We have been using Culligan for a water cooler at the Lafayette Hearing Center. The water is delicious, and Culligan has flexible plans that have reasonable pricing for delivery of water. It sure beats having to haul the water jugs from a store ourselves. Totally worth it!

We had Culligan of Lafayette install a brand new, self purchased water softener in our home. Unfortunately, we couldnt afford to buy Culligans system so we bought our own water softener and paid Culligan of Lafayette approximately $220 to install it. During the installation, the technician didnt appear to know how to properly install the softener. At one point he actually broke the plastic piece where the float is attached to. After we paid them to install it, we noticed our water level in the softener was too high. We called Culligan and they sent someone out to fix the problem. The technician came out and adjusted the float. The issue still wasnt fixed. They ended up sending another technician out and repaired the issue. We were charged approximately $116 for parts and labor to fix the issue. 8 months later, we discovered our water softener was leaking. The leak was coming from where Culligan connected the water lines into the unit. (The softener wasnt moved during the 8 month period) I didnt even bother calling Culligan. I figured they would charge me again to fix a product they installed. I ended up calling competitor in Lafayette and they sent someone out the next day. The technician removed the water softener Culligan installed and told me they used two different connections when they installed the unit. The technician stated it appeared whoever installed the unit didnt know what they were doing. I ended up having the new company install a new water softener and had it properly installed. I wouldnt recommend Culligan because they didnt stand by their work and charged us to fix the softener they installed.

Culligan has been great to worrk with since I moved to Lafayette. Removed the old non-working system & put in a new one, deliver my salt. No rust stains, lime scale or sticky feeling skin & hair! Couldn’t ask for more.

It is great to have the salt delivered, even more now that I cannot pick up the bags. The delivery people are always very nice.

The only problem I have is, when our salt gets delivered, I sometimes needed to go pick my kids up from school when they would deliver. They would call before coming and I would tell them so they would come back. Well, they dont come back. Other than that, good place, friendly service.

I asked to rent a water softener and the company did a small credit check. Two days later they tell me they cant rent to me. Its $30 a month!!! Are you kidding me! I will never recommend them!

They came out to the house to replace water filters on our RO machine. We have a Culligan AC-30 RO machine. They sell the filters direct from Culligan for $33. The tech was here for 15 minutes in all. They charged me $180 for the service call. This was after the tech was supposed to show up the week prior, but called and cancelled on me the day they were expected. I will not use them anymore. This is an outrageous price for a 15 minute service call.
