Twin City service has gone way down hill the last few years. We bought a new Town and Country in 2016. Right off the bat, had a piece of trim on the roof come loose. They “repaired” it once and it fell right back off. Asked to have it repaired again and it’s still not done 5 years later. 2 years ago, noticed the hood has corrosion, which is a known issue with these vehicles. Asked about getting it fixed under the 5 year, 100,000 mile warranty. Every time I ask they act as if it’s the first time and still not fixed. The last 2 services I’ve had done, I tried to call and schedule the service and was told there’s no need to schedule, just come on in. When I show up, they ask why I didn’t schedule it. This time, I didn’t schedule it, and was ready for the 100,000 mile service, which includes new spark plugs, per the warranty forever. I showed up at 2:30-3:00 pm and was told they didn’t have time to service the van and I’d have to come back. So I’ve taken 2half days off of work now, and they tried to charge me over 800 for the spark plugs, when the quote said 260. They knocked not quite half off and apologized. Now I have a check engine light on, and can’t be seen until next week. This dealership has ran me off. I’m trading for another brand and will never own another Chrysler, dodge, jeep product ever again. Horrible customer service.

THEY WILL LIE ABOUT YOUR CAR HAVING PROBLEMS TO CHARGE YOU EXTRA MONEY!!My friend broke the key to his Dodge Caliber, he had the car brought into the dealership and like everyone else said about this place they sucked at communicating with each other. On top of that they are scam artist. Told him after they got the car that their machine couldn’t communicate with his car because his car must have a wiring problem. They were going to charge about 300 just to program the key but now it might be 700 or 1000 dollars they weren’t sure but it was going to be a lot. So he had them stop everything and he got his car towed out of the dealership. I thought the entire thing sounded sketch because every time he used his key before he broke it the car had to communicate with his key, but it won’t work now all of a sudden? They charged him 150 for labor 1 hour of work and 200 for a key that didn’t work but they said he had to pay the 200 because they already cut the key.Today he had a locksmith come out to program his key, the guy was done in 10 minutes and charged 100 dollars for it. There was no issue with the car what so ever. The key they did give him I found on Amazon, 2 for $25.This place will lie to you and tell you your car has problems that it doesn’t have!!!

Flawless from start to finish. After many disappointing car-shopping experiences in my hometown, I decided to hop a flight to Indiana to buy from Twin City. I was super nervous buying a car sight-unseen, but Antwahn took several custom videos of the car just for me - with up close 360 views. He guided me through every step of the purchase, front to back. We FaceTimed to finalize everything. He even PICKED ME UP FROM THE AIRPORT nearly an hour away. I cannot say how much this dealership has offered the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Afterward, RaDawna wasted no time getting my titling back to my home state. I am so grateful to this team for making this experience so exceptional. They’re trustworthy, kind, and massively thorough. I jokingly told Antwahn he just found a lifetime customer - but no joke I’d fly to Indiana again just to work with him.

The only reason I use this place is because its the closest Dodge dealer and they do fast oil changes. Its extremely frustrating taking Vehicles here to be serviced on because the communication between the associates is horrible. More than once have I called to see if my vehicle is done, one person tells me yes, I go to pick it up and they tell me its not ready. This is happened with my Charger and my husbands Challenger. Communications should be better considering thousands of dollars are being spent here to fix our vehicles here.

I’m very disappointed with the Tech Department !I had an appointment and even checked in with the customer service representative to make sure the parts for my Chrysler van were here and ready to be installed. I got a call an hour later after we already confirmed they were there from a male representative saying they didn’t have right part, and that they ordered the wrong one! That was my third trip down there coming from frankfort. My husband is a disabled veteran that I constantly take him to the V.A hospital in Indianapolis for various reasons, so having to go to Lafayette three times not only wasted my time but my gas money. Only after we came back and talked to our customer service representative Sarah did we actually get people from the Tech Department to fix the car. She went and spoke to several people and found out that they did indeed have the part and we’re getting ready to install it. Very disappointed in Twin City! The whole thing could of been avoided if the Tech Department actually felt like doing their job. Honestly at this point I would rather drive to Plainfield Westgate and get my services done there. Not only would it be less gas money I would also get people who actually do their best at work. Sarah was the only person to truly help me at Twin City in Lafayette. I suggest finding new people for Tech Department or make them actually do their job!

Horrible experience. I never even got to the dealership. Called last weekend about a car they have on the website. Was told that it was there and was encouraged to come and test drive. I drove FROM KOKOMO to Lafayette - when I arrived in Lafayette, the dealership called to inform that they didnt even have the car on the lot because it was being loaned out to a client. They then offered me a comparable vehicle to view that carried an asking price $8,000 more with 40,000 higher mileage. What a joke! But it gets better! On Monday, I get an email from the dealership saying that the car they lied to me about and wasted my time about has since sold! While not even on the lot and on loan. Now, I cant even get a manager to call me back to try to salvage a sale.Like I said, I never even made it to the dealership. If they treat customers this badly, I think I probably dodged a bullet there.

Sean was great at working with me on buying my new car and understanding that my 8 month old didn’t exactly love the process. He was open about how long things would take and got as much done without me physically being there as possible so I was able to walk around and keep my son happy. I got almost exactly what I went in looking for, they didn’t have the original color I wanted but he showed me other options without pushing and I actually liked the look of a color online I thought I wouldn’t like.

I took my vehicle here to get a recall fixed. They did a great job repairing it as far as I can tell. The only problem I had is that my battery was dead when I went to pick it up the next day. I walked inside to tell them and there were 2-3 male employees sitting in the service center who didn’t have any customers in front of them. They were sitting at their computers and didn’t acknowledge my presence for about five minutes of waiting then had the nerve to ask if I had been helped yet. On the other hand they did bring a jump start out to get my vehicle running so I could leave. Thank you for that and the repair, but please work on your customer service skills!

Chris was great to deal with and bent over backwards to help get us in a very gently used 2018 Journey GT! He was honest and helpful getting us to our target trade-in value and making us a great deal! Chris continues to impress after the sale, checking in to address our ongoing needs with things such as the remaining factory warranty and a spare key. The finance department, however, was another story. AJ was initially helpful and cordial when we sat down to sign paperwork. When we told him we weren’t interested in an extended warranty (for an extra $100/month on the payment) due to the remaining 19 months and 24,000 miles on the factory warranty and Twin City’s forever power train warranty, he became agitated and the tone of the rest of the conversation changed. He even stated that he needed to talk to Chris because it’s not possible for a used car to retain the factory warranty (although I knew this to be false). At one point my wife suggested we call it quits and try somewhere else despite the deal we were getting. We pushed through and ended up finishing paperwork and leaving in the Journey. Chris even came out and helped us move our belongings from our trade in to the Journey while I was moving the car seat. Minus the shady statements and attitude from the gentleman in the finance department I would definitely buy here again, especially from Chris!UPDATE: Dealing with the service department was also an excellent experience. They bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied with the experience. Changed from 4 stars to 5.

It took 2:15 to have an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. When I checked in, the woman couldn’t find me in the computer, then she tried to show me a different vehicle on the computer when she said I needed an alignment. She never explained how the new process worked. I figured it out from the texts. After waiting 1 1/2 Hours, I texted the phone number ( no name ever given) of my advisor and asked for an update. After hearing nothing half an hour later, I texted and asked again. Hearing nothing for another 15 minutes I went out to the service desks ( and saw my car sitting in the exit row) and told them it was over 2 hours, my advisor would not respond and I wanted my bill NOW to leave.That’s totally incompetent people with no customer service skillsI have used Twin City exclusively since I purchased the vehicle in 2016, but this leaves me questioning what I will do in the future

When work is done, its good. My problem is the waiting. Since the dealership moved, it seems to take a lot longer. On my last visit, I was supposed to hear back about an estimate for what they found wrong. After 3 hours I went back to the service department and saw my van sitting outside. I got my estimate and left. Who knows how many more hours I would have had to wait if I had actually gotten it fixed!!

Went in to look at a truck that was for sale, but it didnt suit my needs. Mo did a great job in finding one on the lot that did. Everything went pretty smooth and wasnt an all day, high pressure deal. I hate that kind of stuff at car dealerships. Had a small hiccup during the payment process, but they worked it out fairly and quickly. Only thing that could have been better is if their were 2 keys with the truck I traded for, but they only had one. All in all, a good experience.

Terrible, had to give one star because zero was not an option Labor was four times what parts were. (dealership, ok) No organization in the entire place. Was told I don’t know like 12 time over 3 phone calls. I’m surprised they didn’t lose my van. I got an over the phone quote the same day I got an email quote. Almost $200 difference but know one knew why? I will be going back to dodge in crawfordsville.

I wanted this to be the dream dealership where Id go for all automotive needs and never arrive home with remorse. After taking my jeep in for a recall, I scheduled an oil change. The staff is extremely nice and the facility is immaculate, but the prices 😮 Maybe $104 is typical for some for an oil change, but when Im paying that somewhere else Im getting my car washed and the inside cleaned/ vacuumed with my oil change..(Im talking about Fast Eddies, all that and still not paying as much as Twin City).

I already knew what needed to be replaced on my car told the specialist at the front desk multiple times what was wrong still proceeded to waste my time with the inspection all for them to tell me my power steering return lines where leaking. $650 to replace the lines and labor cost when I paid $150 for the parts and $35 for tools I didn’t already have and replaced both lines within a matter of a hour and a half. These guys also said they had a loaner vehicle on hand the day prior and my appointment was for 8 am I arrive in the morning to find that no loaner vehicles where available making me miss out on work especially after I told them exactly what was wrong with my car and to just find out if it was covered under warranty. It was obvious that my outer tie rod ends where also worn from the dealership and they didn’t care to replace them when it was in their hands but would rather wait for me to purchase it to make extra money off of me. Just another dealership trying to run your wallet into the ground I regret purchasing a vehicle from them. The only customers they care about are the ones with suits and fat wallets.

Do a search of vehicles in the surrounding area. Twin City will not honor their deals they have listed on their website. My wife and I went in to buy a Jeep Gladiator they had listed on their website for $43K and on the lot it came to almost $52K. After asking the dealer about honoring their advertising, he said there was no way he could go any lower. We ended up driving to Ohio and getting a way better deal, $9K off MSRP, from a different dealer.

I brought my car in early May for a check engine light, I was quoted at around $2500 for parts and labor. For over the next month I had been calling Twin City Dodge trying to have anybody reach out to my extended warranty provider and getting the service approved but every time I was given the run around. I spoke with 3 separate people more than a dozen times and still have nothing back regarding this. I will be taking my car somewhere else to get the needed repairs done this week, which only took a single phone call to the other company and less than an hour later received a call back saying it was approved and covered and scheduled. Save yourself some time and stress and go somewhere else for repairs.

We bought a jeep from them and 2 days later after there so called ‘inspection’ the bolt on the brake bracket fell out. Ruined our day and a scary ride home from Indy. Took the pictures and receipts into them. They said we will have the service manager call you and a week later no call. Tonight the other bolt fell out of the bracket on the other side. So we’ve had the jeep for 1 week and can’t drive it 2 days now. Their service department is a joke and so is their so called ‘inspection’. Buyer beware. Twin City Dodge does not cate about you once they get your money. This could have caused a bad wreck and serious injury. Yet they can’t even call.

I rarely write reviews, but our experience here was a disaster. If youre looking to buy a used vehicle, I would look elsewhere. We had several problems come up, and we are still dealing with issues a month after our purchase.When we bought the vehicle it was disclosed to us that the lift gate and paint needed work. They agreed to fix that for us before we took possession.1. The lift gate was only partially fixed due to miscommunication between sales and service. They realized their mistake and ended up fixing the lift gate properly, but the paint job couldnt be done until the next week which was fine.2. We dropped it off a week later, and they only fixed 1 paint spot. We called and they said they could fix the top paint spot the next week.3. By this time we noticed a burning oil smell - had a mechanic look at it and the valve cover gaskets were leaking on the top and bottom. This is an obvious issue that any mechanic should have caught. So the Twin City mechanic either saw the problem and didnt disclose it or didnt look the vehicle over thoroughly. I called Twin City and spoke to service. They said they were really sorry about that and would be happy to take care of that for us. He looked up our appointment and said to bring it in when we were getting the rest of the paint fixed. Told them we would need a van loaner vehicle and not a 5 seater since we have kids. He said they could definitely do that.4. Dropped the van off the next week and double checked the work theyd be doing. The service manager, Scot, came out and said they had no note of anyone saying theyd fix the valve cover leaks. Talked to the general manager, Gary, and he said he also didnt approve that work and if I fixed everything on every vehicle that came through, we wouldnt make any money. Wow - awesome to know. I didnt expect them to fix everything, but I DO expect dealerships to disclose the work they know needs to happen. They obviously do not care about their used vehicle customers.5. I still wanted them to fix the paint, so they brought out the loaner vehicle. It was a 5 seater even though my husband had called twice about getting a van.**There is such a lack of communication between departments here. They do not stand by their word, and you certainly shouldnt expect a fair used purchase experience.I would not recommend this place to anyone.UPDATE on the valve fix from our mechanic: I think I know why the dealership did not want to do this job. The back valve cover was leaking because someone had been in there and broke the bolts off. I removed the bolts by just picking them up.

Dan Bushman was really great taking care of me when I came in and when I checked out after my service.However, when I got in my jeep to leave the technician who worked on my radio had set the drink that was in my cup holder over on the passenger floor mat (It was a 32 oz fountain drink that was basically full). So as I was pulling out of the bay, I notice a large amount of soda splashing around on my floor mat! Thank the lord I have weather tech mats.I did call Dan, and I reassured I wasn’t upset because I get things happen. However, you could have had an extremely angry customer. So hopefully next time, the technicians take a little extra time not to spill things or if they do, CLEAN IT UP!

We bought a 2021 Dodge Charger from this dealership in February of 2021. I will never use this dealership again. From the beginning things were bad with terrible customer service. We should’ve left right away. Two months later we are FINALLY receiving our title paperwork from the dealer and now have to pay a late fee because of someone not doing their job. I 0/10 recommend this place! Also the salesman and GM are scam artist! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE TO BUY A CAR!!!!!

I have come back here twice for general maintenance of my dodge. I specifically chose this location because of the warranty forever program that they offer and my car is a part of even though purchased in Florida. When I first came and I have an issue with my car, and the man who helped me went completely out of his way to call the warranty forever line and see if any part of the services were covered under that maintenance plan. I was happy to hear that he save me $90 on a repair, but was just surprised that he was so willing to do that for me. This time I worked with Chris and he was super nice and explained the charges for me and it was a smooth transaction. Once I am in the market for a new vehicle I know I will be coming here.

Absolutely nightmare! So to begin not only was my truck down there for almost a month, but the service advisor said the tech didn’t even want to look at the cluster which is 1 of the 2 reasons I brought it in. The other reason was for a no crank no start. Turns out it needed a tipm, before the no crank no start that came out of no where, the truck was otherwise running relatively fine, used the parking brake to keep it in park and well and was working. They told me I needed parking brake shoes and wanted $1100 for it and upon retrieving my vehicle, after saying no to the brake service the parking brake no longer works at all in the slightest when it was working fine when taken in. And now my truck has a chachacha noise and struggles to start up after being (fixed) when they said it’s running a little ruff they failed to mention it has trouble starting up, which also sometimes won’t start now! My vehicle feels like I had a willow tree mechanic work on it not a professional technician! Not to mention when I would try and get ahold of my service advisor he was always “in the bathroom” or busy in the back, the first week after I brought it in I tried calling and never got ahold of him went through the hold cycle 3 times! Over two hours trying to get ahold of who I was supposed to cause no one else was “qualified to help” wasn’t until the last few days he finally started answering my calls! It was a nightmare of a service! I am very upset at this unprofessional manner of this place! They even tried to charge me for the parking brake when they didn’t do it or even had the parts! Had to tell them and had to wait for them to refund it! This was a nightmare experience and my vehicle is still not running well at all and I cannot tell the speed as the tech didn’t want to look at it to diagnose it because he wouldn’t get any money out of it even though I paid like $150 for a diagnostic fee! I am so upset by this because now my wife and daughter and I still have no transportation as this vehicle does not feel safe to drive or legal! I’ve been out of work for a month now while waiting for them to fix it and spent $2300 to get it fixed! For that price I could of just got a different vehicle and feel wrong for having confidence that this dealership could help me. Now I am broke and essentially without a vehicle and have no assess to take a bud as we live in the country. Very upset by this experience. Do NOT RECOMMEND ever taking your vehicle here go anywhere else this place is grossly expensive and you do not get what you pay for. I paid the price for having confidence that this dealership could get my vehicle back up and running the way it did a few days before but I was wrong! Do not make the same mistake as me

I am LIVID. This is my third trip into Twin City for a check engine light on my Dodge Journey I only purchased Feb 25th 2021 (from Defouw) the first experience with Victor was wonderful. The last two have both been with Bryan. The 2nd time I had to call 5 hours after dropping it off to be told it needed a new gas cap. When I got my paperwork it was completed and hour after drop off! This (the third time) I had to call, and text multiple times before I got this response! (Photo included) I still don’t know why it needs a filter but I shouldn’t have to harass a shop to get updated on MY VEHICLE. If I didn’t HAVE to bring my car here to do warranties, I wouldn’t have been back and this just confirmed my option.

Painless, competitively priced (per KBB) service which keeps a free, unlimited mileage warranty in force. The service advisor, Steven, went above and beyond to earn my repeat business. The cost of all services combined since 2018 do not add up anywhere near that of an extended warranty; so it doesnt make sense to go anywhere else for service.

Good service and beautiful facility. I booked an oil change and 30,000 service group online which was convenient, however it left the appointment vague on the dealership side. I would recommend calling or adding details in the notes if you book online.

While I received the video of the review of my car, I had to reach out for updates on my car. I had not anticipated them having my car for more than just that day. They had it a whole another day and no concern that I was without a vehicle. Then informed me late on the second day that they had to order a part and I should come get it until they get the part. No indication as to how long that will take. The communication was lacking.

I would like to say, worst fix by a dealership i have had!1. I personally ordered and installed and set timing of all 6 accuators in my wifes 2012 dodge van.2. They (twin city dodge) told me i had faulty parts and replaced 3 of six accuators.3. They fixed the a/c... It lasted two days... No a/c at 2,002$....4. Curiosity over came me.... I had the three accuators tested, they work great.5. What they did do, replace rear a/c dryer? And did the recall updates, also fixed a transmission line leak?There is and was not a leak....Furthermore, they want ME TO BRING IT BACK TO THEM! NOPE, NO WAY!We will never be back to TWIN CITY DODGE, LAFAYETTE, INDIANA...THEY have lost my business forever!The only nice thing i can say is the sales rep was a great person.

Nice new facility but service is quite lacking. 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change with appointment is beyond acceptable. No notice or warning or explanation. I WAS a new customer today.

Highly recommended if youre looking for a car. Greg was amazing, very friendly and kind. Nobody was to pushy when looking at the cars either. Brandon was also extremely nice and helpful. Overall it was a great experience and Ill definitely consider going back whenever I need to purchase a new vehicle again
