Friendly, professional staff and a nice clean store. Took my xbox one in for repair and their service rates are much cheaper than anywhere else. Not just in town, but online as well. I highly recommend this place.

One of the last places in town to find rare games for old systems that arent crazy over priced. Good selection. Just wished they held game tournaments. They have the setup, maybe just not the space. Could work though. Not the place to look for memorabilia.

Not bad to find retro games and systems. Some things are a bit overpriced compared to competitors and some carts Ive bought needed additional cleaning. But from time to time they have some worthwhile stuff and their DVD selection is extensive. Certainly not a bad second-hand entertainment store.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff, good variety of products spanning generations of gaming and video, rotating specials (which I took advantage of today), and at least one console hooked up and ready to play in-store (SNES Super Mario Kart). Will be returning again soon.

They answered the email quick but said they charge $125 to replace an hdmi outlet, which is supposedly $25 cheaper than anywhere else. I found a place to do it for $50 in my own town. ProBytes in Frankfort is the best!!

I mean... they try really hard. If the young kid is behind the counter, walk out though. He changes prices on games for some reason. Cost me an extra 10 bucks one day.

Waited for over an hour for them to open, was hoping to sell some Xbox 360 games and a DVD only to be told they were only taking PS4 and Xbox one games and consoles. That is not good customer service. What should of happened was they should of gladly took anything we had due to the wait we had to endeavor.

They have THE LOWEST PRICES Ive seen ON CONSOLES and GAMES! I stopped in after JL RECORDS sold me a PSP with a busted battery, JL RECORDS then REFUSED to refund my money minutes after the purchase! NB Gaming, let me sell some of the EXTREMELY overpriced games to them for top dollar, and ordered a replacement battery! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff!

Bought a tablet. Got home and it just freezes over and over. Apps get stuck. Power button pushed in so it glitches off. Asked b4 i bought it. If it was defected if i get a refund back. He said yes. Take it back and i can see its lagging and hes having to doublle click for app 2 work. and says i can only get a store credit. Whats that gonna do? I used the last of my money on my daughters bday pressent and she cant use it. Im so mad. I willl NEVER GO BACK. Aand its a shame because i spent hundreds of dollars there.
