Nicely laid out. The same Kroger items as Fred Meyer. Not a big department store type like Fred Meyer, but they have an actual catering section which I ordered for a party once. Very few customers there on Friday afternoon. The bakery cookies I bought were surprisingly stale (both different boxes dated as made the day before). The same type at Fred Meyer doesn’t taste stale like that. Everything else is great there.

Love this QFC, however no one was working the Deli yesterday around 5:30. I really like the salads they offer and wanted to purchase some. Waited a while then did the rest of my shopping. I went by one more time and still no one. Seems to me there needs to be two people working. Or at least someone know who is supposed to be working. First time this has happened. I really had my heart set on some bowtie pesto pea salad. All the food was still out but the employee was MIA. Very disappointing.

QFC is great for things being less here, than others, the customer service is very welcoming 😀 and genuine, you ask for something you cant find and they walk you to it, instead of, Yeah I think its on isle 13 half way down on my right which is your left, or is it your right, my left, I forgot let me get my manager see 👀 if he find it 🤔. QFC also has enough of a vegetarian selection to choose from as well so, all in all, I Highly recommend this QFC location. 🤙😎🤙👣🤙🐾.

QFC groceries are high quality, service is excellent - especially the checkout clerks. The pharmacy is the absolute best! I take many prescription drugs. Pharmacists Dave and Michelle take excellent care of me! Their home delivery is terrific. I have nothing but praise for this establishment!

It is the main grocery store that I shop in. My only reason to shop elsewhere is when QFC does not have a product I am looking for. Many good things about this store. My favorite feature is the fact that they do NOT have conveyor belts!It is too difficult for me to take things from the cart and place them onto a conveyor belt. Plus it is something I consider a waste of time and effort! Unnecessary.I am a senior who has had major surgery on both shoulders. I do wish they could carry more products, but the store is smaller than other grocery stores.

I went into your store yesterday Monday August 10th to do some shopping and grab some meat for a big family dinner. When I went back to the meat department it took a couple minutes to get acknowledged, when I was noticed I was directed to a young man. I asked him if he had any more “Petite Sirloins” he showed me a few 2 packs and I said I need enough for 15 people, could you possibly make me 1 with 10 steaks? He proceeded to literally whine and said “ Well that makes more work for me, and then I have to figure out what to do with the other steaks, and I need to call my manager, and that’s extra time and work” no joke, my daughter was right there with me. I was so shocked and speechless, I literally walked away with my full cart there, he didn’t care he just walked away as well. I told a very nice manager lady up by the self checkout registers. She apologized. I called once I got out to my car and got the nice manager lady again who asked me to hold so I could speak to the head manager person, but instead of being put on hold I was hung up on. Was beyond livid at that moment so didn’t think it best to call back. If the Managers see this please respond. I came to your store because your customer service is usually amazing. The kid with the rude whiny I don’t want to be nice and do my job and help, needs to have a huge lesson in kindness and work ethics. So because I don’t want to be treated like this in the future, I am not sure I will be back. Every other butcher shop in every other grocery store has never had a problem making me an eight pack. And I’m too nervous if I go back in there and ask him in a be treated the same way again. Like I said usually your customer service is amazing yesterday it was horrible and really made me change my mind about being a customer in your store

We have been shopping at QFC for years. One night ~9 PM we used the coin star machine cashing in a big bag of pennies. The store was busy we really did not need groceries, one person there said the voucher was good as cash so we left. To be honest it got put aside in my wallet until my granddaughter was going through and pulled it out the other day. Today I did some shopping and they would not honor it. I called coin star they gave me a reference number and said to give them that number and that would let them know it was good. Went back to the store and they still refuse to honor the certificate.I would give them a 0 if I could. They are certainly crooks.

Since first trying this store we refuse to shop anywhere else. For those who miss the tradition of the good old days, look no further. Their customer service is top notch as is the quality of the products they carry. I feel welcomed and at ease every time we walk through the door, so for that I thank you QFC family.

Deli is amazing they know what I want even when I havent been in for a few weeks. Short, dark haired girl is the best. Management has floor presence and they are always very nice, and cheery to everyone. They are all really awesome. I could pick out at least 3 more great workers who have great customer service. Thank you guys!!

This is my favorite store around. Its always clean and well organized. The produce is EXCELLENT! Prices are competitive. The sales are great as well as the coupons, and the friendly staff is what brings it all together. You guys kick Safeways butt 😉

I was so amazed as to how clean QFC is the food in the produce are as us all lined up very neat. Compared to the stores I shop at they cant compare to your store. My brother shopped at different stores but when he found your store, he refuses to shop any where but your store. And I agree it f I have to drive from across town to get to your store I will. I am impressed 100 percent. Your a keeper.

This is the BEST store! It makes you feel like your family there. I have NEVER had an negative experience here. Actually I have always had an over the top amazing experiences anytime I needed help I usually get it before I even have to ask!

One of ours favorite store is QFC. We visit it at least 1 to 2x per week. Always love the fresh flowers and produce, seafood and meat are priced right. Some reduces price goodies are available as well. Clean restrooms too. And very friendly staff .

Normally, we have a great experience shopping at QFC. My wife and I were looking at hamburger patties for dinner on Thursday. The price on the sales sign said $3, normally $6. What a deal! We got 2. When it came to check out, they rang uo at $6 each, regular price. We tried to explain to the cashier about the sign. He kept pointing to the qty, price per ($3) and total..repeatedly. we gave up. Very disappointed in the lack of communication on this visit. Sure, well go back, but well pay better attention to the sales signs.

I love this place not only for its rare variety of products but for its service. I go multiple times a week and I feel like Ive made friendships there with the staff. Every one is so lovely there.

Best grocery store in Lacey now that Top Foods is gone. The folks that work here are the friendliest grocery staff ever, and they offer free snacks for your kiddos in the produce section so they can enjoy shopping with you too. This is our go-to supermarket now.

QFC is my fave neighborhood grocery! Great meats and seafood, cheese selection is great too! *But most of all the service and kind staff who recognize you every time, thats why I love QFC!*

Fresh food at high prices

The store is a great and has great employees. Newly remodeled ... Mostly done but looking and sounding great.

Small, clean, friendly local grocery store. They stock the basics at reasonable prices. Same chain as Kroger and Fred Myer, just a lot smaller.

Wish there customers would learn how to drive the correct way. Know what a turn signal is? Or how about doing the speed limit? Worse place to shop there parking lot is setup for accident prone.

The people who work here are always smiling and very helpful. I love going to a store where people like where they work. The prices are great with the advantage card, and the fuel points are awesome too. I do all my shopping here.

Is a good store but a bit over priced

Service is great and they have a pretty good selection of organic and all natural products. I do most of my shopping at Trader Joes or the Olympia Food Coop, but shop here often because its close to me and some of the foods I like better. (Their organic avocados are better than any I have ever gotten at TJ or the Coop) The staff is very friendly and in the 5 years I have been shopping here have never had a cashier with an attitude or a frown.

Left my wallet full of cash on checkout counter. Called the next day and the clerk had turned it in for me. Every dollar was still in the wallet. Honest folks.

When I was diagnosed with Crohns and had to drastically change my diet the staff was so helpful, and the stock managers even ordered extra of some products that I get a lot of. So easy to find gluten free foods, the bakery and seafood departments go above and beyond and all of the staff know me now and are so friendly, not just to me but everyone! Hands down best place to shop.

Really enjoy shopping here, except for one of the people who work in self check out is a bit awful. She always stares you down if you have any tattoos, and watches you scan every single item, while there are more people there going un noticed. Happens every time she is working, to me, my wife and few of my friends. Funny thing is i probably have way more in the bank than here, but she looks at me like Im always trying to steal something.

I like to shop here, The staff are great and they have good quality products. They are sort of the mid priced option in the neighborhood. Safeway is more expensive and Walmart is cheaper. Good place to shop, and its really laid back.

Small Town feel. Some Alternative food choices from bigger box grocery chains. Pharmacy personnel are warmer.

Their deli is phenomenal, great service kind people and probably the best Maple bars Ive ever tasted!!

Our favorite grocery store in Olympia. The produce section always looks fresh and appetizing. Very clean inside, even the bathrooms. I think its too far from the tweakers, so they havent ruined QFC yet like they have other grocery stores around.

QFC on Whitman Lane and Fred Meyers on Sleater-Kinney are my favorite 2 places to shop. They have many more healthy options for grocery and produce than other places like Safeway and Walmart.

Open 24 hours.They do have a security guard sometimes.The cashiers are usually really nice to white people though.
