We booked this company three weeks in advance. I spoke with Heather and she gave me a quote. I was happy with the quote, and was willing to pay more if it took more time. I informed her that we are a family of seven, moving from a 2200 sq ft house in Highlands Ranch to a house in Bailey. She was in agreement with the plan. With in the hour I received a phone call from Mike, stating he sold the business to Heather but she doesn’t know yet how much work it was going to take to move. He wanted to come out and give a more accurate quote. I was fine with that but was going to be out of town until 9/27. He said he would call me on 9/27 to look at the house. He did not call me until 9/29. He came out that afternoon to look at the house. I walked him around the house, letting him know what we were taking and what we weren’t. He kept saying “okay” and asking a few questions. Before he left he asked for my email. I texted it to him. Later that evening I received a very unprofessional email stating “I am so sorry that we are not going to be able to do your move your move is just too big for our company” . This left me hanging one week before the move. Luckily I found another moving company but this is beyond unprofessional.

Tim and Shane killed it on our move. The prices was very reasonable. They did the move quickly and handled Our things with care. We have had such a struggle finding movers in the past and i wish we found them sooner! Highly recommend.

I have used Main Street Movers a few times and every crew has been efficient, caring, and great to work with. And I should say I’ve tried a few other smaller companies and found that it is just a waste of money for such poor service that I have found elsewhere.

I made the right choice hiring Main St Movers! Mike visited 2 weeks before my move to work up a quote, which included a not to exceed number, which was competitive with other companies. The day before the move, he checked in to make sure I was ready. I ended up adding a lot of work to the move, but additional charges were more than reasonable.Mike was there, working with his guys the whole move day. These guys work hard and move fast!There was a difficult stairway where some of the trim got some dings. Mike had Theresa come out and expertly repair the woodwork, which now looks like new.I highly recommend this company

Everything went seemingly well until we unpacked. One of the movers decided to pack toxic insecticides inside a $2,300 meat smoker completely destroying it. Aside from insecticides they packed a saw, a paint sprayer, and numerous other sprayers inside the cooking chamber. Highly UNPROFESSIONAL. If this company willing put toxic chemicals inside a cooker imagine what they would do to your boxed food or childrens bedding.

We used Main Street for our move today and I couldn’t be happier and more appreciative! From the beginning with scheduling, Mike was so pleasant and responsive and just NICE! Our movers today, Jason and Jacob were fantastic! They were very thoughtful and careful with our items, and very through and absolutely pleasant. They even laughed at my bad jokes. They were very efficient and careful with our items (in snow, no less). Thank you Mike, Jason and Jacob for getting us into our new home!

The crew was amazing! They were efficient, they cared for our valuables and our home. We have a lot of stuff, I can’t believe how quickly they got it all done. I’m so glad I took my mother’s referral… They moved her too and did a great job!

I was about to unload at a storage unit in town, and I had thrown out my back. Ceasar and John from Main Street movers had just finished their job, saw me, and immediately offered to help. They were incredibly friendly, super efficient, and something that would have taken me at least 40 minutes to complete with a hurting back took them less than 10. Jacob and Caesar from Main Street Movers moved our downstairs furniture into and out of the garage during a hardwood flooring install. They were very professional, courteous and very careful with our belongs. As they finished under the two hour minimum they were persistent in asking to help us with any other moving needs even if not directly related to the hardwood reinstall. My wife and I also enjoyed chatting with them as they were personal unlike many other home contractors. Will definitely use then in the future.

This crew was good, efficient, and careful. Two guys moved a massive antique cabinet that another company had said would take four people and wanted to charge me extra for. These guys handled a shuffle of furniture and appliances between three houses in three different towns very easily.

I hired these guys to move a few bulky pieces for my business. I expected two guys and a truck, but a supervisor came with them and the owner of the company checked in as well. We hired Main Street Movers to move the big stuff for us since we were just moving to the town over. Mike and I had several exchanges about the move before the date came around. He came over the day before to survey what they would be moving so they could calculate labor and time. They gave us the price per hour up front and arrived at the scheduled time. They were efficient and packed our things properly and securely. We were in constant communication with what they were moving and where they were moving it to inside the house. It was easy and fast! I didn’t think they could load the contents of our house into one truck for our 250 mile move, but they did it! Cezer, Michael, and Jacob were amazing! They work consistently, always cheerful and polite in spite of the long hours and heavy lifting! Mike and his team were outstanding! I called them on a Tuesday to try and schedule last minute a full house move. Mike squeezed me into the schedule that Sunday and even called me Saturday to offer to provide 2 moving trucks and a 4 man crew to speed up the move. The team safely and efficiently loaded up our large storage unit in Louisville, transported to Arvada, and unloaded into a two story house in 3 hours flat. It was incredible! Our belongings were well taken care of and placed in all the right rooms including many heavy items (gun safe, dressers, solid wood bed frame) that were taken up a narrow set of stairs. It was money well spent and very well earned!

We were very pleased with our recent service from Main Street Movers. They showed up on time and were quick and careful with our furniture. We had our hardwood floors refinished and we hired Main Street Movers to move our furniture back into the room we had refinished. We would definitely use them again for any future moving needs.

BEWARE!!! 90% of my furniture and patio furniture was damaged, as well as multiple damage to the trim, drywall/walls, and a 10 razor cut was found on my master bathroom flooring in a newly built house, which had been inspected prior to move. The movers cut down wardrobe boxes in that bathroom in the exact spot where boxes were left and the cut in the floor is (my closet is off the bathroom)! I observed an employee come out with the wardrobe boxes cut down when he brought them out. That employee also used my master bath restroom before I did, and he did not flush the toilet. Gross!Photos of the floor earlier that week, clearly show no damage. Builder assured me that no one had been in the home since closing, that is why labels were still up. So, yes the mover did cut the floor. It is clearly a razor cut, from the box cutter. It is too bad that employee will not be honest about his error!!!!Strongly, DO NOT RECOMMEND. They promised to fix the floor, but since the entire floor needs to be replaced they did not fix it. Now I am stuck with having to replace the entire floor. There was absolutely NO DAMAGE seen to the floor before the movers arrived the day of the move -it was definitely the movers. I never said there was any work done in there. I reported it a few days after the move, but did see it the morning after. I told the owner several times about the furniture damage also. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE at all!! Since the mover decided not to properly repair the floor, I took what I could get, but the entire floor must be replaced and $120 does not even pay half of the cost. They promised to fix it, but didnt. Do not recommend. Definitely do not sign the agreement until you have a chance to inspect your home, furniture and other property thoroughly.

I needed someone on 12/31/16 to move furniture from the upstairs of my home into the newly remodeled basement. This included some very heavy antique furniture. There were able to accommodate the change of moving date (originally scheduled 12/30/16, but the remodeling crew needed an extra day). Two very strong men showed up and moved everything very quickly. While my husband I and could have done it ourselves, it would have taken us all day and it took them less than 2 hours. Since theres a 2 hour minimum, I had them move a few other pieces of furniture around the house and load my car with boxes - which they happily did. They are insured and they came recommended to me. Im glad I used them.

Main Street Movers has twice answered my need for help. The first time was on short notice for a same day unload when I arrived in town with a 26 foot truck.
