One of the smaller home depots Ive been to. Also one of the least helpful ones. If you go here make sure you know more then the employees. Typically help other customers when Im there. Had to pull a shower and tub unit by my self even used there computer as an employee asked if I was using it, I said yes he then walked away in lieu of helping

The associates at this location are friendly and helpful. I was able to navigate lawn and garden, buy a pallet of mulch, and the associate helped me get a rental truck to get it all home.

Absolutely! .. just dont ever buy anything that has a possibility of returns or theyll play dirty, quickly and you wont realize youre in trouble with them until you get to the counter and refuse to take back the items even with a (or several) legitimate receipt(s).Greatest quality products, tools, materials, etc.. but they like to permanently ban ppl who bring back too many unused items purchased for a job, with no one to discuss the details of the ban or any ability or willingness to negotiate reconciling or explaining these said bans..

The sales person in major appliances was wonderful. She was patient and helped me buy a washer and gas dryer and set up delivery and installation. She had to reenter the order about six times. She remained calm and did not get aggravated. Thank you!

I want to say that Natalie in the Garden section went above and beyond for me. She was so friendly. Got me exactly what I needed and even though I told her I didn’t need help taking to my car she helped anyways. I don’t always get best customer service in the Lady Lake area and I hardly go to The Home Depot for things but after that service it made me want to shop there more than places who are not as willing to help.

Youve got to love the convenience of a good Home Improvement Store. Home Depot has a good selection of Tools, Lumber and other household items and is generally fairly competitive on their pricing. I recently was helping my son with a new deck and they were vary helpful in the layout and pricing of the items. I like that you can find a Home Depot nearby, but also when traveling in our RV out of state there is one handy when helping the kids do some home improvement or repairs.

I do alot of business at Home Depot.Thousands of Dollars. Flooring/ Fans/Lighting/ Fences/Toilets/ Hardware/ almost everything I need.I tried to return 4 light switches for store credit. I didnt have the receipt. I was denied store credit.Im thinking that I will not use Home Depot anymore and cancel my HD Credit Cards.

Rented a truck, udump and a jack hammer from here and first they charged me for a a udump that I couldn’t use second the truck started to bog and left us stranded for about an hour and lastly the jack hammer gave out last time i ever rent anything from this location 👎🏽

Christmas had arrived at Home Depot and its still October! In the old days, stores put up Christmas decorations in November, just before Thanksgiving. I loved seeing all the pretty trees and decorations.

Terrible store. They never have what I’m looking for on the shelves. I usually have to check the overstock boxes above to find it. I checked for a tool bag online and showed they had 30 in stock. I went to the store surprise nothing on the shelf. I asked an associate and he verified yep we have 30. I asked if I could get 2 and was told no they were probably in the back or on the truck for unload and instructed to come back the next day. Came back the next day and was asked why I just don’t order and have it shipped to my house. Because I didn’t wanna wait that’s why I came to the store. They don’t care because there’s not really anywhere else

I go to this Home Depot all the time. The staff is always friendly there, at least in the garden section.

Store employees were very nice but didn’t have updated/correct knowledge of their departments. I purposely went to each department and asked a department assoc. about an item location and if each item was able to be purchased. They were all customer friendly but on 2 depts had a department manager available.

I walked into this Home Depot recently and inquired about having pieces of glass cut for me at the measurements I required. I was working on a project for my personal hobby with Myrmecology. Glass was the only material left that I needed to finish my formicarium (A housing container used to hold a live ant queen and her colony). The price for having glass cut at Home Depot was much cheaper than other places. The associate who cut the glass for me was very kind, intelligent and pleasant to speak to. I will definitely shop at Home Depot from now on when I need anymore glass, and other materials for future projects. A++ 😁😎.

I got help right away to get the right kind of storm door closers. The HD staff knew what I need after seeing the old closer. This is 1st time that I was able to get help and they have it in stock. Im happy camper after I replaced them myself.

Ordered a custom French door the end of 12/20. I was told 2/5/21 door was in. Took 4 more weeks for their contracted installer (ABC Construction) to make an appt to install 2 weeks later. Found out day of install that my door was NOT in. It’s now 4/8/21, I’ve been told my reordered door will ship 4/13/21 but ABC can’t install til 5/4/21.This is horrible! I will never spend money with either of these companies again.

I was looking for a spacers in the Fastener Department there was a gentleman there stocking the shelves and Bens all he said when I asked was there down there in the drawers went down and look to drawers all I could find was Fiverr ones they had no metal ones that I was looking for they didnt even have the right size that I needed your best bet is to call first and see if they have what youre looking for its wasted trip otherwise I wasted my time and my gas to go down there I wound up Ace Hardware in Belleview on 441 across the street from McDonalds and Burger King right into their just before you get to Subway youre very helpful up there and they know what they have in stock thats where I would recommend you to go if they dont have it nobody does

This Home Depot (in Lady Lake) was the friendliest one Ive ever been in.

Worst store Ive ever dealt with. After buying all the supplies upfront to tile my fathers floor we had NO help getting it delivered and installed, although we were assured at the time of purchase things would happen quickly. After 2 mos of daily calls we finally got a date for delivery and installation, which kept changing. Finally, it happened. Unfortunately my father didnt live to see the newly tiled floor. If it had been done in a timely manner he would have. Ill never forgive all the lazy employees at this home depot. The delays were all shown to be because nobody at home depot followed up on anything they told me. They left it all up to me and an 86 year old man to figure out. Shame on them!!!

This is my dogs favorite store. Staff is really friendly. Prices and selection could use some improvement when compared to Lowes. We shop here because we have a Home Depot store card which doesnt give any benefit other than having all the home maintenance charges in one place and not needing a receipt for returns. If we had a Lowes card though Id prolly switch stores because the selection is geared for retail customers as opposed to contractors.

H D has nearly everything you might need to build, rebuild, improve and redesign your home or office. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and will often lead you to the item you need, rather than just point and send you on your way. I shop there a lot, and even though their prices on Lumber and other goods are being pushed much higher by a Failing Economic Policy pushed by the Opposition Party, this too shall be corrected in the near future. Im sticking with HOMER!
