I ordered groceries directly from the fred meyer website, I was never informed Fred Meyer redirects you through instant cart. When I received my groceries later that night I was charged an additional $50. I reviewed my order and a bunch of additional items were added to my cart as substitutes after I received my order. I called Fred Meyer the next day and was told an investigation would be opened and I would receive a refund. A week later I didn’t receive a refund or a follow up call. I called again and was informed I had to call instant cart, I did and was told I would receive a refund. A week later I didn’t receive a refund so I called again and was redirected to Krueger. Instant cart said they couldn’t grant a refund because I received delivery and it goes through Krueger. A week later I have yet to receive a refund and I was promised a refund by two different pls es before I was finally directed to the right place. Long story short don’t order from Fred Meyer because they won’t handle customer issues with grocery deliveries and the people putting your list together will go shopping for themselves and add charges once you receive your order and can no longer complain.

We have been very happy with the Fred Meyer delivery system. Customers can enter substitutions and have their shopper send texts if something isnt in stock. These have been difficult times with the pandemic and we have really appreciated this service. It does take a long time to consider what to order because the website is a little slow, but no complaints here. We are just patient and grateful. The shoppers and delivery folks are our heroes! Thank you.

Orderd750$ of groceries,after hours of putting it all together put my zip code in got notice we dont deliver to your area.Fred Meyer is right next to Walmart.They actually deliver to me and doing a fair job.I am very Disapointed with Fred Meyer they need to take their Name of the List of Grocerie stores that deliver since they do not.They do however send me weekly ads for me to consider......are you beeing funny?Remove your add you do not Deliver sooo Misleading.
