Its a Safeway. If you are from the area, you probably know about them. This is nicer than average. Decent selection and usually not too crowded. The fresh vegetables can be thin and the deli is pretty standard. It is our usual go-to for our weekly shopping when we dont want to drive to the west side.

Great Safeway and I consider it the best in the region of Thurston county. Store is very clean staff is always friendly and helpful. Thanks for the kind hearted service.

Pretty great Safeway! Some things are a little pricey compared to other stores. Sometimes this Safeway is more affordable, it depends on the item. But it’s a clean store with helpful and friendly cashiers. Keep up the good work with the great employees- it truly makes a difference.

I had the most horrible experience at this place! I was in the hot food section getting chicken for the kids. My wife walked over to the Chinese food section and asked if she could get some chicken. The lady said she had just closed that section. A guy walked up right behind my wife and asked for the same chicken and egg rolls. She said sure,what would you like. Then turned to my wife and said I guess u can get something. Now, idk if it was because Im black, and my wife isnt that made this lady feel some type of way, but that whole experience was wrong and very disappointing.

Donna in the deli is absolutely incredible! Talk about someone needing a raise!! She made me three delicious sandwiches. I wanted ham on one of them and they were out at the sandwich bar but instead of telling me they were out(like they usually do) she went and cut more for me. Thank you, Donna. You are great.

Its a store chain and everything that implies. But they have some very decent vegan options.

Alexa (I apologize if I am spelling your name incorrectly) the closing manager on 7/24/21 went above and beyond to help me celebrate my gal pals!!! She put together cute little balloon arrangements on a last minute request. I was so excited and my girls were just as excited to have such fun props in their pix before heading out for some much needed time away from home. This concerns the deli.I went for some lunch. There were many flies around the cold and hot food counters. The mozzarella sticks were very much old, cold, tasteless and unappetizing and had to be thrown away. The chicken is good, though, but, the flies were not ok. I dont know if my food is safe to eat. I hope this is fixed soon.

The store is more upscale and a bit more expensive than the neighbor QFC and Walmart grocery stores. However they have a much different, and in many cases better, selection. It is has a wonderful deli section.

Ive been shopping at this Safeway since I was a small child. A good selection with decent prices. The deli is always fresh and delicious. I recommend the samosas and turkey pesto wrap.

Go to QFC across the street, its a Safeway with a 4th of the people trying to get it. Both are under the Fred Meyer umbrella and have the exact same products, prices, and rewards.

Love shopping here and Im a satisfied customer who likes being treated like Im someone of value and that my needs are considered important to the employees there.

This is my favorite Safeway to shop at, nice layout, easy to find stuff, good produce and meats.

I ordered a cake to be picked up when I got there it was poorly done decorating on the cake was absolutely terrible she knew I wasn’t happy brought it home and she put so much raspberry jello in the middle the top layer of the cake slid off I’m really disappointed in the bakery lucky I have an understanding family and we just eat the cake but all never order another cake threw them

My review is regarding Drive Up & Go. Ive used pick up several times for my elderly neighbor. Shes had a few minor complaints regarding the freshness of produce, and substitution selections for out-of-stock items, but nothing major. Today however, I picked up an order and upon arriving home I realized I was given the wrong order. I drove back to the store to exchange for the correct order (recognizing how unsanitary it is during a pandemic to return groceries that have already been handled and been inside my car.). Upon returning home again, I realized that the eggplants and cilantro are both MOLDY. They should have been removed from shelves DAYS ago.Im only writing my review because I did not get the sense that this was much of a problem for whomever I spoke with about a refund. They were apologetic and resolved my issue, but also stated that the incorrect items I received would be returned to their departments and they would use their discretion to do what they want with the items. So Im assuming theyll likely go right back on the shelves.My advice is dont use Drive Up & Go for fresh produce. Pick it yourself.

We almost always get our groceries here and the store is clean and well organized. We have tried their pick up and have been happy with the service so far. Makes shopping more convenient and saves us money due to sticking to the list and not buying random things that arent needed.

Went their for flowers. Know they have a Starbucks but did not go through the store to see what items they stock. Was back again today. Visited the Starbucks and checked out the Deli Section. Also went to Customer Service. Everyone was nice and accommodating. Wheelchair accessible and handicapped parking.

Was able to find what we were after, a few selves seemed a little thin but much better than a few months ago r/t COVID. Store was clean and employees were pleasant & helpful.

Since covid, this has been my go-to for late night shopping (which I prefer), and even though its not the cheapest grocery store, you can still shop until 1am. Dont forget your phone like I always do, so you can get the just for me coupons, sometimes great deals on there. I especially enjoy when I get True as my checker, he is always a pleasure to chat with.

This is my local milk run, exceptional store,hit or miss on the service, have been caught tap dancing in the freezer isle at night,they have great music!

This safeway is very nice. I always am able to find things becuase the employees are very helpful. Sometimes they are busy and self check put or the service desk are hard to get help at but otherwise they are always a great help.

Pharmacy has improved. Much less wait times now.

I’ve been a longtime customer and recently have had two experiences with the checker, Michael, I want you to know about.Both times I was struck at how friendly and engaging he was (though there’s probably a 30-year age difference). He’s turned what has always felt like a chore into something else entirely. What can I say. Its Safeway. Has almost everything you need food-wise. Good Organic section with decent prices. Always great service, and only a very small percentage of the time do I have to wait with long lines.

I like this Safeway however when it is busy the parking lot is hard to get through and there isnt enough handicap parking spots. The store layout is good. The employees are friendly, willing to help and answer any questions you my have. The one thing I enjoy most and can count on is the freshness of the produce.

It would be nice if everyone followed the arrows on the aisles. Never fails even employees will go up a down aisle and vice versa not just other shoppers.

Always easy to find help, and always has what I need on shelves.

Pharmacy was helpful and speedy.

What I appreciate here: reliably helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable employees who keep the store organized, clean, and well-stocked in terms of my staples (organic, vegetarian things). Ordering online for pick-up is easy, service is efficient, and I havent had any mix-ups with my groceries. My requests for help finding things, e.g., in the frozen food section, have been handled pleasantly. I typically shop whats on sale to offset the higher prices a bit. The location is convenient to get in and out of, plenty of parking, some bus stops. My only issue is the self-check machines challenge me every time, but theres usually a patient CSR ready to help, as fast as they can. I got my Covid vaccinations here - nice and easy, painless, and a 10% off coupon for shopping afterwards. Pharmacy staff was patient and reassuring. Overall, a positive experience on each visit to this Safeway.

Denied work because I refused to submit to a temperature check, I was told I had to be vaccinated or wear a mask all three are in violation of numerous federal laws for medical discrimination including the nuremburg code the vaccine is a non fda approved experimental gene therapy I will be filing charged against the manager and the company.

My husband and I have shopped at this Safeway for years. For some unknown reason just when you get to know where everything is they decide to up and rearrange where everything is. Why? I give all the Employees a 5 star rating!! Theyre always helpful, polite and very pleasant to interact with!!

Ive had the best experiences with Curbside Pickup. I dont feel like walking in the store ever again. I was personally hesitant because I very much enjoy looking at the produce and picking myself. With the app, you can set preferences and so far, theyve followed them to a T. I believe Ive always had the same picker, and hes the best. I wish I had a name, but hes very friendly, open about any issues with the order such as substitutions or out of stock products, and works hard. Its especially been useful since Im constantly with my little boy now. I dont have to worry about him touching everything in the store. Thank you Safeway!

Usually try to avoid this store, but in a pinch will pick up a few things. Like walking into a scene out of the movie idiocracy.

Im so confused on why people are complaining about them re-arranging the store. The store has been remodeled and revamped and very few things actually moved around.The inside is just so clean and so nice and very streamlined now! The vegetable and fruit section is organized in a way that makes more sense now.All the staff is so friendly and so nice. Everyone is very helpful and you just get a sense that the employees actually enjoy being at work. I commend them all for wearing masks for the duration of their shift. Idk how you guys do it. 10 mins shopping and I feel like Im dying!!The pharmacy is fantastic...they are very prompt at filling my prescriptions in a timely matter.The butcher block guy is fantastic. Hes always answering any of my questions and ensuring I get the cuts I want.The bakery always makes superb french bread and always makes sure there is sourdough!! I appreciate that!And the deli...they work hard back there and I know it gets hot back there but they still come out with a smile ready to help out.And I cant forget Starbucks!! The new Starbucks stand inside the store is NICE!! Much cleaner, and easier to navigate. They are also able to place more products out with the new design.
