Very helpful and friendly. Very trustworthy. Everything they promised, they definitely delivered. I had a custom engagement ring made, and it was a fantastic all-around experience working with them.

Our salesman was very helpful and informative. Very knowledgeable on the wide range of topics of questions my wife was asking. Very courteous and kind. I don’t remember his name but he had red hair and a red beard. Would definitely return for our Jewerly needs.

This is my favorite place to shop for my wife and for my daughter. This is a modern store with expert selection and customizing on the computer if they dont have what you need in the showcase. Extremely helpful personnel. They worked with us untiringly to find the perfect custom senior ring at the perfect price point for us. Their jeweler was able to switch out the stone for the one we wanted at a very reasonable price. We love this store and the employees! I dont say that about many stores. And I have no affiliation with this store other than being a customer.

Ive only been here to get watch batteries replaced, jewelry cleaned, and a ring resized but on every visit theyve proven to be knowledgeable, courteous, and skilled. I highly recommend them for any jewelry servicing you may need.

I will never buy from a chain jewelry store again. This was my first experience with Armentors, but it definitely will not be my last. I am a very picky person especially when it comes to customer service, but Andree was a tremendous help when it came to picking out the perfect setting and diamond that fit my budget. This was a very important moment in my life, and Andree made sure it went as smooth as possible. I went to multiple other jewelers in Lafayette, but none came close to Armentors. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great people wit great customer service.

Was disappointing. Went to get my rings that were bought from Armentor fixed but was no help & had to pay over $100 just to get resized & diamond that fell out replaced. The ring is less than 4 years old. If I would of known what I know now I would of shopped around.
