The guys at Sound Advice are top-notch! Not only do they know their stuff, they are friendly and dont treat you like Nick Burns, your company computer guy. I also appreciate that they are willing to have be bounce ideas off and give me honest feedback, not just try to sell me on something.

Awesome place. Chris did a quick test and determined that I needed a new power cord, not a new computer. He even tweaked the cord for me and gave me some advice on where to order the replacement cord. I highly recommend you send your laptops and tower to them. They are a great computer repair company in Lafayette Indiana.

These people were extremely helpful. My ethernet port was fried after a thunderstorm, and the folks at Dell told me Id have to replace the whole motherboard (which would run me $200+.) But I went to Lafayette PC, was greeted by a friendly guy who IMMEDIATELY set up and examined my PC, and within 10 minutes he told me I would NOT have to replace the motherboard, and provided me with a range of options for getting my internet back, none of which would cost me more than $70. I chose the cheapest option (around $50) and had internet within 15 minutes of arriving home. :)These people are totally honest, helpful and friendly. I went to this shop because it had, by far, the best review of any computer-repair shop in Lafayette; and believe me, the reviews dont lie. I highly, highly recommend this place. Theres no reason to go anywhere else for computer troubles, in my view.
