, very helpful in determining what part I need. It was ordered quickly and I expect it to be delivered to my door and just a few days. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else for appliance parts. If they dont have it on hand they get it for you.

Zero stars if I could. Be careful who you do business with in this town. I called these people looking for a dryer part. They tell me its going to be $25.99+ tax and that they will hold it for me. My spouse shows up to get it, they pull it from under the counter, and they tell him its $39.99 +tax. He had no idea what i was quoted so he buys it and got suckered into an extended warranty for an additional $7. When i called to ask about the $14 price discrepancy, they tried to say that i never called. I have been on hold for nearly 21 mins now while they try to call a supervisor to pull the recordings. Ugh. Idiots. After being on hold forever, they argue and tell me that they found my call and that I was quoted $45. I asked if you quoted me $45 and the store rang it up $39, there is still a discrepancy. And they dont want to admit their mistake and refused to refund us. This part, if ordered online, is $17. But i wouldnt be able to wait 4-7 days for it to come in. I will hang dry my clothes from now on and wait on shipping. They are rude.

Was put on hold for over 20 minutes, just to find out that the small plastic part I was looking for would cost me $40, thats $32 if I didnt get their warranty. Absolutely ridiculous. Needed the part today, but for $2.50 I can get the same part online.

Had a capacitor go out on my AC unit. Brought my old one in, they matched it up with a new one, with a Lifetime Warranty. Installed the new one and got the family cooled off within a few hours.

Competitive prices and the parts are usually in stock.
