produce is very good. The boba is always perfectly cooked and the tea is always perfectly sweet. I really hope to see them put more love into their business after things start getting back to normal and business increases.

This place is great! I got a drink at tin tin and my wife got one here and hers was so much better.

Ordered 5 different drinks. The mix was fine but the bobba was extremely old and most of them were still frozen too. For almost $10 a drink, it was ridiculous. Just gross!

Was having a hard time finding a place close to my house that will blend the Thai tea for my boba, until I went here. The girl working there is really nice and fast. Prices are really good for all the sizes they offer. They also have a ton of different flavors to choose from.

Only one person making a tea at a time, having to stop to take orders. Felt bad for the person working but on a hot day they could use another set of hands when lots of people were coming in for tea. Waited 25 minutes for a drink...

The fresh fruit bubble tea tastes like fresh fruit and healthy and delicious. That might sound obvious but after drinking some bubble tea other places that advertise fresh fruit but taste like fake powder junk this is the place. My fave is strawberry peach fresh fruit smoothie with black boba. Always clean and relatively quick.

Probably the best Taro root shake I’ve had! I wished I lived closer but I just so happened to be in the area! I will definitely be returning

This small hidden treasure makes the best damn Green Tea Bubble Tea Ive had in 33 years. When I was a kid in California there was a stand that my family used to visit, and this place really brings the feelings of nostalgia. I go here on a weekly basis (sometimes multiple times a week) and I havent ever received anything under satisfactory. The customer service is amazing, the selection of flavors that you can mix and match are plentiful. Almost every time I come here I get something different, and every time Im pleased.

This place is GREAT!! They serve PERFECT Jasmine green tea boba! I mean PERFECT!Its hard to find a good Bubble Tea shop. Half of them dont even know that non-blended tea exists, or have never heard of taro.My friend and I were cautiously optimistic and we werent disappointed.Were so happy and this is absolutely our new go-to boba spot.

Its not bubble tea at all! My hubby and I both order taro milk tea. Then it came out 2 taro smoothie! I asked the lady that wasnt what we ordered. She answered the smoothie taste better! She said taro milk tea has no tea in it! Just taro powder and water. Why cant she tell us when we order it? However, the smoothie is also powder and ice (frozen water)! I will not go there again.

Bubble Tea is great, dont get me wrong. The lady who works there doesnt crack a smile (it wont kill you to smile), doesnt hand you the change back even if your hand is sticking out everytime, not a good mood environment. Good bubble tea, but the owner is a little...odd. Theyre also a little stingy on the tapioca. The atmosphere also sucks. The couches are dingy, the walls are painted very bright, and there are no tables and chairs to sit and hang out and study.

Asked for a taro milk tea and was given a smoothie. When I question her about it she said it would not be good because it would just be water with powder mix. If I had know that would have ordered something different plus my wife wanted regular milk tea with no sugar but the sugar was already mixed with the tea. The tapioca was just ok.

Just bought bubble tea and the boba is inconsistent. It is frozen boba and a super soft boba, therefore not fresh. Expensive for the quality of boba you get.

Place is ok. Sometimes their tapioca is either frozen out falls apart. Though they are the only place thats close that had lychee jelly. Still a good place to go for bubble tea

The site said it was open, so I came here and its closed... its noon on a saturday and they are closed...but the times on the window says it shouod be open till 8pm..

Despite what hours say on Google page, they are not open on Sundays. Trust me, I drove out there. Also, dont bother calling the number they have listed. It rings 3 times before asking you to leave a 10 digit number, and then for a PIN. They never answer or call back and there is no way to leave a voicemail.Id be happy to update this review if business hours on google page get updated.
