The worker in there didn’t let me sell my games because i was 17 without a ID but My Brother With A ID Was trying to sell the games and he didn’t let us because he i was black

Used games priced higher than you can download directly from xbox game store. Honestly surprised Gamestop hasnt went the way of Blockbuster. Guess the used console sales keep them afloat. Clean store. Helpful employees.

They never answer the phone. Plain and simple. I can sit outside the store in my vehicle and call them and I can plainly see that no one answered the phone at all. None of the employees even bother to look at the phone while it is ringing

If you’re going to force people to wear a mask then atleast give them away, like every other retail establishment. Not charge $1.50. Making a customer walk out, then come right back in makes absolutely 0 sense. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Oh and I wear a mask 8-10 hours a day, around 100’s of people. Not when there is literally no customers inside. & your worker Chelsea was super rude, and didn’t even have the decency to say thank you for shopping. I hope your company continues to decline & goes down the drain 👎🏼

Ok service priced $10 higher than Wal-Mart and store was low on stock items. Still a great place to get your game onn.

Two ladies working were amazing and even though I did not get their names, #GAMESTOP is the best place for new games and deals around. And being a rewards member is well worth the extra fees. Cant say enough about this place

I am not a gamer, but I have a lot of gamers in my life. The customer service was amazing and knowledgeable. I only knew that it was a Pokémon game, and they started naming all of the possible titles!!

They have the nicest staff and they have convinced me to drive further just to be a regular there and I am not mad. I love the location and the prices are fair and like I said before they have the nicest staff in all of Lafayette.

Friendliest Gamestop in the area. The people remember me when I come in and make sure if I need any help(or help me when I cant decide between two games). They are not pushy and are very helpful. Good selection of games with a somewhat small collectibles selection.

Sure, give me $1.50 for a used game that youre then going to turn around and put back on the shelf for $39.99. I mean cmon, I understand making profit is what youre in business for, but its just downright rude the prices GameStop offers for used games. Id have no problem with it if they were then turning around and selling those games they bought for $1.50 for $7 or something like that...but ripoff the guy whos trading in AND ripoff the customer whos coming in to buy? What a scam.The only reason I dont give 1 star is that the staff is usually very friendly and helpful.

Picked up Spider-Man at the 9 p.m. release, everyone was super cool. Definitely plan on doing it again in the future.

Went to pick up Minecraft I placed on hold. The man was real nice even though the store was packed unlike other Gamestops I have been in when they were packed and the staff was irritated and rushed me when checking out.

This is honestly the best GameStop that I can think of! Everyone who works there always helps me out and I am not sure what you people are talking about. If you have trouble ask for Fransisco....Who I cannot believe would give you trouble if you can make my family happy with buying things and not causing trouble then you are good!

I had a very bad experience the last two times Ive gine into this branch of GameStop, I was IDd when Im a regular at the store and then when I went back I wasnt IDd by another person there, so Im getting mixed signals here. Also I dont know whats going on but if my open sign was ever off at wing stop one whole hour before close I would have gotten fired. And the attitude of the cashier was very rude. Not William, he was the only one tonight who seemed very cheerful in any way.

Going to This gamestop was not my best experience with purchasing gaming devices or video games. They really try to push used games and equipment on you even if you tell them you want new. The sales guy was also a bit stuck up.
