Taking my time to write this review as I sit outside of the parking lot of the store. I just walked into the store may be about 6 o’clock and stood in the middle of their sales floor for 10 minutes. No one greeted me or even acknowledged me as a customer. I was finally going to purchase an Apple Watch but after today’s experience I’m not sure how long I want to do business with AT&T.

Bought a new phone. The Att tech disabled my old phone and sold me a new phone with no sims card in it. Did not help me remove the sims card or replace a new sims. card. Was told I had to do this at home. Get home had to return to ATT because I could not use either phone.

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever seen. After waiting for over 45 minutes for someone to even look in my direction I had the rudest woman try to tell me that I would have to pay to have the defect with my week old iPhone 12 Pro Max fixed myself when it stopped working. Kept getting sent all over town to other places when they had the ability to switch out the phone (for a$55 fee!!!) but she wouldn’t be bothered. Fast forward 5 days, 6 trips to AT&T stores and several hours with customer service (getting hung up on 3 times when we get to the part where they are going to actually do something) and I still do not have a working phone. Dissatisfied is an understatement. They have lost a long time customer. The rudeness I encountered in the AT&T store in the Acadian Mall in Lafayette, LA is mind blowing. I do not see myself continuing to support this company after my contract is up. Sure wish that would be sooner rather than later.
If want buy something is good, if u want some service they will tell u go home and call customer service. Most employees are uneducated, unprofessional. I tried to switch my name to be primary holder. They created a new account with my number. When I called customer service by phone. They added another number into my new account. I had to pay the bill of my old account and pay another bill bc I want to switch, not open the new one. Poor people Poor service. Please hiring some people loving work however they want to be rude.

Went in to upgrade phones but left after 10 minutes of rude, hostile, and unprofessional service. The store representative assisting another couple lack customer service and professionalism. The representative assisting us was not straight foward and gave off a con artist feeling. After the bad experience I call to speak to a manager. The person who picked up the phone went to the back and put me on speaker so the two representatives could hear the complaint against them. I completely floored at the lack of common sense and business skills. I can not take At&t anymore this was the absolute last straw.
I had to get a new device activated which took a lot of time with the transfer of information ie texts, photos, ect. Alonte was very professional, patient, personable and courteous. If I need assistance again O will definitely request him personally. He is a big asset to AT&T T. Customer service par excellence.

Went in today to get some things I needed. Female employee greated me and told me someone would be right with me. Awesome! Well then a male employee completely ignored me while the other one saw me but just ignored me as well. 3 other customers came in AFTER me and were helped. I left the store. But funny part is Im an employee myself at a different location great to know that is how this location treats customers. Only good thing was the female who greated me she was amazing. The guys need to learn that if they see a customer to check on them, if they have been helped or not.
Great experience here with Telly the manager and his crew!!! They were excellent and all deserve a raise! With tensions high and the elements outside along with this virus, they are taking care of business and truly taking care of their customers. Due to Covid19, there is a lot of emotion. The mask gives me a feeling that I can not breath and anxiety to the level of feeling like I will have a heart attack. I tried to explain this to the manager but he would not listen and was completely unsympathetic to my situation. He made us go outside the store in 100• heat to conduct our business. Seems like he could have provided a space in the store that concurred with social distancing regulations that provided for everyone’s medical conditions.

I had an issue with my AT&T prepaid phone. The staff is completely incompetent. I had an issue that required me to go to a store front location and show an associate my ID to verify to corporate support that I am who I say I am in order for them to allow access into my account. This took two visits taking over 3 hours in total with me sitting around. First visit the employees call dropped and told me to come back tomorrow to try again after an hour and a half wait. Second visit the manager assisted me taking just as long. He did fix the problem, and because of the inconvenience offered a compensate my next months bill of $40. I bought the guys that shift lunch to say thank you. Now comes this months bill and I was charged the full amount. Never compensated.
Ms. Timeaka was very helpful. The service was fast. I was able to stay in store to let data transfer from old to new phone in case I experienced any glitches. When I did hit snag, she was able to trouble shoot. Overall great experience.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!!With a lobby full of customers, employees dealt with one customer and then hid out in the back area, never to return again. Only 2 females continued the process of helping. One employee didnt even bother to call out the next person on the sign up board and just walked up to help a young woman I guess who caught his attention, so she was helped immediately.INCREDIBLY POOR SIGN-IN PROCESS!You literally have to search out someone who works there, interrupt them with the customer theyre helping with so you can ask to be put on the waiting list which most had a tablet with which to do this. Why wouldnt an employee stand near the front entrance to greet incoming people and ensure customers are added to the already extensive wait list. Some people just walked in, looked around, and walked back out since no one approached them to offer to sign in with no clear cut directions as to what to do. I saw many folks who just walked out after waiting so long with no AT&T employee approaching them at all. So calling out the names of absent folks excited those of us who stayed for an hour and longer.I wouldnt think of ever going back to this store for anything. I wanted a code to be unlocked on a phone that I purchased which is the only reason I was there. I told the employee who I flagged down to put my name on the waiting list the reason for my being there and all she said was ok. After an hour and everyone ahead of me being seen who was there when I first arrived, I looked up at the board and my name wasnt even on the list! I was able to get the attention of the employee who was finishing up with a customer next to me who was right before me and who saw me standing and waiting for over an hour. She promised she would come to me next, and she did, only to tell me that they dont unlock THEIR phones that are purchased secondhand. Why wouldnt the employee who (supposedly) put my name on the list AN HOUR AGO not have told me that in the first place?! Total waste of time with employees who definitely have no idea what customer service is all about and prefer chatting amongst themselves out of sight, never to be seen again... or at least for an hour which is what I witnessed.
After a 20 minute wait we told the young man out problem. He immediately said, “I can’t help you!” No solution, NO help, sort of a tough s—t attitude! We will be dropping AT&T!!!
This is the most disorganized, unhelpful AT&T location Ive ever been in. Walked in, stood by the entrance for a rep to approach me. Nothing. Waited 15 min, then decide that surely someone saw me walk in, so I go sit in the waiting area. Finally about 20 min in, I see a rep walk towards me. Nope. Shes just grabbing the TV remote to turn up the volume on the news. Try to get her attention, but another rep is already talking to some new guy at the door who is now ahead of me in line. Just an amazingly bad customer intake process that wasted 30 min of my life. Wont be back.

This is absolutely the worst AT&T store in existence. The people there are not only Lazy, Unhelpful, Incompetent, but also Dishonest and Fraudulent.I only have Cell Phone Service with AT&T, no TV or Internet, but when I went in to purchase my wife a new cell phone, the sales girl was only interested in signing me up for their TV and Internet services.She just handed the new phone to my wife, and while my wife was trying to update, and setup the new phone, by herself, with no help from anyone, the sales girl, was trying to sign me up for TV and Internet services, which I told her several times that I did not want.She continued to ask questions, which at first, I thought were about the new phone purchase, but when she asked what would be a good install date, I realized she was still trying to sign me up for TV and Internet services, and again I told her that I do not want TV and Internet services.Meanwhile, my wife was still trying to update, and setup the new phone, by herself, with no help from anyone.Then, incredibly, she asked for my full social security number, which if they needed for cell phone service, they would already have. At this point, we just left with the new phone, and finished setting up at home.A few days later, I started receiving emails and texts, confirming the install date, and welcoming me to our new TV and Internet services.We went back to the AT&T store to put a stop to the fraudulently requested service. The sales girl’s supervisor informed me that the girl was only acting as trained, and that’s AT&T’s corporate policy to sign people up for TV and Internet service, even after being informed that it’s not wanted.I find this interpretation of the AT&T policy hard to believe, and I’m pretty sure that trying to fraudulently obtain someone’s social security number breaks several laws.

AT&T stores are all money robbers. My 3 lines with T-Mobile works fine but due to relocation and coverage I had to switch to AT&T. After an extremely long wait, they told me my international phone (works for T-Mobile) doesn’t work for AT&T and persuaded me to buy a $1200 iPhone.The worst part is after I activated my SIM card and completed my transfer, they forgot to notify T-Mobile to cancel my plan. And I just found out by myself that T-Mobile has charged me $360 just because of that. I already filed a complaint two weeks ago and received no feedback at all.Just keep away from this store and keep away from AT&T!!!!

This is the WORST store! Call customer service and get your phone shipped!! The wait time is ridiculous, the girl who greeted me did not tell me the wait was an hour and a half and when asked why I was there, she was not educated enough on the process of her store policies to tell me I could not make a return without the box instead I waited for an hour and a half for the sales person to walk right up to me and tell me that. Customer service is a joke, this store is not going to help you after you make a purchase and will send you straight to apple care. Do yourself a favor and either go through customer service from the start and wait for shipping or go to SPRINT for better deals, coverage and SERVICE!!

We went in on a Saturday afternoon for a problem with my wifes phone. There were only two reps on the floor, with wait times averaging 1.5 hours. No apologies were made for the inconvenience; in fact, we were informed that this was because of shift change and lunch, and lectured on how difficult it was to keep reps on the floor.Upon finally getting to meet with an associate, he was so rude that I had to leave the table for the betterment of the conversation, and while I was away, he tried to sell my wife things twice, and then called her rude when she said that she wasnt interested.When I insisted, admittedly very angrily, that the manager apologize for the inordinate wait and the rudeness of her subordinate, she didnt simply refuse. She STOOD there unspeaking as I insisted three times that she apologize, looking at me as if I were a consummate idiot. The rep had to come across the store himself, at which point he insisted that he had already apologized at the table, but would apologize in front of me. Then we left.Bear in mind that throughout all of this, we got nothing done, not even a battery diagnostic because their machinery was broken. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, no knowledgeability, but an awful lot of apathy.Having had such an unpleasant interaction with AT&T Ambassador Caffery, we expected more of the same from the West Congress. Instead, West Congress was everything that Ambassador was not. With the same amount of reps and no obvious manager, the response was immediate and quite good. Roderick was extremely capable, very pleasant and courteous, very professional and knowledgeable, and got us in and out of there, despite several questions, in 10 minutes; all without trying to sell us anything that we didnt need.THAT is what service is supposed to be about there, AT&T! You folks need to send whoever is training West Congress over to your Ambassador location. We are going to Roderick for all of our needs from now on, no matter that the Ambassador store is six blocks away, and the West Congress store is 3 miles!

I had been without LTE on my Pixel for a couple years now despite other AT&T store visits and calls to customer service. I visited this store yesterday and Allex helped me out. He was the first person that seemed interested in fixing the problem and eventually got everything working correctly. He knows his stuff. Thanks again bro!
Giving this location a 1 Star since it is the lowest rating I can give it even though a 1 Star rating is being way too generous. My husband and I received the most disgusting and disgraceful “customer service” experience we have ever had. The employees including the so-say “manager” Kendrell were very incompetent, rude and lazy. We were lied to about what the IPhone 8 offered and every time we had a question about their products and services were told to read about it online. What is the point of having a storefront with sales people who know nothing about what their selling? We were better off purchasing a product online. My husband and I are both business people and have clients that we will be referring elsewhere. This location will be losing lots of business and should be shut down. An absolutely DISGUSTING joke of customer service! It’s no wonder why people prefer shopping online now-a-days when you have to deal with incompetent, rude and lazy people. The “manager” Kendrell is an absolute joke- he sat on his entitled butt the entire time, cutting up with his employees instead of taking care of business. DISGUSTING!

Worst customer service ever. Treated like we were not customers. Jordan was very condescending to me. There was a possible misunderstanding on our part, but there was no, Im sorry if you were misinformed. We were told this instead: Why would we give you a 900 phone for .99? And, I dont believe the saleslady (Bethany) told you that. So basically, I was accused of lying. The manager, Ketrell, wouldnt even call the salesperson to ask if thats what she had said. He said-I am not calling her bc we dont offer that. He was more interested in making sure my husband didnt yell, saying twice-I will not talk to him if he yells. My husband was not yelling. Unbelievable. Never going in there again.

Went to the store to sign up for AT&T fiber internet service that was just installed in my neighborhood. Jacob was waiting for me when I arrived and everything went off without a hitch. He was able to get me an installation appointment in 5 days and they waived the installation fee, so I ended up walking out without paying a dime at the time I signed up. In addition, their internet service is far cheaper than Cox with much better speeds. It was a no brainer.
I have to say this was a very pleasant visit compared to some of the others..If you have to go The young man that helped us was Cullen Crochet and he was so informative and wasnt pushy..
Extremely rude staff. They will lie to your face when you explain that they are not following the procedures written by ATT. Even if you show them on these on their website they will try to make it seem as though you can not understand simple legal terms. I will never visit a store where an employee literally laughs in my face.

Sales associate was not thorough with explaining our chosen mobile plan. First months bill was double than what was quoted. Tried financing accessories but later realized that we paid for upfront, associate never mentioned that they werent available for financing because they were on sale, would not issue a refund because we opened them. (Acutally she did to put them on the phones before we left the store)
Waited forever and no one cares. They just woke up with the dont wants. My little brother would have been more help and hes 10. Its a terrible world we coming too. We should all boycott this store and att as a company. So terrible of a company.
The guy ( tiffany) is so rude and dishonest. I swear to god if I ever go back to this place I would use a mini camera to record everything.
