Horrible. Kinda scary and didnt feel as safe as other stores. NO CONCEALABLE WEAPONS ALLOWEDSo I was the only law abiding citizen that was carrying .... no backup from other good gun toting citizens. Not cool. Wont be back! And yes, I went ahead and carried my firearm in your store. A gun left in a car, is a gun being left for a thug.

Produce department needs a class on how fresh produce should look... especially the bellpeppers. Whatever happened to management walking thru the store ensuring everything is presentable???

Walk in to beautiful environment, smell of good food and fresh flowers is a great but slightly disappointed with my piggy employees cleaning in bathroom areas especially when bathrooms are located near Deli. 😢

Great place to shop. Lots of history with the Piggly Wiggly brand. Prices are a little higher than the big box stores and Walmart. But the customer service is way better and is worth the extra cents you spend.

I placed an order for my daughters birthday cake, got there when I was suppose to pick up and was told they didnt make the cake and all they could say is sorry. So angry and piased off. Why didnt no one call at least.?

It a dinosaur to me. In Charleston,SC Piggly Wiggky is raw ie non existant. So I was inclined to make a U- turn to check it out. It was clean and quaint.

Pig is all u can afford ever thing else might be gold plated they sure charge like it is but they carry u grocery to car. Keep me covid I will carry my own from a cheaper place

Awesome experience!Bought a hot lunch from the deli section. Food was hot, and full of flavor.Ms. Ann was very friendly, and attentive to my selections. Even offered a couple bread options. I will definitely be back to get some more of those black eyed peas.

People in nice prices are too high

This store was well stocked ( yes even toilet paper) and had some good seasonal saving buys (with the Pig Card). Clean n quick easy checkout. Cashier was very pleasant person. Im not a frequent shopper but had appts at Trident so dropped in. Will add this store to my choice locations.

Buyer beware. The store is clean and orderly. But the stock is not the best. The store manger doesnt work with customers on serious errors that happen throughout the store. But the experience was nice. Customer service can be lacking sometimes and its hard to find an associate unless u go to the front of the store.

I think you need to have more in stock of what customers like me shop for I was very displeased with my experience today and dont think I will return.

I could not find a steak here to save my life. There selection if meats was dismal as well as lots of other things.

The Piggy Wiggly located at College Park Road and Hwy 78 pickup service is outstanding. From the time I called the store I had arrived to the time I pulled out of the parking lot was a total of 6 minutes! This not only included loading my car but I forgot to put milk on my order. The nice young lady brought me the milk and I gave her the money and in no time she brought me back my change. This is a wonderful service for seniors like myself or others with weak immune systems to stay away from stores! Many thanks to the wonderful people at Piggly Wiggly!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

If you claim that your deli is open until 7 pm, then I should be able to get deli items until 7pm. Because your deli employees disassemble the slicers before 7 and wont slice ham, you are not open til 7. Reassemble the equipment, do your job and provide me the product that I ask for. SIMPLE.

When it comes to buying your meals there are a lot of inconsistent. It should be the same if I buy anytime of the day but it is not. The manager of that area is very rude. She tried to give me a hard time when I placed my order telling me I cant get fish as part of the 2 meat order. I told that I have done this many and I was asked the employees name which I did not know their name. If the employees are doing wrong that not my fault and she needs to deal with them and not the customer. This is very unprofessional.

A great shopping story, they do in house cards for you to save you money. I know of other Pighly Wigglys that will not do that. Right now I think there should be in house cards used for every one with the virus running wild out there.

Rude. Rude customer service. Ask to speak with a manager was denied. Called back in was told by Morgan the manager was busy and couldnt talk anybody. I have a feeling that this person with the same person that was rude. Looking at the receipt the person that checked me out today was Freddie. The person was female that checked me out so I have no way of knowing if this was or was not her name as they were not wearing a name tag. 4:30 on a Tuesday afternoon Im not able to get a hold of a customer service manager /store manager / any type of manager because theyre all too busy to answer the phone according to Morgan.Manager reached out, and apologized for this. I understand people have bad days, I am certainly guilty of this. I visit this place almost every other day. I will go back. But that last little southern charm lost its shine today.

I have placed multiple grocery orders with this location. The first one I had a great experience, the store rep was pleasant, my order was on time, and overall I was very satisfied. Each order after got worse and worse. After my order today, I will never order from this location again. The customer service reps that I spoke with over the phone were rude and very unpleasant. They were not helpful and their attitudes were unprofessional. Highly unsatisfied and will never recommend to order from this location ever again!!!

I went to get breakfast it served its purpose. It was not bad at all the only off thing was that the grits was to runny and when I got in my truck the grits had done got over everything and my bacon and biscuit got soggy.

For a local supermarket the store is well stocked. Prices may be higher than Walmart, but here are my takeaways: I like the pre-chopped produce that saves me plenty of time cooking. I prefer purchasing my fresh meats here...they have a butcher on site & prices are great during their meat mega-sale. The deli is very good for a quick takeout meal. The staff Ive encountered are friendly.Lastly his store has handicapped parking, access & carts.

I found almost everything I needed. I seems they were out of raw shrimp so I ended up paying wayyyy too much for a bag of cooked shrimp. But hey I needed shrimp and wasnt making another stop. The store associates were friendly and I checked out quickly.

Really nicely spruced up grocery shopping. Employees were quite warm and charming. Even though I was just picking up a couple of things, the experience was nice enough to make me plan to return for my regular shopping next time.

This piggly wiggly is better than the last i visited. There employees are nice and accommodating. Had a couple issues though, one they wouldnt accept few of my coupons and check out line was long. Theres room for improvement.

Very dirty place. From the parking lot to the produce. Idk how they have an A rating on their door. More than a dozen packages of meat were all turned bad. The meats inside were green or discolored as if they had been left out in the heat. Then the produce had small fruit flies on it. The onions were soft and mushy. Very unhealthy store.
