They took their time with me and helped me to make the best images possible, even though I was slow and illiterate when it came to some of the terms! Cannot wait to see how these items turn out. Foamcoreprint.com far exceeded my expectations. Their chat help was really informative and was obviously someone who knew what they were talking about. Their pricing was 20-25% lower than my area, and their turn around time was crazy fast. Everything was very well packed and arrived safely. When I mentioned a slight issue (which wasnt their fault), he offered to do the poster over. I purchased my very first foam board print from this company, and the quality of the work looks exactly as I had imagined. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the printing, it doesnt look grainy what so ever and I was able to expedite it within 24 hours so that my sister would be able to get it in time for her birthday. Jennifer was on the live chat was able to answer all of my questions . She helped me get the right product and was able to answer my questions thoroughly. Good and quick service. Few weird notes though: never got a shipping confirmation, I would have liked to see the photos finished before completion (even if it was a mock up), and I would have liked a little more communication altogether. Overall the experience was good and I hope to be able to use the company again.

This was a senior poster I designed for my daughter and I put in a lot of hours putting it together. It felt like I birth her all over again so I was very concern about having it printed and it would look ok. I was going to use another printing company but my file size exceeded their upload limit. My file was 360mb. So I search online and ran across Foam Core. It was exactly what I wanted for the poster. I must say I was still concern about the final product since I had never dealt with them before; however they walked me through the entire process of uploading the file, reviewing the proof. The customer service person kept telling me that I was going to be extremely happy with the final product. Well the poster arrived within 7 days and she was right we loved it. David from Foam Core emailed me asking if I had received and if the poster met with my approval. I told him absolutely 100% the only comment i made which was no fault of theirs, it arrived slightly bent, which was mostly visible on the back sided of the poster. After sending pictures to David of the dent and and dented box he promptly told me that he would file a claim with UPS with my permission and he would rush shipment on another poster for me. WOW that is customer service. I highly recommend this company for the customer service and great print quality. I will definitely use them again when the occasion arises.
Customer service was wonderful. My sign arrived damaged by UPS, and the replacement was made in one day and rush shipped. Andrew was the CSR and he kept in contact with me, making sure the replacement went off without a hitch.Plus, the Gator Board signs were real nice. Exactly what I wanted.

Placed an order with these guys twice so far. The first one was for a trade show I had booked out a month prior to ordering and let me tell you they did killer job.
