Not only does Spinx have the best tasting Southern Fried and Baked chicken on earth, their rewards program is out of this world. By purchasing my favorite beverages I was able to rack up the savings. Today, I saved .80 per gallon. I absolutely love this store. I get a bang for my bucks. My biggest complaint is the lack of Sweet Tea at almost Almost All locations. The tea is either Sour or Empty. Why advertise it if No one is going to brew it?!

Every morning at 530 am I stop in for breakfast on my way to work. After today NEVER AGAIN. They have the slowest people ever. No one has time in the morning for the senior citizen cashier to be less confused or for the young guy to stroll around and take his time searching for smokes. People have places to be and there is no time for slow time.

As a previous employee for this company it is sad to see how the standard of service and cleanliness has drastically declined. Every time I stop in this location it is very dirty, my food orders are always wrong, and the customer service is very rude.

For the last 2 days Ive went to this location for the spicy chicken sandwich. They were out. But the gentleman in the kitchen made me one. I didnt catch his name but I will on Monday when I go back in after work.That in itself is awesome. But the sandwich I got yesterday was the absolute best chicken sandwich Ive ever had! Great customer service and I will definitely be going back hopefully everyday!

If i could give a negative zero star I would!! This used to be my favorite store and I frequented there almost every day until they got a new assistant manager Kristin Mejia. She has horrible customer service and is very rude. My Husband was involved in a theft incident at the store in which he rectified however due to me being with him I was placed on a Trespassing order for something I had no knowledge of and no part in. I reached out to Customer Service to no avail and spoke with the store manager Kayla in regards to a trespassing order being placed against me for something i had no knowledge of only to have my concerns ignored and then be accused of being aware and allowing the incident to occur!! Additionally, because my children frequent the store with me and Kristin Mejia knows their faces she approached my 12 y.o. son while he was out with his uncle who stopped by the store aggressively and questioned him about me and the previous incident in which he knew nothing about!! Then she chased him out of the store and he frantically ran across the neighboring parking lot and called me hysterically crying because she approached him about a situation he knew nothing about. I filed two complaints with customer service in regards to Kristin Mejia once before the incident with my husband and after the incident with my son and NO ONE reached out to me or returned my phone calls! I am appalled and disgusted that a store/company I patronize very often and spend much money has treated me in such manner!! As well as due to my husband being involved in an incident I was disrespected, belittled berated and accused of something I had nothing to do with!! And additionally my minor child was antagonized by an adult in regards to something he had no knowledge of. My family and I have grown fond of this store and many of its employees until Kristin Mejia came to the store and the atmosphere changed and I have heard this from other customers and employees alike!!

I ordered lunch today, 2 hot dogs & potato wedges. Simple order. Service was slow but the employees seemed to be having fun at work today. The food was pathetic! This location consistently does reflect the SPINX quality and service I have become accustom to at the other locations. A reflection of local management values and capabilities.

I dont appreciate the food i got there. I asked for a biscuit not a roll. I only got one big chicken. This is my first time and my last. Horrible service

Great in and out stop for gas and coffee. Best assortment of coffee. 15 types of coffee all day. And they have a make to order food menu.

Do not use the car wash at this location! Was in the middle of the soap stage when the brushes stopped mid roof and all of the mechanics shut down. I couldnt get my car out of the wash without jumping the tire-stops and bottoming out my SUV. Went inside to discuss with the manager who said this happened yesterday but still insisted that I must not have followed the prompts on the lit screen... as if I was a complete imbecile who had somehow made it this far through life on sheer dumb luck. She then asked me to meet her at the wash with my car, where she went in and hid for 15 minutes until I lost patience and left. I got to drive my soapy car to the next car wash and pay another premium fee to get a proper wash.

They should def hire people who wants to work here

This was actually my go to store for the longest time until they built the one at 17a and college park. But after today I will never go back. I walked in just to get a pack of cigarettes, walked straight to the register where three employees were standing talking. As I approached (at about 2 ft away) all three split up and left without a word. One walked into the office, the other went out the back door (found out later to smoke a cigarette), and the little black girl walked to the kitchen leaned against the wall looking at me laughing. Stood there about 5 minutes until I guess the guy in the office realized I was not going away, walked out and said What do you want. I will never go to this location again.

Excellent. In one stop fuel, breakfast, lunch, snacks and many more items. Very good meals at a very good price.

I love the fact that they have food!! Im always hungry so that is a plus.

I have been to this store twice and have been shorted money on both occasions. This store gives the chain a bad name. I have never had a problem at any other location. Stay away from this store!

Tried to get coffee on two separate occasions at 7 to 7:30 a.m. there was NO coffee. this store gives a bad name to the rest of the Spinx Ive been to in the area.

Great one stop shopping for fuel, drinks, coffee, fresh made to order breakfast and lunch, snacks, etc. Only place in town I know of where you can get ethanol free 87 octane.

This is a car lovers station! They have many different types of fuel available including ethanol free unleaded.
