The attention to detail and tailoring the product to my needs made my experience with Rabb top notch. Our water system is perfect.

Called for warranty question and the lady I got was very rude. I proceeded to ask her a question about my system and she made me aware that she knows nothing about the technical side of the systems, why would you have somebody who knows nothing about your systems be your front desk receptionist. Paid high dollar for the system and on the verge of removing it!

Rabb has always been great. Their admin and sales people are organized and friendly. Their installers and techs are personable and great at what they do. Always on time. Good communication and follow up. They work with you to help you get the best deal on the system that makes the most sense for your home.

Rabb Water System and employees have provided terrific service! They have answered my questions, checked out my system when I have reported a potential issue, and repaired or resolved the issue every time. I highly recommend not only their service but also their product. Their softener has removed the rust and sulfur smell from my water and has made it taste amazing as well!

My system has required very little maintenance in the 8 or so years i have had it. but when i have needed help the service personnel have been first class, also when i visit the Warsaw office for filters or salt everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. i have recommended Rabb on several occasions and will continue to do so

We like the product but not happy with the delivery service. They only deliver the same day if the week and only gave a window of 3-4 hours. That never works for us. So we are old folks who have to pick up at the local store in Lafayette. The service is always great there but we still have to try to unload and taken to a basement furnace room.We cant change the filter so that is not good service for our needs and age.

I am very impressed with the Kinetico water softener & continue to recommend it to anyone who is interested. We have had our Kinetico for 12 years on a well. All of the devices that use water in our home are original & continue to function perfectly. Great system !
