I purchased a case of water from this store today. Before leaving the parking lot I opened a bottle and took a drink and it was absolutely disgusting. I immediately went back into the store with an unopened bottle to let the employees taste it. One gagged and the other almost spit the water out. Both agreed that it was undrinkable. I asked for a refund and was informed that the owner does not do refunds. The cashier got the owner (Sam) on the phone and I was told directly that refunds are not what he does and if I wanted to complain I could call corporate.This is a terrible store and has an owner who knows nothing of customer service. What a joke, I hope you go out of business.
