So it was the 1st day of my scheduled move-in and the Best Buy Delivery & Geek Squad Showed up on time and Installed my 65 TV with Sound Bar as well as hookup the Direct TV Service. Everything was done well, very professional my entertainment cabinet has not arrived yet so everythings temporarily on the floor.All Good, Definitely Recommend.

Best Buy is well named, it is the beat place to buy electronics. Great selection of brands and features all in one place.. In the case of TV maybe too great as it becomes difficult to choose. Price is typically better than any other brick and morter option.

Employees offered assistance more than once. It seems fairly compact. This is not the cleanest Best Buy. Typically most stores are clean. I used the restroom and it was evident that they do not bother to clean it regularly. The stains and mold in the toilet are easily cleaned with the right bowl cleaner. It doesnt leave you with a good impression of their overall cleanliness.

We are interested in having telephone service and went to Best Buy. Could not determine where to look in the store. Finally located a clerk who explained he would take my name and let me know when a clerk was available.I waited about 30 minutes and the two clerks did not help anyone, so I left.I will call the company and place my order. Not impressed with Best Buy and will probably never return.

Absolutely ridiculous, no communication between any department, would NOT RECOMMEND purchasing anything from here. Theyve had my brand new laptop for months, that stopped working not even a month after we purchased. Weve asked them to send it out 3x but they STILL have not ( well according 1 rep another one says it has been sent out, no one has the same story!) and now i have to go back AGAIN and fill out more paperwork to hope that they fix it but im very doubtful. I had to buy a new lapttop due to their incompetence and they wont let me return the first one because i had it for more than 2 weeks. BUYER BEWARE

Went in looking for a laptop for my kid to use at school. The employee listed and asked questions about what he uses it for. Didnt try pushing any one laptop or something over the top or under rated. Helped us pick out the perfect laptop for school and play for him. Very pleased !!!

I enjoy shopping at Best Buy, however, the store in Lady Lake, FL does not have a good system for taking returns. There were six people behind the counter who were all working on customers computers. I waited 30 minutes to return an item. The girl behind the counter apologized and said it happens all the time. This shouldnt happen in an area where there are so many seniors.

I went to Lady Lake, FL Best Buy where I was helped by Abby at customer service for my Antenna needs. She listened said it wasn’t my TV and referred me to the TV Dept to do a Antenna exchange. I was immediately helped by Gabby who also advised me of what I need for TV reception and Roku. Both of these ladies went above and beyond and helped me tremendously. Strange on floor customer service system. Greeter asks for your name and purpose of visit. Then is supposed to summon a sales person to meet you at the area of your interest. Doesnt work. After waiting patiently in the modem/router section, I finally had to snag a passing employee for help.

Weve used Best Buys WEBROOT + Geek Squad package for years (although we need Geek Squad support maybe 3 times a year). Just received email that theyre doubling the price of their Geek Squad annual subscription (from $99 to $199) & stating theyre adding more value. Weve talked to Geek Squad & theres no additional value for us.😣 We wont be renewing.

Took me 3 TVs to finally get the one that fit my needs. Bought the first one and it was too big for the area in my big truck so I switched it out for a smaller one but it didnt fit my needs and I got the third one and it fully worked with my needs. Drove the people crazy switching them out but they were more than happy to accommodate my needs and had no problems with the returns. Great staff working there.

I always thought Best Buy was number one in everything! Going to customer service for a returned item, a lady called abby, with glasses on a lab top on the desk for check out ignored me and my wife, after we stood their a certain time holding the distance requirement, then right in front of us someone stepped in and got attended by the same lady (Abby)on a lab top at the desk for customer service, and I told her in a disappointing voice: didn’t you see us waiting? Then after we checked out the returned item-she replied sarcastically: “have a great day “, what a way to be rude to someone - HONESTLY, THIS IS BEST BUY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE? In the villages??

If we didnt have to go to Best Buy for Geek help, we wouldnt step foot in the door. They no longer set up appointments by phone( we tried 2 days in a row). We had to go to the store to set up the appointment and return 24 hours later to keep the appointment. It took the tech 5 minutes to resolve the issue and $40. out of our pocket. This is by far the worst service we have ever encountered. Our next piece of technical equipment will be purchased elsewhere.

Great place to get your electronic devices and security camera system.A little hard to get someones attention. Once you do they are very helpful. The managers will price match the bug chain stores as long as they can verify pricing online.All in all I recommend Best BuyFour stars⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went here to see the new 2021 iPad Pro - but they only had one model, and not the one I wanted. Picking it up to check the weight set off the alarm, which is silly. Staff was apologetic, but I hate being treated like a criminal when Im just shopping.

Im giving 4 stars because the first person that tried to help me was extremely pushy. I felt like I was at car dealership. I had a low budget and wanted a Chromebook for my college atudent and asked him about the open box section. He immediately took me away, told me how junky the Chromebooks were (literally told me they were junk) and brought me to a laptop which was well over budget. No problem he says, finance it! I abruptly thanked him for his time and had to dismiss him so he got the hint. I later had a supervisor help me, told me what I needed to know and actually found a Pixel in the open box section that was half off. Win-Win.

Everytime I go there Im disappointed. The help sucks. Its really a do it yourself place. There was a shipping error. Mgr blamed me!! Gave me a 3- 6hr day fight to get a refund after they told me to purchase another.Then wasnt gonna give refund for 1st. Had to cause seen corporate & threaten newspaper!

Stopped in to purchase a new smart TV. There was a greeter at the front entrance who announced us to a sales rep in the TV section. We walked around a bit just checking out the different TVs on display. The sales man was awesome, very knowledgeable on the different makes and models. We decided on a Toshiba only because it has the Amazon fire built in and we do lots of different apps through Amazon Prime. Overall a very enjoyable buying experience today. Oh and everyone who we interacted with was very nice and super polite.

Tried Best Buys order online, pick up in store. The website said the item would be available in 1 hour. I arrived at the store after 2 hours. The cashier could not find the item. She asked if I received a notice that the item was ready for pick up. I said I didnt one as the website advised the item would be available in 1 hour from completing the order. She said that is not always the case. I got the impression that she was going to leave it at that and that I should wait for the confirmation notice. I asked firmly what do we now? She chased down a floor guy. In about 5 minutes a possible manager appeared and apologized that their inventory was in error and that they did not have the item. He said they would have to order more inventory to fill my order. I said no, just cancel the order which he did. I went home and ordered a similar item on Amazon.

Has most of everything I needed, not everything is applicable to everyone and remember to look for aftermarket compatibility to anything you may wish to upgrade at a future time.I.E: dashcams. Great selection but only a few have any aftermarket hardwire kits applicable for future installation upgrades

Went in for a tv and found one with the help of a gentlemen that worked there i ask him several times if the tv i found was for sure the sale price that was marked on the shelf and he assured me that it was it was a ruko tv and i was very pleased until i got to the register and it came up a $75 dollars more than he guaranteed me so anyways i informed them what the gentlemen told me but they refused me that price they told me that it was the other Roku tv that was on sale so they went and got me the cheaper one but it wasnt a ruko it did have the some of the same apps so because i was on a budget i went ahead and purchased it but you would think if it is marked on shelf and the worker guarantees you of the price not once but multiple times that the manager would at least try and work with you but no he was just rude and unhelpful

This best buy is about 1.25 hrs from me went to pick up a open box 65 inch Sony 950G tv I bought online....they said it had minor scratches but looked it over with a fine tooth comb once I got home and it is in perfect condition and has full warranty. got a fantastic price..less than the 800 series 55 inch cost. Easy pickup brought to my car well wrapped in heavy duty bubble wrap...courteous employees

Quickest TV purchase weve ever made! Had already done our homework on exactly which TV we wanted & printed-up Best Buys online page for it. Joe took us right to it, and upon my request opened the box & pulled it out for our inspection, put back in box, carried it to register, rang it up, added the Geek Squad coverage we wanted, processed our credit card, carried it to front of the store, I grabbed our vehicle, and another Best Buy person & I loaded it & we were GONE. No more than 15 minutes start to finish.

I love Best Buy! Im no tech geek so I dont go to Best Buy for the normal stuff like computers, cell phones and electronics! (Plus all the newest accessories to go with these items.) Although they have all the top brands at what seems to me very competitive prices. They also carry home appliances big and small.No the reason I go to Best Buy is for DVDs. Yes Im old school! I still buy DVDs... They have in stock every Disney movie released on Blue Ray and 4k. (Im updating my collection). They also carry TV/cable series. I have found COMPLETE sets for as little as $20. You cant download a complete series that cheap! I hope my rambling helps!!
