Yesterday I made a purchase at Laguna Beach CVS. The self service register ran out of receipt paper - and the replacement paper was installed backwards so my receipt did not print. Because all the coupons printed, I didnt realize until I was home that the purchases did not print. I wanted to return a $99 product - but the store does not allow a return without receipt - even if you use the care card /credit card. They will give you a money card but because I used a passport as identification, it nullified any option to return. It was suggested to come back and speak to the manager. one of the clerks did try to help me and it is remarkable that my purchase did not come up in their system. I had the time down to a 10 minute window and knew exactly which register. Pretty inept for such a large company - would think twice before using them for vaccinations - if they dont have a modern system for returns (ie. credit card and membership card), it wouldnt be prudent to assume they have modern protocols for vaccine storage and distribution.not if you use a passport for identification. So if during covid, you are waiting for a replacement drivers license, you
Rudy at the drop off counter, I guessing the same lady talked about in the above reviews. Well let’s just put it this way her mother named her correct because she is RUDE! And don’t even think about asking her to do her job.... she should be in the back working, where she has no interaction with the customers. I would recommend any pharmacy but this one!!! The DR called in my prescription and I arrived 3hrs after and when I get there to pick it up they started filling!!! 25mins later I got my last prescription at CVS!
The pharmacy techs were very rude. came in 10 mins before closing time *because of an emergency my brother needed some things* and they were pressuring us about closing and giving attitude. wouldn’t go there again.
The pharmacist is fairly capable except for the Hispanic girl. She is rude. They also take the worst passport photos I’ve ever seen, retarded. Otherwise it’s not a terrible store to visit.
Good CVS. Same layout as most stores. The staff was helpful in finding the stuff I wanted
Customer service was terrible. I am a current cvs pharmacist tech and how I was trained and have knowledge of how cvs runs, it did not meet those expectations. I stood in line for 20 minutes while there was three other co workers filling prescriptions. Cvs number one thing is customer satisfaction and service and the workers did not care to acknowledge me or come check me out. They waited for the only worker at pick up to do it. Working at cvs if your filling scripts and see a customer, acknowledge, finish your work and help them in line. I am disappointed!
Horrible customer service at the pharmacy

Nothing to write home about.
