Great customer service. I upgraded my phone and im loving the service, friendliest metro location ive been to and they even transferred my contacts and pictures to my new phone.

Best metro store ive been to so far, theyre very friendly and knowledgeable, also they help you transfer everything in your phone and they make switching phones a breeze.The customer service is excellent 👍!!!

Make sure u get an itemized receipt.i was over charged by about 7% and i think it was cuz the guy noticed i was having a challenging day as i broke my phone and i was there getting a new one.even tho they say they only charge 10$ to activate over the 25 at other stores an extra 5.08 was charged for idk wat.so just watch the bill.otherwise i wud say theyre nice enough.prices on with other stores.
