JJs was very friendly initially when they delivered the cart to our residence. The price seemed fair and the cart was nice enough. However, this changed quickly when I had gotten lost one day. I was riding down NE 90th St trying to find my way back into the villages when a man flagged me down on the side of the road claiming the golf cart was his and I needed to get off the road. I continued on because Id never seen this man before when they delivered the cart. I would hope JJs wouldnt want me to surrender their golf cart to a random person on the side of the road. While heading back home JJs called my wife yelling at her over the phone. They were saying I was going to be arrested for riding on the highway and that she had to find me so they could take the golf cart back. They called her yelling and hung up multiple times only to call again screaming. Once I found my way back home, this same man from the side of the road was sitting outside our residence. I eventually went outside to talk with him since he wasnt leaving. Another man showed up as I was talking to this man who claimed to be the renters son. After explaining why I was on the highway and didnt stop for their son, they gave me the keys back. The whole experience just left a bad taste in our mouth. I appreciate them not taking the cart and Im not saying I wasnt driving where I shouldnt have. We were just very taken back by their immediate hostility. JJs unprofessional behavior was unacceptable and I cant recommend their business unless you want to be verbally assaulted and stalked.

Excellent!!!! We just rented from JJ for the month of May 2019. We reserved the 4 Car golf car ahead of time and when we arrived they delivered it promptly. When we left we made arrangements to have the golf car picked up, which it was flawlessly. This was the most pleasant experience ever! Their golf car, prices and customer interaction are outstanding. When you call it goes into voicemail they are very fast to get back to you. Would Highly recommend.

I purchased a 4 person cart from this company about a month or so ago. What caught my attention the most, is the fact that i told him i was trying to start my own rental business and they offered every bit of help and advice that i would have never expected. not only was he extremely helpful to me as someone getting in the business, he also gave me a deal that i couldnt pass up for the cart. now i waited before posting a review so i had time with the cart, i gotta say it is everything he told me it was and i have no complaints. i will be a return customer.

This was my second time renting with J&J and as with the first time, it was an excellent experience. John and Jenny are both responsive to phone calls and their service is second to none with pickup and delivery. The carts are in great shape and if you are not happy with something they will bend over backwards to fix it. I will be using them again and will recommend them to others.

Had used this company for years, but this week I was treated very unkindly and unprofessionally. I highly suggest requesting all needed information from John before proceeding with a rental. I was never told that business as usual had changed, and as a result for not knowing I was yelled at and treated poorly. I was told I inconvenienced him. Consider other options.
