I stopped here today because I was in the area. I usually go to a different store. I was impressed by how clean the area around the Ralphs actually is. I went inside and was just going to get 1 or 2 things. As I passed the meat department a butcher named Joseph showed me some fresh sordfish that looked fantastic. I bought a pound at a great price. Joseph also suggested the easy peal shrimp, I got a pound of that too. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about seafood. Thank you Joseph. I finished shopping and my phone number did not get me a discount, so the checker Sophia used her card and I got a $12.00 discount. She also help me sign up for a Ralphs card that works off my phone number. Thank you Sophia ❤️. I had a great shopping experience. What a great store and fantastic employees. Highly recommend

The make it on purpose hard to check on the screen if the price is as advertised in the store. Many times later I checked the charge you more or play other pricing games. Also cant use phone pay with their outdated system :(. Medium Quality Store with overpriced items!

Staff are beyond amazing! The store is always clean, super fast check out and the staff are always friendly. The manager is always kind and actively out and about. I accidentally left a bag of chips at the check out once and the kind employee ran all the way to the parking lot to bring them to me. Thank you Ralph’s Staff your doing amazing work!

It’s been a Ralph’s for a VERY long time, but when I was a kid, this was an Alpha-Beta. They have every department that you might expect from a supermarket: Butcher, Floral, Bakery, Pharmacy, self check-out, full liquor section, friendly staff, lotto tickets, grab-n-go, etc.

If you need birthday cake ? You can order from this store very delicious, not expensive...Pastel de 3 leches súper delicioso💯recommend‼️

Its next to my home, the prices are good, and most important of all, you get free stuff on Fridays!

Was waiting on the meat department to assist me and it took them over 15 minutes. I then call them while in the store and it took another five minutes before they send someone back there to tell me that the person was on lunch....... no assistance at all!!!

Staff not practicing Social Distancing. Most are not wearing gloves, masks, and definitely not practicing distance. This is disturbing. Almost got in a fight witha guy there because his wife/girlfriend or whatever wanted to cough in the air, smile at me, and try calling my dog over. Very moronic. Wake up people. Management fail

I miss the quality of Ralphs choices now that Kroger has bought them out. It seems the meats and produce is weeks old before you choose what to buy and get stale and rotten within a weeks time. People are nicer. I think they close earlier. People seem aware that quality is lower. They dont offer to help.

I love to do shop here they almost has everything you want and great staff, friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked and has a new products display.

I am new to the area, and this store is very well managed. I have only had one rude cashier (out of four so far) but it was on Memorial Day weekend so maybe he was just not psyched about working during a holiday. Crushed the bread, almost crushed the eggs.Mostly they seem very happy and attentive, and the prices are very good.

Ralphs is a great store to shop at. I would and I do recommend my friends to shop there. Ralphs has everything you would to want and need, Its a one stop shopping store. Yes you deserve a 5 star rating.

Guess I got spoiled by the 3 Ralph’s stores in Irvine, especially the Ralph’s Fresh Faire. This store is the closest grocery store to us, but I always end up disappointed, and find myself back at Pavilions. I just went to get some fresh produce the other day and was very disappointed. Just because it is a small store, as the cashier pointed out, that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t have good quality produce.

Lots of great food all over the store. I get all my Energy Drinks and food from Ralphs. At great prices too.

Someones ordered too much chocolate 2 slice cheesecake packages instead of ordering more strawberry cheesecake which theyre always out of when I go. I always look for it when I go and its never there. Ive tried buying the large strawberry cheese cake which supposedly was good for a few more months. I hated it it was disgusting and old. Yes it was the same brand I love. There good for dates were dead wrong.

Always liked them in the past. But today at like 345 pm - (not the busiest time of day) I couldnt get anyone (including the manager)to check in the back for some rubbing alcohol. The shelf was out. And it seems like such a basic item with only one brand so how do u run out. I had to put back about $50 worth of cold stuff like meat and cheese and milk .. Because it would get bad in my car at another store. Went to trader joes got my rubbing alcohol and my cold produce and went home- and I think I saved a few bucks too (shocker). i dont think Ill go back unless I have to. Staff kept sending me around store to ask other people- no one wanted to go in the back and look for me - including the manager. Heck if they had just pretended I would have at least felt like I had good service. I felt like I was being a bother. I dont like that feeling.

My favorite grocery store! The casheirs are all very friendly, they recognize me and my family, always ask about my life and my family. Very personable. The store is always organized and clean. They keep on top of their expiring goods really well! They clearance things out really well too so they always have good deals and good finds! No other Raphs compares! Carla is my favorite cashier. She always greats me with a smile and remembers my name and my family. Feels like home in this Ralphs!

This is one of my favorite Ralphs because it represents the neighborhood store. The staff is friendly and Cara who works at this store speaks to everyone like they are family. I travel farther to go to This store.

We like the price, quality, and special offers of Ralphs. I wish there were more organic food for even better quality.

Five stars for the store but one star for the meat locker temperature through out the store every time you shop there.

Im a regular never come across dealing with a rude person until today. GEOFF THE STORE MANAGER DID NOT EVEN GREET NOT WAS PROFESSIONAL AT ALL VERY RUDE AND THREW THAT DIVIDER AT MY GRICERIES BEING NEXT IN LINE NO NEED FOR IT SINCE I WAS ONLY ONE IN LINE WELL...I TOLD HIm THAT his name badge does not resemble what his actions are and he sarcastically laughs back... name badge read I love people....very unprofessional...very bad ralphs...

Once upon a time, there was a normal traveler looking to buy groceries. This person chose Ralph instead of all the other markets to choose from. This man came to this particular Ralph and bought 1 carton of milk, two eggs. and 1.5 slices of cheese. The man bought his groceries, and fled. When he went home, he decided to put away his groceries in his fridge. Little did he know his fridge was about to tip over. The man had his life flash through his mind until he realize that the fridge stopped before hitting his 5th toe. He inspected and figured that his milk had stopped such a life threatening accident to happen. From then on, this man bought milk from Ralphs only. 60.2/9 slices of cheese.

California Grocery Store that carries everything from Apples to Zucchini. Middle of the road on prices. Usually have a bank and coffee shop within, some have pharmacies. I shop there. Would recommend.

Very unhappy with the customer service with the store. Just got back from buying groceries and they didnt put a whole five items into my cart. Call to complain and very sarcastically said well just come back in were good with that. I have 2 kids and it was on my way back home which is 4 cities away. So unhappy with this store!

Decent prices - good selection - meat is better at Stater Bros but I hear they are working at getting their butcher back. Deli can be slow at times but the service is good.

The Pharmacy has two speeds...Slow, and Stop. Will waste your time over irrelevant services and excuses...STAY AWAY...unless you need more frustration in your day. The staff doesnt seem to care about you.
