The young men on Abbott were amazing. They got me my phone effortlessly and for a good price and were even able to transfer all my information over. This is the best cricket store out there.

Went in and bought a product but upon returning home i discovered none of my lizards were interested in eating any of crickets products. But the employees were very nice and understanding of my issue upon returning products. They then gave me my desired product from under the table. 5 stars

I brought my Android phone in there that i have my straight talk plan on, and the young man helped me clear my storage out on it. Then my sister who has Verizon brought her cell phone into their and they helped her with issues too.

Great service at this location. Moe stayed with me for 2 hours to resolve an issue i had with my account. He was a pleasure to work with.

Moe was fantastic. Took care of me twice transferring my information between all the phones and was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Everyone is great at this location. My phone was broken shortly after I bought it luckily I purchased the insurance. The employee explained what I had to do to get another phone. Very helpful and courteous. I have been there numerous times and everyone has been great!

Overall, I had a great experience shopping here. The staff member who assisted me was frank and upfront on any of the questions I had, they had what i ultimately decided to go with in stock, and the process of switching my wifes phone over to my account was quite quick and easy. If you are looking to get Cricket service, or if you already have the service but need a new device, you can be sure that this location will absolutely help you out. And so far, unlike the other shop I wont ever go back to again (Metro by T-mobile on Seneca Street), these guys dont make mistakes and then blame it on the customer, or lie about exactly what device they are giving you! 100% would recommend this Cricket location!

Updated : a friend came in on December 22,2018 and requested her line of service to be shut off a young guy waited on her named Ali had her call the store when we got home and gave him the pin and he stated I have turned off your phone. On January 8th my friend was auto payed on her credit card for the line of service and now cricket will not credit her account for their error(cramming) dont do business can not be trusted
