Great experience and customer service. The guy working the night I brought my family of 8 in was really great, funny, and seemed to love his job. Of course the ice cream was delicious!

Incredibly friendly staff. We went in close to closing and they were so happy to serve us and said they appreciated us when we left. Very genuine. The ice cream was good too :D

My Fiance and I decided wed visit this place since weve noticed it a few times. We checked the hours online and noticed that it closed at 10 on a Sat night and it was only 9:30 so we headed over. We walked in the door at exactly 9:40 and were immediately told were closed. We gave a slight protest but your hours are listed on the door and online as open until 10.We had to close early was the only response we got from the young girl at the front.Maybe its true, but Im writing so maybe the owner sees this. Maybe it was ok. Maybe it wasnt either way, theyll know.And to be blunt, it doesnt make me wanna go back.

My family and I went in around 8 pm on Saturday 12/21. When we arrived, we had to wait until the cashier finished her text message before we could place our order. Then, while we were eating, the music the employee had playing was completely inappropriate. The songs that she had playing from her personal phone repeatedly said the N-word (yes, that N-word). Not only did we hear it (with our 7 and 5 yr old children) but the people we were sitting next to (that had 3 children of their own, all under 9) complained to us about the music. My wife asked the employee to turn the music off, but the employee instead just switched the song. We promptly picked up what was left of our ice cream and left. The ice cream was decent, but the employees need to understand what type of music is acceptable. I have no desire to explain to my children what certain words mean because someone doesnt understand the appropriate type of music to play in a family establishment.

Loved the ice cream and it was cute to see all of the customers basically decorate the store. Had a great time

Ice cream was good. It was a disapointment only bcuz they had no vanilla made or coffee ice cream! Everything we liked needed vanilla

The ice cream was okay.. But literally you pay an extra amount for a topping of your choice, and when I picked the reeses peanut butter cups, they only slapped one on my order. Disappointing.
