Have rented a private POB here for several years and overall they have been helpful and responsive with their services and/or special deliveries / after hours pickups.

Well staffed so virtually no wait. Have been here many times and they are always incredibly nice and professional. Today needed notary service and once again a great experience. Parking is easy. And of course they give my dog a treat so she pulls me right in the front doors.

Greg was so helphull with all my packaging needs. The service was great!

I left my laptop at a hotel in Laguna. I was in a tight spot and needed it back in 2 days. Greg arranged to have someone pick it up from the hotel and next day shipped it to me and saved my hide. Best customer service Ive had from a UPS store and any store in general. May fly here just to ship things from here.

These gentlemen are always available and kind and patient. Ive never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for service. AND they choose the cutest,innovative items for mailing or for your office. I look at everything in there and cant leave without some darling lovely for a friend or my kids. GO TO THIS STORE!! BE HAPPY!

I was on an out of town guest who needed copies made ASAP however the man in charge Im guessing the owner said it was going to take at least 10 minutes bc one of his copiers was down due to someone crashing into his store. There was another copier available that nobody was using and the store was empty. Another man came in right after me and got helped right away. Pretty rude service based on that. Ill just go back to my hotel and make copies there what a waste of valuable time

My elderly father went to send me a package from this UPS store. He sends me a package every few months from the Aliso Viejo UPS store, and it is usually around $38 UPS ground shipping, 5 days guaranteed. Never an issue. The store clerk at this store lied and said that it would be $127 for UPS and he should send it USPS global priority 7 days, which would only be $90, even though my father specified the cheapest way possible, and asked for UPS. Not knowing any better, my father accepted this recommendation, assuming that maybe UPS had changed their rates. It took 15 days for this package to arrive, and when I saw what he sent and how much he paid, I went on UPS website and estimated the shipping costs using the exact box dimensions and the weight on the waybill supplied by this store... the price with UPS ground was $37.11, 5 days guaranteed. I am not sure if this is a scam they run when they see elderly people and up-charge them, or just incompetence, but beware and do your research before going to this UPS store... better yet, head to the UPS store in Aliso Viejo or just have UPS pickup your packages at your door. When we asked them to rectify the situation, they made up every excuse possible to avoid taking responsibility.

Theyre very friendlly never had a problem I once had s pagage in my car to drop off I we me and my wife rsm into a UPS driver who took my pacagee for us saving us a trip. Thank thank you sincearly Mrs GarRomanski Sr
