Thoroughly unprofessional company ( and I dealt with ownership). Emails and concerns are completely ignored.

We are Senior citizens and we had a Great experience. Didnt feel pressured or that anyone tried to take advantage of us.

I brought a 2019 Onward with the Kohler motor there new. Ever since then, the cart has been unreliable. The cart will run for a few few weeks, then the trouble returns. The engine will start, then idle, but will not move. The engine will sometimes back fire and you can always smell gas when it does. Cart World has taken this cart for repair at least four times. Once they took it for a week, then called me and asked what was wrong. If you need a loaner cart, too bad. They always seem to be out of loaners. This time, I did get a loaner, but it doesnt have the capability to carry golf clubs! Passenger transport only.They may give great support to the large County Club accounts, but private buyers be forewarned.

We love our new Club Car and are so happy we chose Cart World to purchase it. Bill, the owner could not have been nicer and more helpful. I changed my mind 3 times about the color and he never made me feel like it was a bother or that I was being a nuisance! So nice to receive such outstanding customer service!!! I stopped by on Tuesday to see if they might have a part for my golfcart. I havent been by there in a while and did not even recognize the place. What a beautiful showroom! The staff is so helpful and Im sorry I didnt get the girls name at the parts department because she was awesome! Thank you for all your help with the parts that I needed. I will certainly be going back should I need anything else for my cart. It is so nice to be greeted and helped the way she did. She is a great asset to your business. Thank you again!!😊

Too expensive. The style is a bit bland as well.

No we do not recommend Cart World as they were trying to charge us $900+ for a Controller we didn’t need. We called another company and they said over the phone that a Controller would be $500 at the most! But when the other company checked out the cart, they said we did not need a controller at all! After a few minor adjustments, the cart works great - and we were charged only $150 - which included the other company picking up and returning the golf cart to us. When my wife called Cart World (Tony) about this, all he wanted to do is argue with my wife. Maybe they expect us all to pay for their “expansion” but by their taking advantage of senior citizens, we advise to look elsewhere for a better price to save a lot of money.
