Actually rate it a 10 but only have 5 stars to choose! Love this place and will go out of my way to get all my construction tools and supplies from this company. Spectacular customer service, phenomenal tool repair service, and if they don’t have it...you don’t need it! You won’t be disappointed!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Stay far away from this business. I’d give it zero stars if possible. My husband bought a $450 nail gun from them, it was defective and broke the first time he used it, he paid $80 to have them “fix it” and it broke again the next day. They won’t fix it and refuse to admit the product was faulty. All contractors beware and take your business elsewhere.

Terrible!! My husband comes in to return a nail gun and get his other nail gun back from getting fixed. Gets charged a $30 restocking fee for no reason. My husband brings up the fact that he has done numerous business with this company so why the extra charge? The employee Brandon Bouknight follows my husband outside and starts trying to instigate a fight. I have a broke ankle in a aircast and have to get out the car to find out whats going on. What a mess of a business. I suggest anyone who needs to get tools fixed do not go here! I would give zero stars if I could but you have to give at least one to post.
