Exceptional, quality, repairs done right the first time.

Ive used Bentleys multiple times and never had a problem until now, I brought my vehicle in because the A/C was out, they told me it was the cooling core casing. I paid them over 1200 dollars to fix my A/C, a week later it was going out again. When I brought it back to them expecting them to make it right they informed me that it was a compressor coil now and had nothing to do with what they fixed before and that they wanted another 950 dollars to fix my A/C again.

All work was done professionally and to a high level of quality.

My grievances toward Bentleys or Country Club Auto Repair Incorporated are as follows. The repairs were estimated to be complete on the 4th of June. Well on the 4th of June I called asking about the status of the vehicle. They said it was in paint and that it would likely be finished on the 7th. Not a big deal but when I followed up on the 7th they said they are still waiting for payment from the insurance company. The work I needed done was being paid 100% by insurance. After receiving over $4000 from the initial estimate they requested $400 more for additional work which the insurance company approved and sent payment for. The repair was complete at that time. It is now June 18th and I still have not been able to retrieve my vehicle. Why you ask?? Because the payment is not in their hand yet. To me this sounds absurd. As if an insurance company is going to promise a payment and not pay. That alone is aggravating. But that is not why I am writing this. I am writing because of the lack of professionalism I received from Chaz - I believe his name was. He acted as if me calling to ask questions as to why I dont have my car back yet was some sort of bother to him. He would not answer my questions directly instead he chose talk over me and bluntly tell me that I wont get my car back until he says so. Never again will I ever consider doing business with this place. I will highly recommend to my friends and family to avoid Bentleys as I recommend to you now DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BENTLEYS.

Changing spar plugs cost me fortune over here. It would have been cheaper to by a new engine. After another engine light on, diagnostic and new charge to change ignition coil I decided to do it myself. Few you tube videos later I discovered 2 spar plugs were different and old. I bought new plugs, coil pack and my chevy traverse runs fine. My drama with engine lights and cylinder misfiring finish. It is a pity because I really valued this place. Well people and places can change with time. Shop somewhere else.

Bentleys had a rough deal with the storms this year. I can accept that, but I have stuff in storage at their place and they went off the radar totally for four months. Calls all rang as busy and no response to e-mails! What kind of customer service is that? BTW: they charge around double for body repairs even before the storms

I have called in the past to have work done to an older vehicle specifically a 93 Toyota pickup valve adjustment and was told it is too old for them to work on so I did it myself (mind you after telling me theyd service my a/c for 1600). Ive had them work on a few things since then including a company vehicle. But this morning I called and asked if I could have them service the front differential while it was removed from the vehicle. I made it a point to reiterate the fact that it has been taken out of the vehicle during modifications to the truck. They tell me yes and just get the differential to them as soon as I can. So I do, at which point they tell me they wont work on it being that it is outside of the vehicle.

I brought my 2019 3 tone Pearl White vehicle in to get the bumper replaced & painted. Chaz guaranteed I would be happy with his work & he held true to his promise! The customer service was friendly & helpful!I will definitely be bringing all my business to him in the future!

They did a fast and accurate quote. Scheduling was very easy. The repairs were done quick and professionally. My vehicle was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up.

God Bless John who is a good to honest man. Had my car towed here n he was able to tell me issue in few hours. Also told me about dealer recall n able to get fixed by them for free. The parts n labor would if run me about 2k. What an honest soul n it makes me smile to know human kindness and courtesy do exist.Thanks again John!!!!

I love the people and the services offered at Bentleys/Country Club Auto. I drive a Subaru so I use Bentleys for oil changes and other minor things. I have also used them for automobile wrecks. They do awesome work. The people are very knowledgeable and friendly. They say what they are going to do and they do it.

HIGHLY recommend Bentleys! They are amazing and so easy to deal with! Our truck looks brand new! Quick turn around time as well. The body shop and mechanic shop will be getting my business from now on.

Will NOT be a returning customer. Got a pre-emeptive timing belt kit replacement for my Chevy Sonic 2013 in July. About a month later my car stalled from a shredded serpentine belt 🤬 (while I was evacuating from Laura...). Car savy friend looked it over & said it there was a loose screw on the pulley & it likely happened because the shop was too lazy to get the right tool to tighten it down properly.Not sure if they would have given me a refund for the timing belt work because hurricane hit next day, but it likely wouldnt have covered all the damage from the belt - AC was also taken out & shaft alignment code came up. Horrible experience made even more horrible 😫!!

Fantastic place to get your car repaired! Staff is friendly and honest. The work is quick and reasonably priced. Brought my car in for some major repairs on a Tuesday and it was forecasted to be done Thursday or Friday. Bentleys got it done in one day, ready on that following Wednesday! Definitely the best of auto repair shops in Lake Charles!

The girls that greeted me with a smile was a warm and welcoming sight after being stressed about my car repairs. They were able to assisted me positively at the front counter, which I appreciated.Chaz was very courteous, and helpful with all my inquiries about my vehicle. He understood my concern for costs that were extra to my case (didnt have rental coverage for my insurance), and assisted in trying to have my vehicle ready as soon as he was able.When my vehicle was ready for pick-up, it was bright and beautiful again--like I just picked it up off of the New car lot! I didnt realize I got Detail for Life! It was an exciting sight to see, for sure. It will be one of the reasons I highly recommend Bentleys!

Came for tire rotation service. Got my car back and there no lug nut covers on any wheel. The guy said he didn’t take any off. I know what my car looks like. It suppose to have lug nuts cover. Why are y’all stealing stuff from my car?. Terrible place. Do not go here. If you do, keep an eye on your vehicle at all times while they are working on it.

So far car been running good without stalling out on the road been driving most of the day and its still running fine. The sensors yall changed must of worked thank yall so much for everything and if I ever need to get something else fixed on the car I will bring it in to yall for sure. Again thank yall so much

Be careful of their prices. I was given an estimate for 770.00 for my side mirror; I was told it was not fixable & needed to be completely replaced which was not true. The glass just popped out & cracked. The estimater, told me the entire mirror was separated, which was not the case at all.I was able to fix it myself for 26.00. I ordered the part from amazon, it was fixed within 15 minutes. I’m not the type to write a review, but when someone wants to unnecessarily charge 770.00, it makes me sick.

The crew at Bentleys was able to take care of several mechanical issues for a reasonable price. They had my car for less than 24 hours and its running great! I will definitely use them again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop! They are fast, courteous and they do the job right. If you have a BMW that needs a repair, this is the place to take it. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

Unfortunately I have had to have to have several cars with body damage repaired here. However every time they they gave a quick estimate and quick repair. The paint always was perfectly matched so I never noticed where it was painted after the repairs. Probably the biggest complement is their service and communication. They explained everything in the beginning and when I called for an update, anxious to get the vehicle back on the rd, they didnt mind talking with me and letting me know. I would recommend definitely for their auto body and for mechanic work too.

Dropped my car off for an oil change and a tire problem. Bentleys has always taken care of my car and what I appreciate most about them is their honesty and transparency. I wanted my tires looked at and they let me know that their tire specialist wouldnt be in that day, which allowed me to make further arrangements to handle my problem as soon as possible.This was the second time my car has been with Bentleys and theyll continue to be my go-to all-service car repair shop.

I went to this place to get a actual quote from them because I wanted to get a few more comparable claims. The person I worked with was really rude and refused to actually work out any numbers. Told me that they would actually only quote the work when they opened it on up. Then proceeded to tell me that it shouldn’t matter anyways because my insurance would pick up the rest of it. I wasn’t born yesterday. This really was a very nasty first impression as several of the reviews I had read were glowing ones about Bentley’s. I was super excited about bringing my car up there and working with them. Quotes/estimates they are just that. They can change. The fact that he flat out refused made me decide this wasn’t the shop for me to bring my suv.

Worst place in town to fix anything from a minor scratch to body work. Don’t forget to ask about their lifetime detailing scam they have going on. Wouldn’t recommend and will never get our business again

Wow. Just wow. The customer service and quality here at Bentleys is beyond words. I recently brought my Mercedes in for body work and paint and the way I got it back was as if nothing ever happened. Chaz, there liberty mutual rep said this to me the day I dropped it off, well make it look like the accident never happened. And they did. Crystal, the receptionist, also went beyond on customer service. I went to return the rental and when I asked for a ride back to the shop they said they could not. I was stuck having to walk back to Bentleys. Crystal did not hesitate to send there driver out to pick me up and save me an hour and half walk back to the shop. I just wanted to say thank you this business who still appreciate there customers and help out in anyway they can.

Charged me $74 to tell me what I already knew...His quote was $350 more than what I got the repair done for! Pays to shop around!

Had my auto repaired after a collision. The work was great and they even cleaned the vehicle to an immaculate new car look!!! It was great service...thank you.

I had given my car at this place to fix a false alarm (horn sound) which was coming. They told me that I had to fix many other things and charged me $866.71 and the real issue was not rectified.

This guys know what theyre doing they wont beat around the Bush and I like that. They have lots of valuable experience.

558 quote for what turns out not to have been the issue at all. Glad I dodged that bullet but not really because I spent 300 elsewhere from their misdianosis on the rattle under my vehicle and wait 4 days on a part I didnt need. Could have been fixed for 40. What a scam this place is

They did an amazing job on my van. When I saw it I could barely remember that it had been in a wreck.

Each time I need to have my cars either tuned or repaired, I feel confident the work will always be done professionally by experts and have always been treated with respect and friendly conversation during the wait.

Stopped here for a state inspection. They were quick and every was polite.
