I woudl highly recommend Lauren and Laguna Office! I was visiting Orange County for a fwe months and she was fabulous at handling all my shipping needs. I was able to get in and out safely with her open doors and fast service once I was in her shop, and she was always pleasant and had the best solutions each time, and i know under that mask she was smiling:)

Well you are all very blessed to have Lauren Fisher in the area, she owned and ran the lovely shop A Taste of Home here in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 she did a fantastic job and helped my little business at the time to get recognition by giving me a chance in the market to sell my hand made product, the Jamaican Patties. Quite possibly the worst shipping experience in the world - twice. I tried to give the lady that works there the benefit of the doubt by going back, but the joke was on me. The lady claims she owns the business and there is absolutely no way she has the competence to keep the store running. I’m convinced she has never shipped a package despite the 4 months in between each time I tried to ship from this location. I asked for a box and she kept trying to put my things in an envelope. Then I verbally had to spell out how to spell mountain and she completely butchered it. On redoing the address, she never asked me about a return address or any return information, thus having to REDO the whole process for a third time. During the third redo, I told her I needed insurance and she decided to ignore me and after she printed out the label, told her again I needed insurance and she threw a fit and told me I didn’t tell her. She then had the nerve to tell me the computer wasn’t working. It gets worse. I spent 45 minutes trying to send a package FROM A POST STATION and never got the package out. I will never return to this place and warn any people before wasting their time and maybe never getting their package to the intended recipient.

I happen to find this store/customer service fantastic. I never have a problem when I need to buy, ship or pack something. Honestly, I’m not sure about these negative reviews about this place. This place isn’t a corporation so there is charge for tape, emails etc. 1 customer times 100+ more, all costs come from the owners pocket so she’d be silly giving her self bought items away for free. Don’t you think?! Her “attitude” totally mirrors others so you get what you give in other words :)

The rude, older lady behind the counter wouldn’t take my pre billed stamped, Fedex envelope. Said it would just sit on her shelf and not be collected. This was today, Friday at around 2pm. Went to The Mail Stop and they quickly and gladly took it.

The lady tried to charge me for tape! Wanted $10 for a email, a computer for 4 minutes. I gave her $4.00. She said I was awful and to never come back! No f-ing problem! Place is a joke!!

This is an awesome little resource if you need to ship things in Laguna. They support both UPS, FedEx and USPS. They also have a little shop with a surprisingly well stocked supply of computer accessories and office equipment.

This store has many options of office supplies. The problem is the staff. I have been in numerous times over the past year and always leave feeling I was a bother.The owner doesnt care about business, he wants the money but not the bother of helping customers in even a moderately helpful manner. I will travel to another town with my shipping needs rather than deal with someone who doesnt want my business.

This store is a life saver. Either you have to go El Toro which is 25 mins driver from Laguna Beach, or drive to Irvine and waste almost an hour to ship something. So a great place for supplies and shipping needs and to ship something. For sure you might not serviced well if you walk at 4.50 pm and ask to do overnight. Owner has a smiling face and funny guy. Sometimes he offers me tea, coffee and water. He is really friendly and i appreciate what he does saving a lot of time. No one makes comments about prices at staples, fedex nor office depot.

TERRIBLE! First i dropped off a UPS package handing it to the guy ~1 hr before pickup, but it never got picked up and was never found. It was an expensive bluetooth speaker. I allowed that it was a fluke and went to use them a couple months later to mail a package. The guy told me that his price for USPS would only be a little more than the post office - it seemed really high so i walked over to the PO see and turned out his price was almost 3 times more expensive - totally shady operation - do not trust anything - stay away!

Total Rip Off. I needed 6 pages printed from my USB drive. The guy takes my drive, plugs it into his computer and 2 minutes later charges me $4.50: $1.50 for the copies, which is normal, and $3.00 for the use of his computer. He will never get any business form me in the future.
