This is a great place to store your extra stuff! Very easy to get in an out of, even with a big U-Haul truck. Lockers are clean and well lit, and the property is taken care of. Staff is great, too! Deb was always helpful and pleasant.We rented a unit there for 1.5 years, and if we hadnt moved away, we would STILL be renting. Highly recommend!

Made reservation with Keaton at Simply Storage on Tazer Drive in Lafayette IN. He was very accommodating and helpful navigating the reservation process and when I made a mistake he thoughtfully called his manager and cleared it up. Very professional and courteous. 5 stars for simply self storage.

The location was perfect for my needs, and the unit was a great deal for the price. Though no fault of the staff, I did have to file a claim with the insurance, but everyone involved was quick to help and led to a speedy resolution. Every visit was an enjoyable experience, regardless of who was working that day, and if I ever need another storage unit theyll be my first choice!

Have used this storage for over 20 years, thru 2 owners. I can honestly say that we have never had any issues and they always have been super helpful. The property has always been clean, safe and very well maintained. Most recently, we have had to vacate our locker, as we no longer needed it. The staff was very helpful in providing a place to dispose of some trash, and closing out our account. I would absolutely go back to them in the future if the need arises again. Highly recommend this facility.

Great location for us. Office staff was on it! Started the rental online and swung by the office to finish it up. Our experience was quick and pleasant. Showed us to our unit and answered all our questions.

All 5 of these stars are for Deb!! Not only did she remember my name, what we had discussed on numerous separate calls, etc. - she went above and beyond for us. We had rented a 10x10 unit and as we went to open it and start loading in we realized that it wasnt going to be big enough. It was about 5 minutes until the office closed. Deb stayed late and went above and beyond to help get us transferred to a larger unit. She was incredibly patient, kind, and I cant recommend her and Simply Self Storage enough. She made the entire experience pleasant!

Use your own lock !! So many things were missing after just 2 weeks in one of their storage units. All my small electronics along with kitchen utensils.Definitely, USE YOUR OWN LOCK, or, lolDont store your belongings here.

Have previous experience with storage companies and was reluctant to try another. However after a quick phone call with some questions, I spoke with (Lacey), I am new to Lafayette and she was very very helpful and very informative. Needless to say she has helped me make my decision to use their facility for my few items from the move. Friendly, courteous people are very hard to find, thank you so much for your time Lacey!!

Be careful of hidden fees. Booked online for $30 a month first month free get there and its $70 to open the account and extra $9 a month for their insurance that you have to have.

Ive heard horrible stories when it came to storage companies. So with that being said I was some what reluctant to use a storage unit anywhere. But a good friend of mine recommended this company and he was not wrong . I dont have one complaint nothing but compliments to this company. Very clean and the management had very good customer service skills.

There never seems to be anyone on duty. When yo try and call, nobody answers and call’s were never returned. Between last visit and most recent visit to facility, the code was changed for the front gate and we received no notice. Price keeps going up. It is pretty clean though.

I called the other day to ask a few questions and the girl i talked to (Ashley Durand) was very helpful, informative and a real pleasure to talk to. Especially, after talking with several other companies and rude people. When i finalize my plans i will be sure to use this location. And the main reason for choosing your company is because of the professionalism and concern that Ashley showed. Thank you.

Clean place, bad customer support. Started my contract 2 years ago, 99 a month. A year later it was increases to 112 a month, today I receive an increase to 122 a month, while at the same time they are offering the same size on their website for 95.

$140 for an AC unit and you have to go beg to use their 2-hand cart. Of course the tires are flat and they have no air compressor to fill it up.Pricing is also based on demand so be careful when you rent. Moving to another facility due to lack of interest in any kind of customer service.

Initially we were glad to be there. The second half of our experience included the following changes Personnel change, new on-site employee (Lacey or Tyrn) for which began leaving gate open all night for several nights. Since we paid extra for 24-hour access to our secured storage, we felt this was not a fair event when the gate was left open for ALL.
