I was so happy with the overall work of your beautician. She really made me beautiful on that day. A week ago, I went to this beauty shop for the reason that I wanted to be presentable and beautiful at the party. Very affordable and reliable hair and beauty services! I always love this place!

Just had my 2nd visit and they are amazing here! J Lee colored my hair back in Dec. 31st and its still looks good! I love that they use healthy and organic products here AND they are all so helpful and friendly too. Today I had my hair cut by J Lee and it looks awesome. Shes a very talented hair styling artist : ) Laura the owner is super nice and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and to get me in for appointments even when they are booked up. I researched everywhere in town and they came up on top, so Im happy I made a good choice!

I am so impressed with the personalized recommendations for my skin and makeup. I told them what I wanted and how I normally apply my make up and they really listened. I very picky about my mascara. Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable staff! I so appreciated that they took time to teach me about how to apply my makeup and took special care to find colors that complemented my skin color and undertone. Would highly recommend!

Great service, wish it was bigger and had more to choose from but thats not really the shops fault theres not a whole lot of natural beauty/makeup products on the market anyways.

I thought I would love this store. The salesgirl (Might be the owner) was very rude when I took back an item for exchange (I was not asking for my money back). I was looking for body cream and loved all the scents. She told me the unscented was the best. I purchased and when I used it at home-it had a smoky milky scent that was very unpleasant. When I took it back to inquire if she would exchange-she was very abrupt and rude and said she could not because it had been opened. I will not patronize this store again. She should have been more willing to compromise as I would have been a loyal customer.

First off, their return policy is clearly described on their website. They do not do returns or exchanges, especially on opened products. Its not the stores fault. They carry are small, organic lines and the returns to the actual company are impossible (its not like buying at Nordstrom, where a return doesnt make a dent in their profits). They do offer samples, and as someone with very reactive, acne prone (and almost 9 months pregnant) skin, I love that.Secondly, this store is amazing. Their selection is incredible, they take TONS of time with you and they are super sweet and knowledgable. I live 2 hours away and came here just to celebrate my birthday. If I lived closer, I would probably be in Roots every day!! So, im sure my husband is glad we dont live closer. (Too bad I can still order online!! Jokes on him. Ha!)
