Martha has the worst costumer service and has too much power in her hands. And she lets you know it. I know the rules down here are very strict on some meds but she should not be able to have that much power over your meds. Everyone else is wonderful!!
First time coming to this location & will be my last time going to a CVS in general. I attempted to utilize the self check out to try and save time as the cashier looked tired and had another customer.I picked up a crossword booklet in an area where there were many things for only $1, including this item. It flagged on the scanner and instead of calling someone else to assist, the cashier made me wait until she was finished with another customer to see what the problem was.. ok fine.We learn this puzzle booklet wasn’t in the system. I explained I got it from the dollar area, it’s $1 but instead of verifying that information, the cashier goes by a price of $4.95 marked by the original manufacturer, which by the way, if accurate, would be a complete rip off because the exact same puzzle books, by the same manufacturer, are available at dollar tree for the amount of, you guessed it, $1.Ok then I don’t want the item. Letting out her exasperation for 30 seconds worth of detective work, the cashier had a difficult time trying to figure out the self check out and ended up voiding my entire purchase, went back to her station and told me I would have to check out with her but I had already scanned my items again and was on my way to payment.My point of all of this is... she was rude & I can excuse that in most scenarios because I understand that her job is frustrating but I cannot make an excuse for not going to check the price or asking someone else and instead making me out to be a liar in front of other customers. It was embarrassing. How many people under 55 go in there to scam CVS on a crossword puzzle book? 🙄
All the staff is very helpful. They are always working hard and I never see anyone sitting around. Great customer service
Literally the rudest people, and super unprofessional. As someone who loved going into CVS, I couldn’t handle the body language or the manor they used with their customers. When I go into any type of store I want to be greeted and feel welcomed, not immediately hear about your personal issues with other employees or life.
I have never been treated so disrespectful. We all know it’s not only flu season but also the busiest time of the year in the Villages. Is management that ignorant that more staff is needed at certain times of the day? On this particular website it lists busiest times. Right now it says “not busy”. I just called, asked to hold for one moment and 15 minutes later still on hold. I hung up, redialed, and asked front clerk to speak with manager. I was advised no manager on site, only himself, pharmacist and a tech. He transferred me to pharmacy and I asked not to be put on hold. I had 1 question that would have taken 10 seconds to answer but was told.... and I quote.... I do not have the time for you right now you. I’m totally slammed with people at the pharmacy . The pharmacist preceded to hang up on me. You should be ashamed of your pharmacist and his arrogance. If he can’t handle the amount of business your store is generating then maybe management should re-evaluate your staffing and it’s needs.
After reading some of the reviews, I had to give mine. Was there today to pick up 4 prescriptions for my husband. The pharmacist tech John was so helpful and caring. I was so pleased. I have made this our family pharmacy from now on .
Received notice of 40% off posted to my CVS card. Went to buy vitamins at full price. Denied card discount because, if I bought a 2nd I would get it at 1/2 price. However, I did not buy a second package so paid full price for the vitamins I bought! Still no 40% discount with CVS card presented. I asked if I bought the second item would I get the discount! The answer was still NO! What a scam!!! CVS, you need to correct your problem! Spoke with others and many not happy with your process!!

If you dont want to work with customers then get a different job! RUDE, argumentative, made rude remarks about what I was buying, wanted me to PRINT coupons rather than scan the app and lied saying corporate ONLY wants paper coupons! WILL NOT BE BACK. Walgreens is just right there so maybe they want my money

Teresa was my cashier. I wanted to buy 2 bottles of laundry detergent, and with my payment I had 2 coupons. 1 coupon for each bottle. I was told by Teresa that I would have to buy one bottle and use one coupon, then get back at the end of the line to purchase the other bottle and use the other coupon. She said this was the rule because the coupon stated one coupon per purchase. Ive never had a problem using 2 coupons on 2 items before at any other retailer. I was not asking her to double a coupon or to use a single coupon on 2 items..... her tone was unprofessional and over something so silly, I didnt appreciate how I was treated. We wont be back to cvs.
Super slow! I called them to have a prescription transferred and I was told to 72 hours to Henry and insulin. They’re blaming it on the snowbirds. I guess this time with your locals don’t matter. Thank you CVS I will be moving all my prescriptions to another pharmacy
Its a nice and clean store every time I go to pick up my medication its always ready.Also, the pharmacies is very nice person he always talk to me about my medication and he give me advices always and the techniques is so nice too.
I am a new customer to the pharmacy, I tried going through the drive-thru but was told it would be better to come in to setup new rx profile. No problem. I came inside with my daughter and I guess the guy whom was at the counter was due for a break because he was less than thrilled about putting in a 1st time customer with a couple of prescriptions. In fact as if we were not standing there he grumbled to a coworker about it and was sent on his break but wished his coworker luck with putting our information in before walking off??? Noone apologized for his rudeness and it only took the person whom ended up helping us 10 minutes max. I work in customer service and sometimes I clock out and an unknowing customer wanders over and starts ordering from me unknowingly. When that happens I politely help them or explain that I am off and get someone promptly to help them. I dont talk as if they are not standing there about how put out I am by having to help them. If I wasnt tired I wouldve left but that said I will not be refilling it there.
Horrible experience. I have never been treated so rudely when trying to get my prescription filled. I guess they forgot I was a customer/patient.Since they dont actually prescribe or diagnose anything, I dont really know why they havent been replaced by a machine yet.There are plenty of other places around to get your prescription.... dont waste your time here.
The entire staff is extremely hard working!! Many rude and entitled people go to and fro from there and Ive only ever seen the staff handle the situations to the best of their abilities.

Tia is always awesome! She always gets my script ready for me and my son, and lets me know if its out of stock and when itll be in stock and ready for pick up.
Terrible staff at pharmacy. Not part of The Villages - Americas friendliest hometown thats for sure. They dont need your business, so go to Walgreens or Sweetbay where the employees treat you like a customer and not like they are doing you a favor.
Very unprofessional staff. They weré rude and when I told them I was using BlinkHealth, they acted irritated with me. Now its time to get this month Rx and the are telling me they dont have it its back.ordered. So done with their rudeness and unprofessional conduct of which should not be tolerated.
