Took my 7 year old Daughter to get her ears pierced. She did a super good job keeping her informed of exactly what she was doing every step of the way. Excellent customer service.

The staff at this store is just beyond awesome. My ring was damaged at another Kay Jewelers and they told me they would not repair it even though they are the ones that damaged it! My husband and I were beyond upset. The assistant manager here at this store has restored my faith and confidence in Kay Jewelry. We have purchased a lot from Kays and have never been so disrespected as we had been at the previous store. Thank you so much Harmony and to the gentleman that I initially spoke with! You 2 are my shining emerald!!!

The salesman was very knowledgeable about jewlery. And found something I liked in my price range.

Went there to get watch batteries replaced. We previously purchased the lifetime battery replacement program. In addition to being unqualified and unskilled to replace batteries in high end watches the associate was a freaking know-it-all, trying to tell us we never should have been given the battery replacement program for our watches even though we purchased them at that store!

Bad customer service. Charged for products that I never received.

Neil and his team are the only ones I trust with my fine jewelry. Not only did they repair a family heirloom but it came back looking better than I brought it in! My fiance bought our wedding rings/bands there and Neil helped us pick out my dream ring! We only come to this store for any of our fine jewelry needs!

We visited the store last week because we needed our rings cleaned and my wife needed special backs for her earrings. The employees are wonderful and very pleasant to work with. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of their business. I highly recommend them for your jewelry needs.

I bought this ring up north after custom designing it but could no longer wear it because I lost the opal out of it. Niel helped me find an absolutely beautiful stone to replace it with. Now I’m even more excited about the ring and it looks absolutely stunning.

After I Paid for my jewelry, they never notified me that it was shipped in. And then when I went to pay they charged me extra.

Went here for a watch sizing, got the watch back with band not put back together properly. Got a ring repaired, NEVER HEARD back....was ring lost, stolen???? It took 3 calls and 2 personal visits to get things done...DOUBLE THE QUOTED PRICE....which they covered because of their screw ups...terrible customer service, Always somebody elses fault......will not return...Shame is, they have very little completion in Lady Lake....

Neil, the manager, is the greatest. Always very helpful and super friendly. He really knows his stuff. This is the only place I buy jewelery now. Thank you to Neil and his staff for going above and beyond to make sure every guest leaves satisfied and with a smile in their face.

Went in to the Lady Lake Kay Jewelers to look for Anniversary rings. The lady behind the counter( who it turns out was the assistant manager) was eating her food on top of the diamond ring displays while her baby was crawling behind the counter. I left. I wanted to look at jewelry not feel like I walked into daycare.

The manager is very knowledgeable. He and his male staff member are super polite and helpful. However, the woman I had to deal with at the end of a long road with my ring was horrible! She was rude the last two times I’ve gone into the store, so much that she was beating her hands on the counter. The only reason this store would get a 2/5 is because of the manager and the man who sold us the rings were so kind and helpful! However, due to my last interaction with this woman, I would NEVER recommend this place to my friends...

Its a new store and the consultants knew they business, and was very helpful. I had went in to get warranty check-up and ended up buying an other necklace. Very friendly and extremely please to deal with. I will go back again. Will tell all about the NEW Kays in the Villages, FL.

Me and my fiance went in to the lady lake store on 10/24/2017 to get our wedding bands. The staff was Neil and Sheri. They were both amazing and patient while we were looking. I had a engagement ring already that was purchased at kay jewelers back in 2011 and was able to trade it in. The new ring is so beautiful and I recommend this store.

I went to Kay Jewelers looking for an engagement ring and wedding band set. I couldnt find anything I liked but Claire and Neil help me design a ring that met all my needs. When the ring came back, I wasnt 100% happy with the height of the diamond, so they worked with me until I was. They are EXTREMELY patient & I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for something special.

I came to this store after getting horrible service In the paddock mall of ocala. I was greated and treated with the upmost respect Mike and the young woman who was working really went out of their way to help me find my wedding band. I didnt intend to buy my fiances wedding band today but the service was so good I couldnt help it. I really appreciate good customer service.
