The team arrived exactly when they told me they would and had the springs changed out in under 15 minutes, looking a lot like a NASCAR pit crew. They also adjusted the chain tension and lubricated all the hinges and wheels. The door is now quieter and smoother than ever.

I called to ask for someone to schedule An appointment with my uncle whose garage door was not working. The person I spoke with was very nice and agreed to call him. SO FAR GREAT! They told me over the phone that my garage door opener belt that was slipping had lifetime warranty, just to call manufacturer, theyd ship us free belts. Then can call Elite back and theyd install them. W O W. Sure appreciate this.

These guys are awesome! Gave me a price over the phone. They came out and took measurements and lowered the price because the door was not as large as I thought. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. Cleaned up everything and hauled off the old door.
