Sally is a brow magician! I hated my brows and just loved with them. Sally tinted my brows and shaped them to perfection. She also showed me where I could utilize the makeup I have to achieve the same result. I will return to her every time!

Overall unhappy with the results. Have had very few issues with ulta and the benefit brow bars in the past but the services that were performed here were subpar at best. Not sure if the person performing the services is new to this or just uncomfortable working in these conditions due to covid (i.e. mask, face shield) but what was agreed upon and what was waxed off of my eyebrows after mapping were two completely different things. If I was looking for eyebrows circa 1990 I would have had them done at a nail salon much cheaper. The worst part is that this did not only happen to me but also my sister and mother so upwards of 70 dollars was wasted. We will not be back which is disappointing as we all used to get waxed and tinted regularly with our old brow bar prior to moving to this area. I would rather drive three and a half hours than have my brows done here again and that goes to say a lot.
