JARED HAS VERY RUDE CUSTOMER CARE.I waited inside for 45 minutes while not even being greeted, or even glanced at or acknowledged by a salesperson. One guy was talking very loudly to a woman about how to get herself out of apparently very serious debt (while trying to sell her jewelry I guess?) and the other woman who let me in, pretty much pretended I didn’t exist while walking back and for all over the gallery.(I walked in the gallery with intent to pick out a new band, to accent my engagement ring. I’d lost my band on vacation and our 2 year anniversary is coming up. I was spoken to rudely because I pushed on the door instead of pull and she had to open it for me. I wasn’t spoken to or even glanced at after that.) NEVER EVER GOING BACK. How could you treat a client so rudely when they’ve come to make an expensive purchase? Obviously no respect for me or the money I intended to spend with them.

Fantastic crew with an in house design and service center. Will go out of their way to find the piece you love and will also call and double check on their customers. If they dont have it they will do their best to get it.

They have a professional yet compassionate staff that really make your happiness feel like it is the top priority. I was having a crisis with my wedding ring and they went over several options and went out of their way to resolve my issue. I can’t wait to proudly wear my gorgeous new wedding ring. Thank you all for your help. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Both sales associates were FANTASTIC. We were warmly greeted the second we walked through the door. Not only were both women incredibly knowledgeable about both custom design rings but also the many different styles in store. They did an amazing job at helping me my finance find the ring that was perfect for me. It was resized on my finger within 24hrs and this was OVER THE WEEKEND. They even had a play area for our son! We couldnt have asked for a better experience. Keep up the good work!

I would like to give this visit a 5-star rating cuz the first time I went service was phenomenal this visit however service is lacking staff was not knowledgeable not too friendly I expect to go to a jewelry store and they know their product especially when youre advertising about a Pandora special on your door and when I check out and meet the minimum requirement I dont even get acknowledged that oh where sold out or we no longer have any in stock but I have to ask about it. Not saying I will not be back but I just feel they should have had way more knowledge like the first person Ive got service from the first time we went.

My experience here was the Best. I was greeted as I walked in and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I was able to browse without any pressure but when I did request to see a particular jewerly piece the sales associate was prompt and glad to assist. The added bonus is you can have your jewelry cleaned as a courtesy at anytime!

Jareds in Lafayette has the worst Manager Ive ever had to deal with. Unbelievable how weak her customer service skills are. Instead of trying to help the situation she gives me a 1800 customer service number to call. WTH? She is definatly there for a paycheck and lacks passion for her job. If youre selling engagement /wedding rings you should enjoy it. She would be more suited to work in a funeral home. Ugh Im so angry.LETS NOT FORGET JAREDS torched my brand new engagement ring and all Im trying to do is find a diamond that equal to what was destroyed. Im sorry but i deserved better treatment and Im really shocked that higher up management wouldnt even speak to me. Now I have an engagement ring that I dont absolutely love and thats really sad to say but my ring will never be the same.Formal complaint has been made and I hope the district manager is more eager to help remedy this situation.Update its been 3 days and Ive yet to be contacted. The store the customer service and jewelry service is not deserving of the one star i left. They didnt offer to refund the 300 bucks I paid to have my diamond reset and torched or not I should have got my original diamond back. I could go on but it would take to long.

Great products and services, but the bank they finance through is a joke. Website doesnt work, theyll send the bill to the wrong place, and then try to charge you a late fee.

Great store. I met a general manager, Randy, and he was able to answer questions and he assisted me with my old class ring. Very down to Earth and sociable. Great staff!!!

They told me they were running a credit check and then used my information to open a credit card without my permission. Now I have to keep it since it will hurt my credit to close the account. Extremely shady and underhanded tactic, and you can see from other reviewers that this isnt just a misunderstanding; this is how they choose to do business here.I ended up buying online through James Allen anyway, and got a much better GIA diamond for a much better price than what they showed me at Jared.

I have received better service at Golden Corral. I will NEVER walk into this store again or recommend it to anyone. I walked in and waited for 25mins standing up while 2 world were talking in the corner one was playing on her phone behind a register. Finally TJ makes eye contact with me and I tell her I am in need of a last min Christmas gift and I habe $200 to spend. She laughed in my face and said she might not be able to help me. She walked in circles and then pushed me off on another worker who was with a customer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And the commercials are a lie.

If i could give this place zero stars i would!! Stay far away from this place! After 3 years weeding ring had to be completly replaced due to diamonds cracking and constantly falling out..and i mean every 6 months when i would take it in diamonds would have to be replaced..so manager said it was damaged and defective so i had to pick a completely new wedding set but the one i found was 500 dollars morr my husband asked since we were having to do this if they would meet half way the manager rudly says no..that corporate wouldnt have allowed well after a conversation with corporate states that she definitely should have at the minimum done half..Then low and behold i go to puck up the new ring after being sautered and sized the ring was only half way sautered..and was not even centered in The enhancer..Stat away!!!!

The experience I had at this Jared was absolutely AMAZING!!!! I have been into Jared stores in the past, all of my time spent at other locations was always great, but my experience at the Lafayette location really stood apart from the rest. Sorry in advance for the long post! I went into the location here in Lafayette to inquire about creating a custom wedding band for my husband, when I entered the store i was created by a young lady with the brightest smile, she shook my hand and introduced herself, She asked me what i was going into the store for and i told her i was interested in making my husband a wedding band. She informed me that she would introduce me to a diamondtologist (if thats how you spell it) as soon as they were available as they were all taken up by other guests. I told her that was fine, she offered me a drink and told me i could look around if i would like to, that if i wanted to see something in the mean time, to let her know. I looked around for a couple minutes and was approached by a gentleman who introduced himself as the manager. We stood and talked for awhile until someone was able to help me. He really got to know about me and my husband, as well as our children, and we also spoke about his family. Its like i was talking to an old friend. He brought me over to another gentleman who was free to help me, Ed! ED IS GREAT!!! We sat down and spoke about the ring i wished to build for my husband, his father had a ring that i wanted to duplicate. Ed went over how the process worked that i would have the option to see the ring atleast twice before the finished product arrived. This made me feel very comfortable as i was nervous for it to come out right. The manager came back over to me and asked how everything was going and started to put his input into the design of the ring. He reassured me that it would be exactly what I wanted for Tim and that he personally would hang sketch the ring. He sketched the ring withing two days and it was exactly what i wanted for Tim. Ed let me know about the options i had for payment, since i did not want my husband to see a charge on our bank account i decided to use Jareds interest free option. Ed called me every week to let me know how everything was going, within two weeks i had a computer drawing of the ring, it was awesome to be able to see the ring in what is was going to look like, AND I GOT TO KEEP IT!!!! After that i saw the wax, this made it even more real, only cause i could feel it, not to long after the final piece came back and was amazing, better than i had ever imagined. Tim was amazed and so surprised, he would not want me to say how much he cried, but he did! Since the ring has been complete, Ed has checked on Tim and i several times, most of the time just to chat and see how things are going. Tim has gone in and purchased several items for me, including my Pandora bracelet!! He was very loyal to a local jewelry store, but he has said the service alone will keep him going back. They make us feel like one of the family. If you need jewelry and want great service, Jared is the place to go!!!

I bought a wedding set and I put my diamond in the new setting. I didnt even have the ring on my finger more than 6 days and i lost the diamond. They told they would match it but once I got it back (4 months) later the setting was wrong and the diamond was smaller than the one I had in my original ring i had.

When they say they are running a credit check, they dont mention that they are actually OPENING a store credit card account. Now I have an account on my credit report with the life span of 2 weeks.
